Description

Fachteiler
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Fachteiler und dessen Anwendungen. Genauer gesagt betrifft sie einen Fachteiler mit einer Teilerplatte und einem an einer seitlichen Kante der Teilerplatte befestigten Reiter, der zum Unterteilen von Auszugkästen oder Türabstellfächern in einem Kältegerät geeignet ist, sowie einen Auszugkasten und ein Türabstellfach, die mit einem solchen Fachteiler ausgestattet sind.
Ein solcher Fachteiler ist aus DE 2437550A1 bekannt.
Es ist auch bekannt, einen Fachteiler mit einer Teilerplatte und einem an einer seitlichen Kante der Teilerplatte befestigten Reiter zum Unterteilen von Türabstellfächern in Kältegeräten einzusetzen.
Derartige Fachteiler haben lediglich eine Ordnungsfunktion, ihr Vorhandensein führt nicht zu einer effektiveren Platzausnutzung in dem Sinne, dass aufgrund ihres Vorhandenseins mehr Kühlgut in einem Kältegerät untergebracht werden könnte. Im Gegenteil ist das Fassungsvermögen eines Türabstellfaches in einem Kältegerät im allgemeinen größer, wenn kein Fachteiler darin vorhanden ist, weil es dann möglich ist, Flaschen, deren Durchmesser nicht die Breite des Abstellfaches erreicht, in einer Zickzackanordnung zu platzieren, in der sie in Breitenrichtung teilweise überlappen. Ein Fachteiler schließt eine solche Überlappung aus.
In den letzten Jahren werden von der Erfrischungsgetränkeindustrie vermehrt Getränke in sehr großen Flaschenformaten von typischerweise 1 ,5 oder 2 Litern angeboten, deren Unterbringung in haushaltsüblichen Kältegeräten Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Die Abmessungen der Türabstellfächer sind herkömmlicherweise abgestimmt auf die Unterbringung von Flaschen mit einem Volumen von bis 1 ,0 Liter. Wenn eine Flasche von größerem Volumen in einem Türabstellfach unterbringbar sein soll, darf sie nicht breiter sein als die herkömmlichen Flaschen, für die das Fach ausgelegt ist, sie kann daher nur höher sein. Getränkeflaschen aus PET mit einem solchen Durchmesser und einem Volumen von 1 ,5 I sind auf dem Markt. Ihre im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen 1 ,0 I- oder 0,7 I-Glasflaschen vergrößerte Höhe zwingt dazu, wenn diese Flaschen stehend in einem Türabstellfach an der Innenseite der Tür eines Kältegeräts gelagert werden sollen, den vertikalen Abstand des die Flaschen aufnehmenden Türabstellfaches zu einem darüber liegenden Türabstellfach zu erhöhen. Da aber meist nur wenige Flaschen mit einer solchen Höhe gleichzeitig unterzubringen sind, führt dies zu einer unökonomischen Platzausnutzung im Kältegerät.
2I-PET-Flaschen haben im allgemeinen einen solchen Durchmesser, dass sie nicht mehr in ein Türabstellfach passen. Die Verbraucher sind daher gezwungen, solche Flaschen liegend auf einer Abstellplatte im Inneren des Kältegerätes unterzubringen. Dabei besteht die Gefahr, dass eine angebrochene, unvollständig geschlossene Flasche ausläuft und der Inhalt sich im Kühlschrank verteilt.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, einen Fachteiler anzugeben, der insbesondere bei der Lagerung großer Getränkeflaschen in einem Kältegerät eine wirtschaftliche Raumausnutzung und sichere Lagerung der Flaschen ermöglicht.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Fachteiler mit dem Merkmal des Anspruches 1. Ein solcher Fachteiler erlaubt die schräggestellte Lagerung einer Flasche, wobei diese durch Aufliegen in dem Ausschnitt der oberen Kante der Teilerplatte gegen ein seitliches Wegrollen gesichert ist. Die Schrägstellung der Flasche mit einem durch die Platzierung des Fachteilers festlegbaren, variablen Neigungswinkel erlaubt die Unterbringung einer Flasche in einem Türabstellfach oder in einem Auszugkasten eines Kältegerätes, ohne dass der Abstand zwischen dem die Flasche aufnehmenden Türabstellfach und einem darüber angeordneten größer als die Höhe der Flasche sein muss bzw. ohne dass die Höhe des Auszugkastens der Höhe der Flasche entsprechen muss.
Der Reiter des erfindungsgemäßen Fachteilers weist vorzugsweise einen ersten U- Profilabschnitt, der sich quer zu der Ebene der Teilerplatte erstreckt, und einen Greifabschnitt auf, der die Platzierung des Fachteilers erleichtert und der sich von einer von der Teilerplatte abgewandten Seite des ersten U-Profilabschnittes aus in der Ebene der Teilerplatte erstreckt.
