Description

The invention relates to a carrying device for one out of one Box with lid existing container for a musical instrument according to the preamble of claim 1.

A carrying device of this type for a guitar is from Switzerland 675649 A5 previously known. This carrying device for a guitar includes two attachable straps that can be attached to the container, adjustable straps. The top ends of the two risers are connected in a plastic part that is attached to the strap that grips the neck of the musical instrument case. The two lower ends of the risers are in a flexible tab brought together by means of the additional strap on the bottom End of the container is set. The known carrying device for a container consisting of a box with a lid for a musical instrument in the form of a guitar that hinders that The person carrying the container considerably in their freedom of movement since the Type of risers used and their attachment to the container no optimal distribution of the focus of the container with musical instrument guaranteed in the form of a guitar existing load. According to experience the container hangs in the buttocks and legs so that it strikes or pulls the container with every step Carrying person with the load too much to the rear. This is especially true then if it is a case for a musical instrument in Form of a cello. Furthermore, the straight back wall presses of the box strong when using the known carrying system on the back of the person wearing it. The natural, curved shape The spine is disturbed and posture can be damaged are caused. Also by reducing the box weight through the use of modern materials, e.g. of carbon fibers and the use of laminate construction will not overcome these drawbacks eliminated. The modern materials increase the price of a musical instrument box just a multiple.

The invention is therefore based on the object, the generic Carrying device for one consisting of a box with a lid Container for a musical instrument, in particular cello therefor to improve that a convenient and the container-bearing Person guaranteed less demanding transport of the container is.

The solution to this problem results from the characteristic features of the revised claim 1. The invention Carrying device consists of a special system with each other connected and partially padded straps, namely the adjustable length Risers and the padded shoulder straps. By their Attachment to at least five fixed points on the bottom of the box the musical instrument case becomes very comfortable to wear guaranteed by an optimal distribution of the load. The load from the container and musical instrument is made from the padded shoulder straps added, which are firmly connected to the risers. Through the The length of the straps can be adjusted for large instrument cases, such as. Cello boxes, far from the center of the body and thus the heavy pulling back of the container together with the musical instrument at an ideal angle to the body of the person wearing it brought, thereby avoiding that the load is the load-bearing Person pulls backwards. With the carrying device according to the invention this ensures an optimal distribution of the center of gravity of the load. Finally, the one attached to the back wall of the box improves Upholstery in the form of an ergonomically shaped cushion Center of gravity of the load and prevents an uncomfortable Pushing the load on your back, spine and in particular the buttocks area of the person wearing the container. With the ergonomic molded pillow becomes the regular straight at the same time Defused rear wall of the box bottom of the container, so that the Carrying device physiologically on the curved back of the wearing Person is adjusted. The pelvis can become free when running move and the distance of the box to the legs of the load-bearing Person is enlarged so that they continue to walk out and faster and can walk more comfortably. By combining optimal Center of gravity distribution through the relief straps with the ergonomic Pillow is prevented from postural damage.

Although it is a carrying device from WO-A-9426143 previously known for a backpack with two in the middle padded risers attached to the back are provided Relief straps are provided on the top. With a backpack however, it is not a regular one with a hard floor provided box with lid and therefore not a container for a musical instrument, albeit a backpack for smaller instruments, such as harmonica, flutes etc. can serve. A rucksack However, according to the specialist terminology, it is not a carrying device for a Musical instrument case, since the smaller musical instruments do not significant burden for the person carrying. Also exists at a backpack is not the problem underlying the registration, namely a comfortable and the carrying person little to ensure demanding transport of the musical instrument container, the bottom of the box is hard and flat. Even the one at prior backpack used padded lap belt can not the problems resulting from the flat back wall of the hard box remove.

Attaching the straps to the musical instrument case is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble by using commercially available fasteners and a bracket with tab on the lower part of the container. There are no annoying hooks or eyes on the box necessary. The pillow in the lumbar region of the The person carrying the container is at the same time to be used due to its shape suitable as an ergonomic seat cushion. It can also can be completed with a pocket for notes, e.g. in one the pillow surrounding shell.

