Claims (14)
- Kunststoffaß, das als Spundfaß oder Deckelfaß ausgebildet und als Ein- oder Mehrschichtbehälter durch Extrusionsblasformen hergestellt ist, gekennzeichnet durch in den Faßkörper (2) integrierte Abschnitte (15) aus einem elektrisch leitenden Kunststoffmaterial, die elektrische Verbindungen zwischen der Innenfläche (17) und der Oberfläche (18) des Faßkörpers (2) bilden.
- Faß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitenden Abschnitte (15) des Faßkörpers (2) als Streifen (16) ausgebildet sind, deren Stärke der Wandstärke (19) des Faßkörpers (2) entspricht.
- Faß nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitenden Streifen (16) parallel zur Faßlängsachse (20-20) über den zylindrischen Mantel (3) des Faßkörpers (2) verlaufen.
- Faß nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitenden Streifen (16) radial oder diagonal über den Unterboden (4) und/oder den Oberboden (5) des Faßkörpers (2) verlaufen.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen einschichtigen Faßkörper (2), insbesondere aus einem Polyethylen hoher Dichte.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faßkörper (2) aus einer Innenschicht (9) und einer dauerantistatischen Außenschicht (11) besteht.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faßkörper (2) durch eine Innenschicht (9), eine Mittelschicht (10) und eine dauerantistatische Außenschicht (11) gebildet wird.
- Faß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Innenschicht (9) und Mittelschicht (10) des Faßkörpers (2) eine Sperrschicht (12) angeordnet ist, die in zwei Haftvermittlerschichten (13, 14) eingebettet ist.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (9) und die Außenschicht (11) des Faßkörpers (2) aus einem Polyethylen hoher Dichte bestehen, wobei als Ausgangsmaterial neuwertiges Granulat verwendet wird und die Außenschicht (11) einen Leitrußanteil enthält.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelschicht (10) des Faßkörpers (2) aus einem Polyethylen hoher Dichte besteht, wobei als Ausgangsmaterial recyceltes Granulat oder Mahlgut aus reinem Polyethylen und/oder Polyethylen mit einem Leitrußanteil verwendet wird.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch einen Faßkörper (2) mit einer Sperrschicht (12) aus Polyamid oder einem Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymer, die in zwei Haftvermittlerschichten (13, 14) aus einem Polyethylen niedriger Dichte eingebettet ist.
- Faß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitenden Streifen (16) des Faßkörpers (2) aus einem Polyethylen hoher Dichte mit einem Leitrußanteil bestehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kunststoffässern nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch das Extrudieren eines einschichtigen oder das Koextrudieren eines mehrschichtigen schlauchförmigen Vorformlings aus einem nichtleitenden Grundwerkstoff mit über den Umfang verteilten Streifen aus einem elektrisch leitenden Werkstoff sowie das Blasformen des Vorformlings zu einem Faßkörper in einer Blasform, wobei der Extrusionsvorgang kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich abläuft.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kunststoffässern nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch das Extrudieren eines einschichtigen oder das Koextrudieren eines mehrschichtigen schlauchförmigen Vorformlings, wobei der aus dem Extruderkopf kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich austretende Materialschlauch über den Umfang verteilt aufgespaltet und in die Spalträume ein elektrisch leitfähiger Kunststoff zur Bildung von Streifen eingespritzt wird, die mit dem schlauchförmigen Vorformling homogen verschweißen, sowie das Blasformen des Vorformlings zu einem Faßkörper in einer Blasform.
