Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an electrical contacting device for conductive connection of electrical functional parts in one device, in particular for connecting an electronic device located in the device Circuit with a voltage source, the contacting device comprises a contact carrier made of insulating material, which at least contains a contact which except for a contact section for contacting the electronic circuit at least two more, connected to each other by a bend as well as each other has at least partially overlapping contact sections, the one as an anchor section for holding the contact in the contact carrier serves, and the other as a spring section for contacting the Functional part is formed.
A contacting device of this type is in printed form Unusable obvious prior use has become known. It is a three-pole contacting device for connection the pole of an accumulator with contact fields of an electronic Circuit of a cell phone. Each contact essentially has one straight leg on the bottom of the contact carrier emerges with an end section. This end section has one Contact area for contacting the circuit board. On the other This section is followed by a U-shaped bend and then another straight-line section that leads to the first section runs essentially parallel. This section is in the insulated housing anchored. It emits an opposite bend, into a substantially hairpin-shaped contact section leads to the contact with the contacts of the accumulator serves. This contact section is a spring contact section and will when pressurized by the accumulator in the direction of the Contact carrier to and partially moved into this.
Although this previously known contacting device in the Practice proven very well, but there is a need for one particularly flat design of the contacting device and on the other hand to ensure adequate contact forces under Taking into account the extreme miniaturization of such devices in connection with the inevitable structural tolerances.
The present invention solves this problem with the features of claim 1 and is accordingly in particular characterized in that the anchor portion and the end portion of the spring section and / or each other are assigned that the end section when the Spring section can pass through the anchor section.
Passing the anchor section provided according to the invention On the part of the abutment tongue can be simple in many ways be made possible. For example, the anchor section can be a Breakthrough or notch to reach through the abutment tongue exhibit. A variant can be that the anchor section has a jump to pass through the abutment tongue. A further embodiment can provide that the abutment tongue, preferably arranged close to the edge of the spring section Anchor section can pass laterally.
In any case, it is advantageous if the abutment tongue is narrower than the anchor section, so that the invention Feature of passing the anchor section through the abutment tongue no broadening or other at any point of contact Measures required, for example, an additional material requirement would require for contact.
The essence of the invention is essentially that at least the end of the spring section is capable of being pressurized to be deflected further than was previously the case, because it can pass the anchor section of the contact. Thereby, that the spring section now further into the contact device can be moved in, the contacting device be built extremely flat overall.
The end section of the spring section preferably forms a Abutment tongue, which is behind a contact carrier fixed Supports abutment. This also has the advantage that the End of the spring section safely protected in the contact carrier and is therefore effective against any external force, e.g. due to improper manipulation on the part of the user, withdraws.
In a further embodiment, the spring section is biased in Contact carrier arranged. The preloaded contact builds up immediately Beginning of a pressure load contact forces on and not - how in the prior art - after a certain initial stroke of movement. This can also have a lower overall height Contacting device can be achieved that the to be executed Travel is shorter.
In connection with that the spring section is now further in the contact device can be moved into it Contacting device can be built extremely flat overall, whereby the contact forces to be applied are always safely reached, and regardless of the inevitable structural tolerances.
Both features of the invention - spring preload and contact section pass - complement each other in an advantageous manner with regard to to the problem solution sought by the invention.
As for the contact of the invention further, it is advantageous if the contact section for contacting the electronic Switch by another bend with the anchor section is connected and overlaps it at least partially. in the In particular, an embodiment provides that the bends arranged at opposite end regions of the anchor section and the contact sections from the bends in point in essentially opposite directions. Of the page considered, such a contact essentially has an S or Z shape au, the contact zones of the two contact sections at least approximately on both sides of the central anchor section are opposite. As a result, the contact forces introduced on both sides effective in practically the same level and burden the Contact carrier not in a tilting condition.

An electrical designated 10 in total

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the two ends are in each case

In

Ausführungsbeispiel in etwa mittiger Anordnung geradlinigen -
Kontaktträgers 11 verkrallen kann.5 further shows, the
Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 veranschaulichen gut, dass aufgrund
The already mentioned closes on the
Aufgrund
dieser Funktion wird der Endabschnitt 24 des Kontaktschenkels
13 nachfolgend auch als Widerlagerzunge 27 bezeichnet.The
The
Verdickung 18, also unmittelbar im kontaktträgerseitigen Verriegelungsbereich
19 für den Kontakt 12.A comparison of Fig. 5 with Fig. 6 shows that the
Due to the fact that the
Fig. 7 shows - in longitudinal section through a contact 12 - the

The
zeigt.
Kontaktes 12 einwirken. In the normal position when the battery is not inserted, the
