Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine elektrische Kontaktiervorrichtung zur leitenden Verbindung von elektrischen Funktionsteilen in einem Gerät, insbesondere zur Verbindung einer im Gerät befindlichen elektronischen Schaltung mit einer Spannungsquelle, wobei die Kontaktiervorrichtung einen Kontaktträger aus Isoliermaterial umfasst, der mindestens einen Kontakt enthält, welcher außer einem Kontaktabschnitt zur Kontaktierung der elektronischen Schaltung wenigstens zwei weitere, durch eine Umbiegung miteinander verbundene sowie einander zumindest teilweise überlappende Kontaktabschnitte aufweist, deren einer als Ankerabschnitt zur Halterung des Kontakts im Kontaktträger dient, und deren anderer als Federabschnitt zur Kontaktierung des Funktionsteils ausgebildet ist. Die Kontaktiervorrichtung ist derart ausgebildet, dass der Federabschnitt vorzugsweise vorgespannt im Kontaktträger angeordnet ist, wobei eine Widerlagerzunge am Ende des Federabschnitts sich hinter einem kontaktträgerfesten Widerlager abstützt, und dass der Ankerabschnitt und die Widerlagerzunge derart ausgebildet oder einander zugeordnet sind, dass die Widerlagerzunge bei Druckbeaufschlagung seitens des Funktionsteils den Ankerabschnitt passieren kann. Damit wird eine extrem flach bauende Kontaktiervorrichtung erzielt, bei der sich unabhängig von den auftretenden Bauteiltoleranzen hohe Kontaktkräfte zuverlässig aufbauen lassen.

This achieves an extremely flat contacting device in which high contact forces can be reliably established independently of the component tolerances that occur.