Dieser Greifabschnitt ist vorzugsweise als ein zweiter U-Profilabschnitt ausgebildet. Mit Hilfe dieses zweiten U-Profilabschnittes ist es möglich, eine Mehrzahl von Teilerplatten in Längsrichtung miteinander zu verbinden und so Fachunterteilungen zu bilden, die länger sind als es der Länge einer einzelnen Teilerplatte entspricht.
In analoger Weise kann auch der erste U-Profilabschnitt auf die Teilerplatte eines anderen erfindungsgemäßen Fachteilers fest aufgesteckt werden, um so Fachunterteilungen zu bilden, die sich in mehreren zueinander orthogonalen Richtungen erstrecken.
Vorzugsweise weist die Teilerplatte auch an einer unteren Kante wenigstens einen Ausschnitt auf, insbesondere sollte die Zahl der Ausschnitte an der Oberkante und der Unterkante der Teilerplatte unterschiedlich sein und z.B. 1 bzw. 2 betragen. Ein solcher Fachteiler kann, je nach dem, welche der zwei Kanten nach oben orientiert in einem Fach montiert ist, eine große oder zwei kleine Flaschen in einer gegen seitliches Wegrollen gesicherten schrägen oder liegenden Orientierung tragen.
Ferner ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der erste U-Profilabschnitt wenigstens an einer Innenflä- ehe eine Aufrauung oder Riffelung aufweist. Diese Aufrauung oder Riffelung wird durch das Gewicht einer auf der oberen Kante der Teilerplatte ruhenden Flasche gegen eine Wand oder einen sonstigen Träger gepresst, auf den der erste U-Profilabschnitt aufgesteckt ist, wodurch der Träger daran gehindert wird, unter dem Druck der Flasche seitlich auszuweichen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein Auszugkasten für ein Kältegerät, der durch wenigstens einen Fachteiler der oben definierten Art unterteilt ist. Ein solcher Fachteiler ist zweckmäßigerweise auf wenigstens eine Seitenwand des Auszugkastens aufsteckbar. Dabei kann seine Höhe der der Seitenwand entsprechen, so dass die untere Kante eines belasteten Fachteilers in der Lage ist, sich am Boden des Auszugkastens abzustützen. Einer anderen Variante zufolge ist die Höhe der Teilerplatte kleiner als die Höhe der Seitenwand, so dass unterhalb der unteren Kante der Teilerplatte in dem Auszugkasten auch große Gegenstände liegend gelagert werden können.
Bevorzugtermaßen ist ein solcher Auszugkasten in wenigstens ein hochwandiges Fach und ein niedrigwandiges Fach unterteilt, und der wenigstens eine Fachteiler ist an wenigstens einer Wand des niedrigen Faches montierbar, um dieses zu unterteilen. Dies ermöglicht die Nutzung des hochwandigen Faches in herkömmlicher Weise zur Lagerung von Gemüse oder anderen losen Gegenständen, wohingegen das niedrigwandige Fach eher an die Lagerung von Flaschen angepasst ist.
Das niedrigwandige Fach sollte so dimensioniert sein, dass es in der Lage ist, eine Flasche, insbesondere eine 1 ,5 I- oder 2 I-Getränkeflasche in einer auf den Fachteiler gestützten Schräglage aufzunehmen. Genauer gesagt sollte das Fach so dimensioniert sein, dass eine solche Flasche nirgends über die Flucht der Seitenwände des Auszugkastens übersteht, so dass der Auszugkasten ohne Schwierigkeiten in ein hierfür vorgesehenes Fach des Kältegerätes einschiebbar ist. Alternativ oder ergänzend können die Abmessungen des Auszugkastens so gewählt sein, dass eine Flasche vom oben genannten Typ auch auf zwei Fachteilern liegend untergebracht werden kann.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die Figuren. Es zeigen:
Figuren 1A, 1 B das Prinzip der Erfindung anhand eines schematischen Schnitts durch einen Kühlschrank, einmal mit einer in herkömmlicher Weise stehend in einem unteren Fach untergebrachten großen Flasche, einmal mit einer von einem Fachteiler gemäß der Erfindung in Schräglage abgestützten Flasche;
Figuren 2, 3, 4 verschiedene Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Fachteilers in einer Draufsicht auf die Teilerplatte;
Figur 5 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Auszugkastens mit einem hochwandigen und einem niedrigwandigen Fach und einem an einer Seitenwand des niedrigwandigen Faches montierten Fachteiler;
Figur 6 eine perspektivische Teilansicht des Auszugkastens aus Figur 5 mit einer in Schrägstellung gelagerten Flasche;
Figur 7 eine teilweise geschnittene Teilansicht des Auszugkastens aus Figur 5 mit einer liegend gelagerten Flasche;
Figur 8 eine Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Fachteilers von unten; und Figur 9 eine Draufsicht auf ein mit einer Mehrzahl von erfindungsgemäßen Fachteilern unterteiltes Fach.