The lower parts of the straps of the carrying device can be used to determine e.g. Cello spines on the Floor can be used by putting on the straps provided loops the chair legs and the Cello stinger inserted in one of the holes in the plate become. The usual unwieldy cello spike holder can be omitted and reduce the burden on the Musician.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the subclaims.

The fixed point 9 is as shown in of Fig. 3 formed on the rail 12, which in a Bracket 13 is inserted. The bracket 13 will formed from tabs 14, 15. The tab 14 is on the inward side open to the rail 12 to be able to push in. The tab 15 is initially open on both sides and becomes after pushing in Rail 12 on the outward side e.g. closed by a Velcro fastener 40 (Fig. 2). The tabs 14, 15 can be made of fabric, the rail 12 Aluminum. The two belts 10, 11 are on one end with a fabric bottle 17 like this sewn together that the rail 12 pushed through can be. The belt ends and the rail 12 are in the middle of the rail with each other to fixed point 9 e.g. riveted. The tabs 14, 15 are on the lower box part 2 attached. Preventing a side Displacement of the belts 10, 11 and the fixed point 9 can also be done individually for each belt 10, 11 or by gluing, by saving or by Slit in the rail 12 or the like can be achieved. Several tabs 14, 15 can also be used in different ways Be attached to the box at a height to ensure further height adjustment.

It must be between the left flap 15 and the belt ends however at least as much distance that the Rail 12 to the left through the opened tab 15 can be pushed so far that it from the closed tab 14 slips out.

The tabs 14, 15 can also be attached to a box 1 surrounding sleeve or attached to instrument cases become.

The type of fastening of the belt ends chosen according to the invention by means of rail 12 and tabs 14, 15 advantages over a central fastening. Damage to the instruments from rivets or Screwing in the middle of box 1 is avoided. The often very thin box walls would with one central fastening of the tensile load occurring not withstand without reinforcement. Even if the Box is surrounded by a shell, the new carrying device mounted on the cover without an impermissible load.

The tabs 14, 15 attached to the instrument box 1 are so flat that they are not in box 1 can impress. It is inexpensive industrial manufacture of a type of tabs 14, 15 possible for different box sizes.

With a design of the tabs 14, 15 in plastic injection molding can the locking of the rail 12 in the Tabs 14,15 by not shown locking elements the rail 12 and the tabs 14, 15 if necessary using the spring force of the plastic or the rail 12 can be provided.

Approximately in the middle of the padded straps 10.11 are additional straps 18,19 (not shown) with a quick release in the form of e.g. a Fastex buckle arranged, adjustable in length are and over the chest of those carrying box 1 Person to be closed.

The padding 16 designed as a cushion in the area the lumbar spine of those carrying box 1 Person is on the rear wall of the box base 2 attached (Fig.2) and ensures that the box 1 not on the buttocks or shoulder blades 42 of the Carrier rests, but physiologically sensible of the lumbar spine and thereby of the Pelvic bone 41 is supported and the shoulder blades 42 Freedom of movement granted (Fig. 1). The 5 has a butterfly-like cushion Form based on the targeted Double function as back padding and seat cushion derives. The butterfly-like shape with the ensures upper and lower recesses 22,23 a good support on the pelvic bone 41 and provides for the shoulder blades 42 of the box 1 moving person freely and that Spine end remain free.

The height adjustment of the pillow 16 on the box 1 to adapt to the back length of the person wearing it, and the attachment of the cushion 16 to the box 1 can thanks to four adjustable straps (not shown) be achieved on the box side wall e.g. are fastened with snaps. cushion side these straps can be attached in side tabs his. If the attachment points on box 1 so are optimized that between the attachment points a triangle on box 1 and the tab on pillow 16 arises, then the height of the pillow 16 can easily Change the leg lengths of this triangle by different tightening of the straps can be adjusted.

This effect is also achieved when the belts are on Box 1 on a common or on two closely attached attachment points are and on the pillow 16 at two as far as possible distant points are attached.

On both sides of the pillow 16 can also one Webbing should be sewn on so that there are several tabs arise. Choosing a tab to attach the cushion-side belt ends effectively change the Height of the pillow 16. The pillow side or belt ends of each meeting on the box side two belts can also be connected so that only one Attachment to pillow 16 or box 1 necessary is.

