Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Materialbahnen (12) umfasst ein umlaufendes, mit einer bewegten Gegenfläche einen Pressspalt (20) bildendes Pressband (14) sowie mehrere in Bahnlaufrichtung aufeinander folgende Anpresseinheiten (22), durch die das umlaufende Pressband (14) im Pressspaltbereich gegen die bewegte Gegenfläche pressbar ist. Dabei ist zumindest eine der in Bahnlaufrichtung aufeinander folgenden Anpresseinheiten (22) durch eine Breitnipeinheit mit wenigstens einem in Bahnlaufrichtung verlängerten Breitnipschuh (24) und einem über den Breitnipschuh (24) geführten umlaufenden flexiblen Band gebildet.
