Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (2) zum automatischen Ausfahren einer Schublade (3), die in einem Sitz (4) zwischen einer herausgezogenen Position, in der die Schublade vom Sitz vorsteht, und einer eingeschobenen Position, in der die Schublade im Sitz und im Wesentlichen bündig mit einer Mündung (5) des Sitzes untergebracht ist, gleitet, wobei es sich bei der Schublade insbesondere um eine Schublade zum Abgeben von Prozessfluiden eines elektrischen Haushaltsgeräts (1) handelt, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst: eine Freigabevorrichtung (10), elastische Mittel (11), um die Schublade aus der eingeschobenen Position in die herausgezogene Position zu schieben, Verlangsamungsmittel (12), um der Gleitbewegung der Schublade im Sitz entgegenzuwirken, sowie eine Vorrichtung (14) zur umkehrbaren Umwandlung einer Drehbewegung zu einer linearen Bewegung, wobei die elastischen Mittel und die Verlangsamungsmittel auf ein Drehelement (15) der Vorrichtung zur umkehrbaren Umwandlung einer Drehbewegung zu einer linearen Bewegung wirken und die Vorrichtung zur umkehrbaren Umwandlung einer Drehbewegung zu einer linearen Bewegung zwischen der Schublade und einem festgelegten Element (6) des Sitzes angeordnet ist, so dass die Bewegung der Schublade aus der herausgezogenen Position in die eingeschobene Position entgegen den elastischen Mitteln (11) erfolgt, während die Betätigung der Freigabevorrichtung eine lineare Bewegung der Schublade aus der eingeschobenen Position in die herausgezogene Position als Folge der Wirkung der elastischen Mittel bewirkt, wobei es sich bei der Vorrichtung (14) zur umkehrbaren Umwandlung einer Drehbewegung zu einer linearen Bewegung um einen Zahnstangenmechanismus handelt, wobei das Drehelement durch ein Zahnrad (15) definiert wird, das zur Drehung in einem Gehäuse (16) untergebracht ist und durch ein im Gehäuse (16) gebildetes Fenster (19) mit einer Zahnstange (18) außerhalb des Gehäuses kämmt, wobei das Gehäuse (16) zwei Halbschalen (20, 21) umfasst, von denen mindestens eine becherförmig ist, wobei eine erste Halbschale (20) das Zahnrad (15) frei trägt, das so montiert ist, dass es zur zweiten Halbschale (21) vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Kombination- das Zahnrad (15) einen becherförmigen Körper (25) mit einer inneren Aushöhlung (26) umfasst, die der zweiten Halbschale (21) zugewandt ist, wobei die elastischen Mittel (11) eine Spiralfeder umfassen, die zwischen der zweiten Halbschale (21) und der Aushöhlung (26) des Zahnrads (15) angeordnet und gänzlich in der Aushöhlung (26) untergebracht ist,- die Verlangsamungsmittel (12) aus einer Ölbad-Drehverlangsamungsvorrichtung, die einen fluiddichten Körper (42) umfasst, der mit Silikonöl gefüllt ist und integral im Gehäuse (16) unter dem Zahnrad (15) befestigt ist, und einem Drehelement (43) bestehen, das sich mit hohem Widerstand im Öl dreht und fluiddicht von einer Seite des fluiddichten Körpers (42) vorsteht, wobei das Drehelement (43) der Verlangsamungsmittel (12) so verbunden ist, dass es mittels eines Zahngetriebes, das ein Ritzel (44) umfasst, das winkelmäßig integral am Drehelement (43) angebracht ist und mit einem Ritzel (45) kämmt, das einstückig mit dem becherförmigen Körper (25) des Zahnrads (15) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Aushöhlung (26) ausgebildet ist, indirekt mit dem Zahnrad (15) kämmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (16) integral durch das festgelegte Element (6) des Sitzes getragen wird und die Zahnstange (18) integral durch die und unter der Schublade (3) getragen wird oder umgekehrt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Halbschale (21) mehrere in einem Ring angeordnete Stifte (27) hat, die zur ersten Halbschale (20) vorstehen und in der Aushöhlung (26) des Zahnrads (15) vorstehen, wenn die Halbschalen (20, 21) montiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (11) ein erstes Ende (31), das das Zahnrad (15) in Eingriff nimmt und mit diesem winkelmäßig integral ist, und ein zweites Ende (32) hat, das einen der Stifte (27) in Eingriff nimmt, wenn die Halbschalen (20, 21) montiert sind, so dass es mit dem Gehäuse (16) winkelmäßig integral ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (11) an einer Nabe (33) angebracht ist, die zu der Drehachse des Zahnrads (15) koaxial ist und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der ersten Halbschale (20) in der Aushöhlung (26) des Zahnrads vorsteht, wobei die Nabe (33) einen Schlitz (34) hat, der vom ersten Ende (31) der Feder (11) in Eingriff genommen wird, das radial zur Symmetrieachse der Feder (11) gebogen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschalen (20, 21) ineinander einrasten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freigabevorrichtung (10) nahe an der Mündung (5) angeordnet ist und direkt auf die Schublade (3) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freigabevorrichtung (10) der Push-Push-Art ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freigabevorrichtung (10) eine in einer Ebene ausgebildete positive Spur (51) und einen Stift (52) umfasst, der von einer Blattfeder (53) getragen wird, die in einer Ebene flexibel ist, die senkrecht zum Stift (52) und parallel zu der einen Ebene der positiven Spur (51) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blattfeder (53) integral einstückig mit dem Gehäuse (16) getragen wird und die positive Spur (51) integral mit der Zahnstange (18) ist.
- Elektrisches Haushaltsgerät (1), insbesondere eine Waschmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (2) zum automatischen Ausfahren einer in einem Sitz (4) gleitenden Schublade (3) nach Anspruch 1 umfasst, wobei die Schublade (3) eine Schublade zur Ausgabe von Waschmittel und das festgelegte Element des Sitzes (4) ein Behälter (6) zur Entnahme von Waschmittel ist.
