Consequently, since pinion 45 is much smaller than gear 15, the number of revolutions of gear 15 is also reduced with respect to those of rotary member 43.

  • Single-plane positive track 51 comprises ( Figure 1 ) two branches 61, 62; a tooth 63; and an inclined stop surface 64 opposite tooth 63 and between branches 61 and 62.

  • the inverse movement of drawer 3 produced manually by the user rotates gear 15 by means of rack 18 to overcome the resistance of, and again begin preloading, spring 11, end 32 of which is locked angularly integral with stationary casing 16, and end 31 of which rotates together with gear 15 to twist and so preload spring 11.
  • pin 52 moves relatively, in the opposite direction to before, along branch 62 which is inclined, to which pin 52 is transferred by the springback of leaf spring 53 at the end of the extraction travel of drawer 3, as soon as pin 52 disengages branch 61.

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif (2) pour extraire automatiquement un tiroir (3) qui glisse à l'intérieur d'un siège (4) entre une position sortie dans laquelle le tiroir fait saillie hors du siège, et une position rentrée dans laquelle le tiroir est logé dans le siège, substantiellement en alignement avec une embouchure (5) du siège ; ledit tiroir étant, en particulier, un tiroir pour distribuer des fluides de traitement d'un appareil ménager électrique (1) ; et le dispositif comprenant un dispositif de libération (10) ; des moyens élastiques (11) pour pousser le tiroir de la position rentrée dans la position sortie ; et des moyens de décélération (12) pour s'opposer au mouvement de glissement du tiroir à l'intérieur du siège ; ledit dispositif comprenant également un dispositif de conversion de mouvement réversible rotatif à linéaire (14) ; lesdits moyens élastiques et lesdits moyens de décélération agissant sur un organe rotatif (15) dudit dispositif de conversion de mouvement réversible rotatif à linéaire ; et le dispositif de conversion de mouvement réversible rotatif à linéaire étant situé entre ledit tiroir et un organe fixe (6) dudit siège, de sorte que le mouvement du tiroir de la position sortie dans la position rentrée ait lieu en opposition auxdits moyens élastiques (11), tandis que le fonctionnement dudit dispositif de libération produit un mouvement linéaire du tiroir de la position rentrée dans la position sortie en conséquence de l'action desdits moyens élastiques ; ledit dispositif de conversion de mouvement réversible rotatif à linéaire (14) étant un mécanisme à crémaillère ; ledit organe rotatif étant défini par un engrenage (15) reçu à rotation à l'intérieur d'un boîtier (16) et s'engrenant avec une crémaillère (18), en dehors du boîtier, à travers une fenêtre (19) formée à travers le boîtier (16) ; ledit boîtier (16) comprenant deux demi-coquilles (20, 21), au moins l'une d'entre elles étant en forme de coupe ; une première demi-coquille (20) supportant librement ledit engrenage (15), qui est monté de manière à faire saillie vers la deuxième demi-coquille (21),
    caractérisé en ce que, en combinaison :
    - ledit engrenage (15) comprend un corps en forme de coupe (25) ayant une concavité interne (26) en regard de la deuxième demi-coquille (21), lesdits moyens élastiques (11) comprenant un ressort hélicoïdal comprimé entre ladite deuxième demi-coquille (21) et ladite concavité (26) de l'engrenage (15), et logé entièrement à l'intérieur de la concavité (26) ;
    - ledit moyen de décélération (12) est constitué d'un décélérateur à bain d'huile rotatif comprenant un corps étanche aux fluides (42) rempli d'huile de silicone et fixé intégralement à l'intérieur dudit boîtier (16), en dessous dudit engrenage (15), et d'un organe rotatif (43) tournant avec un haut degré de résistance à l'intérieur de l'huile et faisant saillie de manière étanche aux fluides depuis un côté dudit corps étanche aux fluides (42) ; ledit organe rotatif (43) dudit moyen de décélération (12) étant connecté de manière à s'engrener indirectement avec ledit engrenage (15) au moyen d'une transmission dentée comprenant un pignon (44) ajusté angulairement et intégré à l'organe rotatif (43) et s'engrenant avec un pignon (45) formé d'une seule pièce avec ledit corps en forme de coupe (25) dudit engrenage (15), sur le côté opposé à ladite concavité (26) .
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier (16) est porté intégralement par ledit organe fixe (6) dudit siège, et ladite crémaillère (18) est portée intégralement par et en dessous dudit tiroir (3), ou vice versa.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième demi-coquille (21) présente, en saillie vers ladite première demi-coquille (20), un certain nombre de goupilles (27) agencées en anneau, et qui font saillie à l'intérieur de ladite concavité (26) de l'engrenage (15) quand les demi-coquilles (20, 21) sont assemblées.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit ressort (11) a une première extrémité (31) s'engageant et intégrée angulairement avec l'engrenage (15), et une deuxième extrémité (32) s'engageant avec l'une desdites goupilles (27), quand les demi-coquilles (20, 21) sont assemblées, de manière à être intégré angulairement avec le boîtier (16).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit ressort (11) est ajusté à un moyeu (33) coaxial à l'axe de rotation dudit engrenage (15) et saillant à l'intérieur de ladite concavité (26) de l'engrenage, sur le côté opposé à ladite première demi-coquille (20) ; le moyeu (33) ayant une fente (34) avec laquelle s'engage ladite première extrémité (31) du ressort (11), qui est recourbée radialement vers l'axe de symétrie du ressort (11).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites demi-coquilles (20, 21) s'encliquètent l'une à l'autre.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de libération (10) est situé près de ladite embouchure (5), et agit directement sur ledit tiroir (3) .
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de libération (10) est d'un type pousse-pousse.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de libération (10) comprend un chemin positif (51) formé dans un plan ; et une goupille (52) portée par un ressort à lame (53) flexible dans un plan perpendiculaire à ladite goupille (52) et parallèle audit plan du chemin positif (51).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit ressort à lame (53) est porté intégralement d'une seule pièce avec ledit boîtier (16), et ledit chemin positif (51) est intégré à ladite crémaillère (18).
  11. Appareil ménager électrique (1), en particulier une machine à laver le linge, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (2) pour extraire automatiquement un tiroir (3) qui glisse à l'intérieur d'un siège (4), selon la revendication 1, ledit tiroir (3) étant un tiroir de distribution de détergent, et ledit organe fixe dudit siège (4) étant un réservoir extractible de détergent (6).
