Claims (15)

  1. An apparatus for performing a method of bringing together webs (01 to 06) during a procedure of drawing in the webs (01 to 06) into a web-processing machine, wherein the web (01; 02; 03; 04; 05; 06) drawn at its tip by web-draw-in means is conveyed during the drawing-in procedure in a web-inlet region (21) formed between last guide rollers (10; 13) and an drawing roller for the web (16) arranged upstream of a longitudinal former as far as additional conveying means (16 to 29; 31 to 34) provided in addition to the web-draw-in means, characterized in that the tip of the web (01 to 06) is conveyed by the additional conveying means (16 to 29; 31 to 34) and the web-draw-in means in the region of the additional conveying means (16 to 29; 31 to 34), and the tip of the web (01 to 06) is separated by the web-draw-in means downstream of the additional conveying means (16 to 29; 31 to 34) with respect to a running direction (A) of the web and is conveyed to the longitudinal former by the additional conveying means (16 to 29; 31 to 34), wherein a plurality of conveying means (27, 28 or 32, 33; 26, 29 or 31, 34) are arranged transversely to the conveying direction.
  6. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the conveying means (26 to 29; 31 to 34) are circulating in an endless manner.
  7. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the conveying means are driven.
  8. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 5, characterized in that two conveying means (26 to 29; 31 to 34) extending parallel to each other and acting in the running direction (A) of the web are arranged on both sides of half-width partial webs (24; 36) in each case.
  9. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the conveying means (26 to 29; 31 to 34) comprises in each case a suction-belt system (26 to 29; 31 to 34).
  10. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 9, characterized in that each suction-belt system (26 to 29; 31 to 34) comprises at least a suction box (37) which has longitudinal slots (39) on its side (38) facing the web, both ends of the suction box (37) carry deflexion rollers (41; 42) for a perforated belt (44) circulating in an endless manner, and the suction box (37) has at least one suction connexion (49).
  11. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 10, characterized in that the suction box (37) has a blower device (57) at the end, as viewed in the running direction (A) of the web, and on its side (38) facing the web.
  12. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 5, characterized in that a guide rail (60 to 65) - guided around the last guide roller (08 to 13) in each case on a lateral stand (18 or 19) - for the web-draw-in means opens into a central guide rail (67) which passes between the right-hand and left-hand conveying means (26 to 29; 31 to 34) and which extends at least as far as the drawing roller for the web (16).

An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 13, characterized in that the longitudinal cutter device (71) comprises at least one counter-cutting knife (72) situated on the periphery of the drawing roller for the web (16) and at least one circular knife (73) capable of being driven and co-operating therewith.
  15. An apparatus for performing the method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the web-processing machine is designed in the form of a web-fed rotary printing press.