The approximately semicircular or arched profile 24 in the middle of the pillow fits the curve of the Spine 43 and thus ensures a pleasant Comfort when used as back padding.

The wedge-shaped profile 30 in the side areas of the Pillow 16 (each about 1/3 of the pillow width engaging) ensures that the pelvic bones 41 when used as a seat cushion in an anatomical favorable inclination. Between There is a smooth transition between profiles 30, 24, 30.

The cushion 16 is expediently provided with a cover provided, the side lying against the back waterproof material and at least in middle area is non-slip to a To prevent slipping on the back or on chairs, and the other side made of pleasant natural fiber (Wool, silk or the like), possibly with horsehair or Wool pad between the pillow and fabric.

In a cover surrounding the cushion 16 can Compartment for storing notes or the like his.

The buckle 20 can in the shoulder area the person carrying the box 1 on the belts 3, 4 be attached and take a shoulder bag (Fig.1).

Because the straps 3.4 are padded on this area The shoulder of the person wearing it results comfortable carrying of the additional bag.

According to the representation in Fig. 4, there is The buckle 20 essentially consists of one level parallel to each other at a short distance tine-shaped elements 31,32,33 that are slightly longer than the width of the straps are 3.4, and the on at least one end held together by a cross member 21 are so that a belt guide is created. The Belt 3 and / or 4 is under the first prong 31, over the middle prong 32 and under the third prong 33 guided. The tines 31 to 33 can be roughened or be grooved to tighten a belt To prevent slipping.

The construction with only one cross connection 21 has the advantage that the buckle 20 also be attached to a belt sewn on both sides can.

The upward bend 34 of the prong 32, which is expediently slightly curved or / and an angle from zero to a maximum of 90 ° with the tines 31,32,33 forms, prevents a suspended one from sliding off Belt. The bend 34 can also be folded and lockable when folded, e.g. on element 21.

In Fig. 4 the bend 34 is with a locking device 51 to a further locking device 52 lockable via a hinge 50. Instead of Hinge 50 can also the spring action of the used material for the bend 34 for Locking can be used.

The possible extension of the two outer tines 31.33 prevented beyond the width of the belt 3.4 twisting or tilting of the buckle 20 when lateral tensile forces occur. These extensions can also be replaced by another crossbar or an area to be connected.

Each prong 31,32,33 can be bent into the Level of the other tines foldable and in be locked at this level.

The tines 31, 32, 33 can also be flat at one end connected and bent up.

Another embodiment of the Buckle 20 is that the prongs 31, 32, 33 are arranged one above the other in three planes, the belt 3, 4 divided by the lower prong and additionally by a conventional one underneath Triglide buckle guided and through this is locked.

The use of the lower parts 44,45 of the belts 3,4 6 for fixing the cello to the floor shown.

The lower parts 44.45 of the belts 3.4 are on the Plate 25 with holes 26, e.g. about Fastex buckles 46.47 or a hook-and-eye connection and additional belt tensioner. The Cello spike 27 is in one of the holes 26 posed. At the lower end of the belt parts 44,45 a loop 28 is provided in each a chair leg 29 is placed. Instead of Loops 28 can be on the lower third of the belt parts 44,45 a D-ring can also be sewn into which the Snap hook 48.49 hooked onto the end of the belt 3.4 is so that a loop for the chair leg 29th arises.

1 is a side view of the Instrument box 1 person carrying the carrying device shown. The straps 3, 4 are with their lower end 44.45 at the lower end of box 1 preferably attached with D-rings and hooks 48,49 and with their upper end as relief straps Fixed points 5.6 attached. One end of the straps 10,11 is on the rear wall of the lower box part 2 appropriate. The fixed points 5,6 are chosen so that the angle of the shoulder strap relief cables acting parts of the straps 3.4 to the box rear wall is between 60 and 80 degrees. The focus distribution is positively influenced because the part of the load pulling back from the straps is picked up and on the as shoulder straps acting parts of the straps 3.4 only the down pulling part of the load lies.
