Abstract

The invention relates to straps, in particular shoulder straps, for carrying a rucksack (1), a bag, a haversack or similar container on the body, made from a tensile strap material, whereby the strap (2, 3) comprises a section (12, 13) with a greater elasticity than the surrounding strap material.

Description

The invention relates to a container for carrying objects, luggage or the like loads, in particular backpack, with a carrying system consisting of two straps, in particular shoulder straps, from a tensile Gurtwerkstoff, each having a portion with greater elasticity than the adjacent Gurtwerkstoff, wherein each a section between the tension-resistant belt material and a belt attachment to the container is provided.

Rucksacks, travel bags, sports bags and the like. Containers often have at least one belt, which secures the container on the body and should ensure the gentlest possible stress on the wearer. Because the human anatomy varies from person to person and a customization of the container and the belt eliminated for cost reasons, support systems have been proposed for backpacks, which serve to compensate for different back lengths. The handling of the carrying systems requires adjustment work and additional components. The disadvantages associated with this are higher production costs and higher weight. An improvement in the freedom of movement as well as avoidance or at least reduction of local overstressing and pressure points due to different physique, e.g. the shoulders of the user, do not allow such carrying systems.

Such a backpack-mounted carrying system is disclosed in FR-A-2781135. There, a backpack with two shoulder straps is disclosed, the respective upper end of which is secured in the upper half of the backpack, wherein each strap comprises an elastic portion with means for limiting the stretching of the support strap in the elastic portion under tensile load, and the elastic portion at the upper end of the strap lies. To cushion shock caused by violent movements of the backpack wearer, each strap has an elastic band at the top. This section includes means limiting the extension of the straps by the applied tensile force. This limitation is made by an inelastic band of plastic, which is sewn into a sheath of elastic material. A disadvantage of this Embodiment is that the proposed support system of the backpack has a very complicated and expensive to manufacture structure.

The object of the present invention is to provide a container with a belt comprehensive support system, which has a comfortable carrying behavior for the large number of different carriers, with a simple structure is desired.

This object is achieved for a container of the type mentioned essentially by the fact that the straps are connected in the elastic portion yoke-like.

The invention allows due to elastic stretching during wear not only an independent adaptation of the support system to the anatomy of the wearer, the elasticity also improves the freedom of movement. Adjustments omitted. The load to be handled is automatically distributed over a larger area and the surface pressure is reduced. Because the strap support surface is more fully utilized, the strap width can be reduced compared to known straps.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the portion of greater elasticity is provided in a region of the belt, which is intended to bear against the body of the wearer when carrying the container. The portion of greater elasticity should rest especially in the shoulder area of the wearer. This causes an optimized adaptation of the belt to the anatomy of the wearer.

The comfort is further improved by the fact that the belt has a pad, which in particular adjacent to the portion of greater elasticity and the thickness, based on another belt portion, is increased.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pad is about twice as thick as the belt portion adjacent thereto.

It is advisable to provide as Gurtwerkstoff an air-permeable shell for a cushioning material located inside. This causes faster drying when wet (due to perspiration or rain).

It is also advantageous if the padding material consists of a foamed, closed-cell plastic material. This avoids that the padding material accumulates spongy with liquid.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the portion of increased elasticity of neoprene or comparable elastic material is provided.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if the belt material is breathable and has, for example, micropores. This allows a rapid evaporation of moisture on the surface of Gurtwerkstoffs or on the surface of the cushioning material. For this purpose, the surface should be as large as possible.

To reinforce the portion of greater elasticity, a commercial enclosure may be provided.

Other objects, features, advantages and applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment and the drawings. All described and / or illustrated features alone or in any meaningful combination, the subject matter of the invention, regardless of their summary in individual claims or their dependency.

The illustrated backpack 1 has two straps 2, 3 of a tensile belt material with low elasticity, which with an upper end 4 z. B. are firmly attached to an equally strong back wall 5 of the backpack 1. With free ends 14, 15, the straps 2, 3 in each case by means of releasable couplings 6, 7, 8 at associated loops 9, 10 in the region of a lower end 11 of the backpack 1 can be fastened. In the region of its upper end 4, each belt 2, 3 has a section 12, 13 which is fastened to the rear wall 5. The section 12, 13 is made over the entire cross-section of a material which has a greater elasticity than the adjacent Gurtwerkstoff, for example in the region of the free ends 14, 15. The length of the sections 12, 13 greater elasticity should not be greater than 1 / 2 be the length of the overall belt.

The increased elasticity is preferably given in the direction of all spatial axes, so not only in the belt longitudinal direction. The material is in terms of greater elasticity selected so that among the z. B. in a backpack usually occurring stresses take place only reversible changes in shape. The rubber-elastic connection of the straps 2, 3 on the rear wall 5 on the sections 12, 13 greater elasticity therefore allows an automatic, contour-faithful adaptation of the support zone to the anatomy of the wearer to create great freedom of movement, in all directions. There is also a sprung transmission of the load of the backpack on the carrier when, for example, during rapid running, due to a fall or the like. A sudden acceleration or deceleration of the container occurs. This also reduces the risk of injury. The effective Gurtauflagefläche corresponds to the belt width, which is fully utilized. The elastic portions 12, 13 are provided in an area intended to be worn on the body of the wearer when carrying the container. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the sections 12, 13 of greater elasticity are located in the shoulder region of the wearer. The sections 12, 13 are provided in this way for application and support on the shoulders of the wearer. As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the straps 2, 3 with the elastic sections 12, 13 at the ends at the ends have a body-appropriate lateral curvature. The curved parts engage over the shoulder portion of the carrier yoke-like, so that there is an additional enlarged contact and support surface. The center 17 of the yoke-like connected straps 2, 3 is located in the region of a neck bend of the wearer.

Each of the straps 2, 3 has a pad 16 adjacent the portions 12, 13 of greater elasticity, which has an increased thickness compared to the thickness of the padding at the free ends 14, 15 or compared to the thickness in an immediately adjacent strap portion having. As can be seen in particular from Fig. 2, the pad 16 has a thickness which is about twice as large compared to the padding at the free ends 14, 15.

Apart from the sections 12, 13, the straps 2, 3 can have greater elasticity via a padding, optionally with an outer shell made of an air-permeable upper material, and a belt material with high tensile strength and low elasticity which essentially absorbs the tensile forces. It is recommended for use as a cushioning material, a foamed, preferably closed-cell plastic. To accelerate the drying of the straps 2, 3 when wet, the upper material is breathable and, for example, provided with micropores. In the region of the pad 16, the upper material can be formed in a grid-like manner, as can be seen from the figures.

For the sections 12, 13, the use of a material with increased elasticity (in comparison to the rest belt material), such as neoprene or a comparable rubber-elastic material is recommended. A fabric wrap is recommended when the tensile strength and protection against wear or damage is to be increased. It is understood that the envelope to the elastic deformation of the sections 12, 13, for example, also adapts elastically.
