Description

The invention relates to a carrying device for instrument cases, in particular for cellos, guitars, violas, violins and the like. Like. According to the preamble of claim 1.

Meistens wird das Behältnis über eine Schulter oder über beide Schultern gehängt getragen (Gesamtkatalog 2/94 der GEWA GmbH, Seite 10, D-82481 Mittenwald).Instrument cases, such as boxes, cases, covers or the like, for cellos, guitars, violas, violins and the like. Like. The usual type are known in a known manner by means of a belt / carrying strap attached to two points of the container or by means of one attached to three or four points of the container Backpack set transported. The container is usually carried over one shoulder or over both shoulders (general catalog 2/94 of GEWA GmbH, page 10, D-82481 Mittenwald).

The known carrying devices hinder the person carrying the container considerably in their freedom of movement, since the type of belts used and their attachment to the container do not guarantee an optimal distribution of the center of gravity of the load; the container hangs in the buttocks and legs or pulls too far back with its load.

The straight rear wall of boxes presses strongly on the back of the person carrying the known carrying systems.

Backpack systems are also known from the backpack manufacturers, which ensure good carrying behavior when carrying loads in backpacks through optimal belt design in the different backpack designs.

Die Schultergurte sind s-förmig gekrümmt (AFT, Alles für Tramper GmbH, D-12161 Berlin, "DER KATALOG", Seite 101 ff.).A good carrying system must generally match the length of the carrier back, ie it should be adjustable and adaptable to the anatomy of the carrier. It is important to use a shoulder strap relief cable and its fixation to free the shoulder from the load pulling backwards. Known backpack carrying systems consist essentially of padded shoulder straps, shoulder strap relief cables and one firmly connected to the hip belt Padding in the lumbar region. The shoulder straps are curved in an S-shape (AFT, Alles für Tramper GmbH, D-12161 Berlin, "DER KATALOG", page 101 ff.).

These known carrying systems for backpacks are not readily applicable to instrument cases, since the geometry of the instrument cases and the attachment options to them create different conditions for load distribution.

The leading box manufacturers are making every effort to increase the comfort by designing lighter boxes and are neglecting the development of an inexpensive carrying system for optimized load distribution and balance, as well as taking back anatomy into account, with which almost the same level of comfort can be achieved at low prices as through weight reduction.

The reduction of the box weight through the use of modern materials, e.g. of carbon fibers, and the use of laminate construction make the instrument boxes more expensive.

It is therefore an object of the invention to further develop a device for carrying instrument containers based on backpack carrying systems, which is inexpensive, requires little intervention in the instrument containers and with which a convenient transport of the containers which is not very stressful for the person carrying it is ensured and which has multifunctional elements in addition to to allow the transport of the instrument its optimal handling, and which allows universal use with different container geometries.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

The proposed system of interconnected and partially padded straps, such as those used in the backpack industry, and its attachment to five or six points of the instrument case, ensure a high level of comfort by optimally distributing the load.

The straps can be attached to the instrument case or the instrument case cover quickly and easily, thanks to the use of commercially available fasteners and a new type of bracket and strap on the lower part of the case. No annoying hooks or eyes on the instrument box are necessary.

The proposed cushion or cushion in the area of the lumbar spine of the person carrying the container improves the distribution of the center of gravity of the load and prevents the load from being pressed uncomfortably. At the same time, the shape of the cushion makes it suitable for use as an ergonomically favorable seat cushion. It can also be completed with a pocket for notes, for example in an envelope surrounding the pillow.

The lower parts of the straps of the carrying device can be used to fix e.g. Cello spikes can be used on the floor by inserting the chair legs and the cello spine into one of the holes in the plate in the loops provided on the straps. The usual bulky cello spike holders can be omitted and reduce the strain on the musician.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the subclaims.

According to the representation in FIG. 2, the carrying device consists of straps 3, 4, which are connected to straps 10, 11, of a holder 13 with a rail 12, a padding 16 and a hanging buckle 20.

The straps 3, 4 each consist of a commercially available webbing with tensioning devices. The straps 3, 4 are each divided into two, the parts are connected to one another via Fastex buckles 34, 35. Carabiner hooks 36, 37 and 48, 49 are provided at the ends of the belts 3, 4, and are hooked into eyelets 38, 39 at fixed points 5, 7 and 6, 8 on the rear wall of the lower box part 2.

