Abstract
Description
en ce qu'on plie la bande ainsi emboutie aux raccordements des extrémités des faces des dièdres avec les zones planes intermédiaires de la bande de manière à rapprocher l'une de l'autre les faces latérales de deux empreintes adjacentes qui sont situées de part et d'autre d'une zone plane de la bande et de manière à positionner les arêtes arrondies des empreintes sur un contour cylindrique de révolution ayant sensiblement le même diamètre que le diamètre extérieur du tronçon tubulaire,
et en ce que, après soudure l'une à l'autre des extrémités aboutées de la bande et positionnement de la pièce en étoile sur le tronçon tubulaire avec les arêtes arrondies des dièdres formés par les empreintes disposées en appui contre la face externe du tronçon tubulaire, on solidarise ladite pièce en étoile sur le tronçon tubulaire par des soudures circulaires discontinues faites sur les bords supérieur et inférieur des arêtes arrondies en contact avec le tronçon tubulaire.

Claims (8)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément vertical d'échafaudage (16, 16') constitué d'un tronçon tubulaire (14) sur lequel est soudée une pièce en étoile (11) définissant un nombre n de douilles (17, 17', 17") en saillie radiale, réparties périphériquement en étoile, destinées à l'accrochage d'une extrémité de traverse horizontale de l'échafaudage, ledit procédé consistant à emboutir à plat une bande métallique plane (1) de longueur prédéterminée en n emplacements régulièrement espacés de manière à former n empreintes (2), puis à plier ladite bande ainsi conformée pour la fermer sur elle-même et former une pièce en étoile, et enfin à positionner celle-ci sur le susdit tronçon tubulaire et à la souder à celui-ci,
caractérisé en ce qu'on emboutit ladite bande (1) en n emplacements régulièrement espacés de manière à former n empreintes (2) approximativement en dièdre (4a, 4b) à arête arrondie (3) transversale à l'étendue de la bande, en ce qu'on plie la bande ainsi emboutie aux raccordements (7, 10) des extrémités des faces (4a, 4b) des dièdres avec les zones planes intermédiaires (5) de la bande de manière à rapprocher l'une de l'autre les faces latérales (4a, 4b) de deux empreintes (2) adjacentes qui sont situées de part et d'autre d'une zone plane (5) de la bande et de manière à positionner les arêtes arrondies (3) des empreintes (2) sur un contour (12) cylindrique de révolution ayant sensiblement le même diamètre que le diamètre extérieur du tronçon tubulaire (14), et en ce que, après soudure (13) l'une à l'autre des extrémités (6) aboutées de la bande et positionnement de la pièce en étoile (11) sur le tronçon tubulaire (14) avec les arêtes arrondies (3) des dièdres formés par les empreintes (2) disposées en appui contre la face externe du tronçon tubulaire (14), on solidarise ladite pièce en étoile (11) sur le tronçon tubulaire (14) par des soudures circulaires discontinues (15) faites sur les bords supérieur et inférieur des arêtes arrondies (3) en contact avec le tronçon tubulaire (14). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les empreintes (2) sont formées en dièdres (4a, 4b) ouverts sous un angle de 2π/n.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande emboutie (1) est pliée de manière à amener les faces latérales (4a, 4b) de deux empreintes adjacentes (2) dans une position mutuelle sensiblement parallèle.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le nombre des empreintes (2) est de quatre et en ce que l'angle α d'ouverture des dièdres (4a, 4b) formés par les empreintes (2) est d'environ 90°,
ce grâce à quoi on obtient un élément vertical d'échafaudage (11) constitué d'un tronçon tubulaire (14) équipé de quatre douilles (17, 17') disposées sensiblement en croix. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande métallique est traitée de telle manière que les susdites extrémités aboutées de la bande qui sont soudées se situent en dehors de l'extrémité d'une douille.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités aboutées soudées de la bande se situent dans une zone de la pièce en étoile qui est en appui contre le tronçon tubulaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on forme les arêtes arrondies (3) avec leur concavité tournée vers l'extérieur, afin que ces arêtes soient appliquées étroitement contre le tronçon tubulaire.
- Elément vertical d'échafaudage comportant quatre douilles (17, 17') définies par une bande métallique (1) pliée en croix à branches orthogonales et soudée sur un tronçon tubulaire (14), caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué par mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
