Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de notification et de réponse permettant à des applications de communiquer avec des destinataires utilisant des média différents. Ledit système de notification et de réponse i) envoie des demandes à au moins un destinataire à l'aide du support spécifié par chaque destinataire; ii) collecte et traite des réponses; et ii) envoie ces réponses à leur destination finale à l'aide du support spécifié par ladite destination finale. Des applications peuvent tramer des demandes dans au moins un langage humain et un format de média, et la demande est distribuée au(x) destinataire(s) approprié(s) en fonction de ses ou leurs préférences. Des expressions de flux de communication spécifient les destinataires d'une demande donnée, et la manière, le moment et le lieu où ledit destinataire recevra cette réponse. Les demandes sont mises à jour dynamiquement, et les paramètres d'expression de flux de communication ne sont pas évalués avant que la demande soit distribuée. Des règles de flux de communication spécifient les préférences de communication d'un destinataire et personnalisent les flux de communication en fonction des caractéristiques de l'émetteur, du sujet ou des contraintes de planification. Les expressions de flux de communication sont évaluées à l'aide d'une logique à trois valeurs: notification manquée (peut-être), réponse fausse (faux) et réponse correcte (vraie). Des primitives spécifient un contact simultané ou séquentiel et le moment où l'exécution d'une sous-expression est terminée par définition d'une combinaison logique de résultats d'essais réussis.