Padding is applied to the upper area of the straps 3, 4 in each of the shoulder and back areas of the person carrying them, by which the straps 10 and 11 are formed. The straps 10, 11 are brought together at one end in the fixed point 9 (shoulder straps). The straps 10, 11 are each firmly connected to the straps 3, 4 at one end (e.g. lower third).

The fixed point 9 is formed as shown in FIG. 3 on the rail 12, which is inserted into a holder 13. The bracket 13 will formed from tabs 14, 15. The tab 14 is open on the inward side so that the rail 12 can be pushed in. The tab 15 is initially open on both sides and is closed after the rail 12 has been pushed in on the outward side, for example by a Velcro fastener 40 (FIG. 2). The tabs 14, 15 can be made of fabric, the rail 12 made of aluminum. The two straps 10, 11 are sewn together at one end with a fabric flap 17 so that the rail 12 can be pushed through. The belt ends and the rail 12 are riveted together in the middle of the rail to the fixed point 9, for example. The tabs 14, 15 are attached to the lower box part 2. The prevention of lateral displacement of the belts 10, 11 and the fixed point 9 can also be carried out individually for each belt 10, 11 or by gluing, by means of a saving or a slot in the rail 12 or the like. Several straps 14, 15 can be attached to the box at different heights to ensure a further height adjustment.

However, there must be at least as much distance between the left flap 15 and the belt ends that the rail 12 can be pushed to the left through the opened flap 15 until it slips out of the closed flap 14.

The tabs 14, 15 can also be attached to a casing surrounding the box 1 or to instrument cases.

The type of fastening of the belt ends by means of rail 12 and tabs 14, 15 chosen according to the invention has advantages over a central fastening. Damage to the instruments by rivets or screws in the middle of the box 1 is avoided. The often very thin box walls would not be able to withstand the tensile load occurring without central reinforcement. Even if the box is surrounded by a cover, the new carrying device can be mounted on the cover without causing an impermissible load.

The tabs 14, 15 attached to the instrument box 1 are so flat that they cannot be pushed into the box 1. Inexpensive industrial production of a type of tabs 14, 15 for the most varied box sizes is possible.

When the tabs 14, 15 are injection molded in plastic, the locking of the rail 12 in the tabs 14, 15 can be provided by locking elements (not shown) on the rail 12 and the tabs 14, 15, optionally using the spring force of the plastic or the rail 12 will.

Approximately in the middle of the padded straps 10, 11, further straps 18, 19 (not shown) are arranged with a quick-release fastener in the form of a Fastex buckle, for example, which are adjustable in length and closed over the chest of the person wearing the box 1 will.

The cushion 16 designed as a cushion in the area of the lumbar spine of the person carrying the box 1 is attached to the rear wall of the box lower part 2 (FIG. 2) and ensures that the box 1 does not rest on the buttocks or on the shoulder blades 42 of the wearer, but instead makes good physiological contact with the lumbar spine and is thereby supported by the pelvic bones 41 and allows the shoulder blades 42 freedom of movement (Fig. 1). 5, the cushion 16 has a butterfly-like shape, which is derived from the desired double function as a back cushion and seat cushion. The butterfly-like shape with the upper and lower recesses 22, 23 ensures a good fit on the pelvic bones 41 and ensures that the shoulder blades 42 of the person transporting the box 1 remain free to move and the end of the spine remains free.

The height adjustability of the pillow 16 on the box 1 for adaptation to the back length of the person carrying it, and the attachment of the pillow 16 on the box 1 can be achieved by means of four length-adjustable straps (not shown) which are fastened to the box side wall, for example with snap fasteners. On the pillow side, these straps can be fastened in side tabs. If the attachment points on the box 1 are optimized so that a triangle is formed between the attachment points on the box 1 and the tab on the pillow 16, then the height of the pillow 16 can easily be adjusted by changing the leg lengths of this triangle by tightening the straps differently.

This effect is also achieved if the straps are attached to the box 1 at a common attachment point or at two fastening points lying close together and are attached to the cushion 16 at two points as far apart as possible.

A belt strap can also be sewn onto both sides of the cushion 16 in such a way that several tabs are formed. The choice of a strap for fastening the belt-side belt ends effectively changes the height of the cushion 16. The belt ends of two belts that meet on the cushion or box side can also be connected so that only one fastening to the cushion 16 or to the box 1 is necessary.

