Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de fixation d'une pièce de ferrure à un cadre de dormant ou de battant d'une porte, d'une fenêtre ou d'un moyen analogue, dans lequel,
    - le cadre de dormant et/ou de battant comporte(nt) un profil de cadre (1) ayant une rainure (6) dirigée dans la direction longitudinale du profil (1) du côté de la fixation,
    - une pièce de fixation (10), allongée, s'introduit dans la rainure (6),
    - des vis fixent la pièce de ferrure à la pièce de fixation (10),
    - la pièce de fixation (10) se loge ajustée entre les branches de la rainure (6) de façon à pouvoir se glisser entre les branches en passant par le côté ouvert de la rainure (6), et
    - la pièce de fixation (10) comporte une pièce d'appui (30), allongée, parallèle à la pièce de fixation, avec une surface d'appui (31) pour la pièce de ferrure, qui constitue une pièce séparée, mais néanmoins guidée au niveau de la pièce de fixation (10) et dont la position par rapport à la pièce de fixation (10) se règle perpendiculairement à la surface d'application (31),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - les vis ci-dessus traversent la pièce de ferrure, la pièce d'appui (30) et la pièce de fixation (10) et pénètrent dans le fond (7) de la rainure (6),
    - la pièce d'appui (30) comporte des branches de guidage (21, 22 ; 23, 24) en saillie vers l'arrière, verticalement de façon perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui (31), et ces branches reçoivent pratiquement sans jeu la pièce de fixation (10),
    - l'installation de réglage qui agit perpendiculairement à la surface d'appui (31) comporte au moins une rainure en biais (25) et un goujon (26) qui la traverse pour au moins une paire comprenant une surface de guidage (17, 18 ; 19, 20) de la pièce de fixation (10) et la surface d'une branche de guidage (21, 22 ; 23, 24) tournée vers celle-ci de la pièce d'appui (30),
    - de chaque côté de la pièce d'appui (30), dans la direction longitudinale de celle-ci, et de façon décalée il y a au moins deux branches de guidage (21, 23 ou 22, 24) avec une rainure inclinée (25) qui ont la rainure inclinée (25) et le goujon (26) dans la même disposition ou la même position inclinée, et
    - la rainure inclinée (25) comporte plusieurs points d'accrochage (28) successifs pour le goujon (26) sur le côté de pression.
  2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les branches de guidage (21, 22 ; 23, 24) pénètrent dans des dégagements latéraux (13, 14 ; 15, 16) de la pièce de fixation (10), dont le fond présente des surfaces de guidage (17, 18 ; 19, 20) parallèles aux branches de guidage.
  3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les points d'accrochage (28) sont réalisés par des cavités de la limitation de la rainure inclinée (25) du côté de la pression.
  4. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface d'appui (31) présente un moletage longitudinal (32) destiné à coopérer avec un moletage longitudinal complémentaire réalisé sur le côté d'appui de la pièce de ferrure.
  5. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2 et le cas échéant la revendication 3 et/ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'extension des dégagements latéraux (13, 14 ; 15, 16) de la pièce de fixation (10) dans la direction longitudinale de celle-ci est plus grande que l'extension de la branche de guidage (21, 22 ; 23, 24) dans cette direction.
  6. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la fixation de la pièce de ferrure au profil de cadre se fait à l'aide de vis perpendiculaires à la surface d'appui (31) traversant la pièce d'appui (20) et la pièce de fixation (10) et pénétrant dans le fond (7) de la rainure (6) à section en forme de C.
  7. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la rainure (6) est une rainure à section en forme de C avec des bords de branche (8, 9) tournés l'un vers l'autre.
  8. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