The approximately semicircular or arcuate profile 24 in the middle of the pillow adapts to the curvature of the spine 43 and thus ensures a comfortable fit when used as back padding.

The wedge-shaped profile 30 in the side areas of the cushion 16 (each taking about 1/3 of the cushion width) ensures that the pelvic bones 41 are held in an anatomically favorable inclination when used as a seat cushion. There is a smooth transition between the profiles 30, 24, 30.

The cushion 16 is expediently provided with a cover, the side of which rests against the back is made of waterproof material and is equipped with a non-slip fit at least in the central area To prevent slipping on the back or on chairs, and the other side of which is made of pleasant natural fiber (wool, silk or the like), possibly with horsehair or wool pad between pillow and fabric.

A compartment for storing notes or the like can be provided in an envelope surrounding the cushion 16.

The buckle 20 can be attached to the straps 3, 4 in the shoulder area of the person carrying the box 1 and can accommodate a shoulder bag (FIG. 1).

Since the straps 3, 4 are padded in this area on the shoulder of the person carrying them, the additional bag can be carried comfortably.

According to the illustration in FIG. 4, the hanging buckle 20 essentially consists of tine-shaped elements 31, 32, 33 lying in a plane parallel and at a short distance from one another, which are somewhat longer than the width of the belts 3, 4 and on at least one End of a cross member 21 are held together so that a belt guide is formed. The belt 3 and / or 4 is guided under the first prong 31, over the middle prong 32 and under the third prong 33. The tines 31 to 33 can be roughened or serrated to prevent slipping when the belt is tightened.

The construction with only one cross connection 21 has the advantage that the buckle 20 can also be attached to a belt sewn on both sides.

The upward bend 34 of the prong 32, which is expediently slightly curved and / or forms an angle from zero to a maximum of 90 ° with the prongs 31, 32, 33, prevents a suspended belt from sliding off. The bend 34 can also be foldable and lockable in the folded state, e.g. on element 21.

In FIG. 4, the bend 34 can be determined with a locking device 51 on a further locking device 52 via a hinge 50. Instead of the hinge 50, the spring action of the material used for the bend 34 can also be used for locking.

The possible extension of the two outer tines 31, 33 beyond the width of the belt 3, 4 prevents the buckle 20 from twisting or tilting when lateral tensile forces occur. These extensions can also be connected by a further crosspiece or a surface.

Each prong 31,32,33 can be folded into the plane of the other prongs and can be locked in this plane.

The tines 31, 32, 33 can also be connected to one another at one end and bent upwards.

Another embodiment of the buckle 20, not shown, is that the tines 31, 32, 33 are arranged one above the other in three planes, the belt 3, 4 being guided through the lower divided prong and additionally through a conventional Triglide buckle arranged underneath this is locked.

The use of the lower parts 44, 45 of the belts 3, 4 for fixing the cello to the floor is shown in FIG. 6.

The lower parts 44, 45 of the belts 3, 4 are on the plate 25 with the bores 26, e.g. attached via Fastex buckles 46.47 or a hook-and-eye connection and additional belt tensioner. The cello spike 27 is placed in one of the bores 26. At the lower end of the belt parts 44, 45 a loop 28 is provided, into each of which a chair leg 29 is placed. Instead of the loops 28, a D-ring can also be sewn onto the lower third of the belt parts 44, 45, into which the snap hook 48, 49 is hung at the end of the belt 3, 4, so that a loop for the chair leg 29 is created.

Last liegt.1 shows a side view of a person carrying the instrument case 1 with the carrying device. The belts 3, 4 are fastened with their lower end 44, 45 at the lower end of the box 1, preferably with D-rings and hooks 48, 49 and attached with their upper end as relief straps at fixed points 5,6. One end of the straps 10, 11 is attached to the rear wall of the lower box part 2. The fixed points 5,6 are chosen so that the angle of the parts of the straps 3.4 acting as shoulder strap relief cables to the box rear wall is between 60 and 80 degrees. The distribution of the center of gravity is influenced positively, since the part of the load pulling backwards is taken up by the belts and only the part of the load pulling downward lies on the parts of the belts 3, 4 acting as shoulder belts.