Figur 1A zeigt in einem stark schematisierten Schnitt und mit fortgelassener Tür das Gehäuse 1 eines Kältegerätes mit einer Mehrzahl von Abstellflächen 2, 3 zum Abstellen von Kühlgut. Die Abstellfläche 3 ist durch den Boden eines Auszugkastens 4 gebildet. In dem Auszugkasten 4 steht eine große Flasche 5, die in aufrechter Stellung einen großen Abstand zwischen der Abstellfläche 3 und der nächst darüber liegenden Abstellfläche 2 erfordert.
Im Falle der Figur 1 B ist der Auszugkasten 4 durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Fachteiler 6 unterteilt, der es erlaubt, die Flasche 5 in einer schrägen, gegen seitliches Wegrollen gesicherten Stellung zu lagern. In dieser Stellung ist der zum Lagern der Flasche benötigte Abstand zwischen den Abstellflächen 2, 3 reduziert, so dass die Abstellfläche 2 größere Gegenstände aufnehmen kann als im Fall der Figur 1A. Dies erlaubt eine bessere Ausnutzung des verfügbaren Lagerraumes in dem Kältegerät.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Fachteilers gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung. Der Fachteiler 6 ist im wesentlichen aufgebaut aus einer Teilerplatte 7 von im wesentlichen rechteckiger Form und einem an einer Ecke der Teilerplatte 7 einteilig angeformten Reiter 8 in Form eines nach unten offenen U-Profilabschnitts, der sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Figur erstreckt. An einer oberen Kante der Teilerplatte 7 sind zwei kreissegmentförmige Ausschnitte 9 gebildet, deren Position so gewählt ist, dass zwei Kreise mit gleichem Radius und Mittelpunkt, in der Figur gestrichelt dargestellt, einander nicht überschneiden. Diese Teilerplatte 7 ist in der Lage, zwei jeweils in den Einschnitten 9 abgestützte Flaschen in einer Schräglage zu unterstützen, wenn der Reiter 8 auf die obere Kante einer Seitenwand eines Auszugkastens, einer Seitenwand eines Türabstellfaches oder einen geeigneten anderen ortsfesten Gegenstand aufgesteckt ist.
Der Fachteiler 6' der Figur 3 unterscheidet sich von dem in Figur 2 dargestellten dadurch, dass nur ein einziger kreissegmentförmiger Ausschnitt 9' von großem Durchmesser an der oberen Kante der Teilerplatte T vorgesehen ist. Diese Variante ist insbesondere für die Lagerung von 2I-Getränkeflaschen mit großem Durchmesser vorgesehen. Bei dem Fachteiler 6" der Figur 4 sind jeweils ein großer Ausschnitt 9' an einer oberen Kante und zwei kleine Ausschnitte 9 an einer unteren Kante der Teilerplatte 7" gebildet. Um nach Wahl die Kante mit dem großen Ausschnitt 9' oder die mit den kleinen Ausschnitten 9 nutzen zu können, ist die Teilerplatte 7 an zwei diagonal gegenüberliegenden Ecken mit Reitern 8 versehen, von denen jeweils einer nach Wahl des Benutzers auf einen geeigneten ortsfesten Träger aufgesteckt werden kann.
Bei einer nicht dargestellten Variante des Fachteilers der Fig. 4 ist einer der zwei Reiter fortgelassen. In einer Fachteileranordnung vom später mit Bezug auf Fig. 9 genauer erläuterten Typ kann ein solcher Fachteiler in unterschiedlichen Orientierungen, entweder mit der die Ausschnitte 9 aufweisenden Kante oder der Kante mit dem Ausschnitt 9' nach oben, eingesetzt werden.
Einer weiteren nicht dargestellten Variante zufolge kann vorgesehen werden, dass eine Teilerplatte vom Typ der Teilerplatte 7", mit Ausschnitten 9, 9' an oberer und unterer Kante, lösbar mit einem Reiter verbunden ist, der wahlweise an der Kante mit den Ausschnitten 9 oder dem Ausschnitt 9' montierbar ist.
Figur 5 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Auszugkastens 4 für ein Kältegerät, der mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Fachteiler 6 ausgestattet ist. Der Auszugkasten 4 ist in zwei Fächer 10, 11 unterteilt, die jeweils Seitenwände 12, 13, 14 in unterschiedlichen Höhen haben. Die niedrige Seitenwand 14 des Faches 10 erstreckt sich parallel zu der Auszugrichtung, in der der Auszugkasten 4 in einem Kältegerät beweglich vorgesehen ist. Auf eine obere Kante 15 der Seitenwand 14 ist der Fachteiler 6 mit seinem Reiter 8 aufge- steckt. In der Darstellung der Figur 5 dient der Fachteiler 6 in herkömmlicher Weise zum Unterteilen des Faches 10 in einen vorderen Bereich und einen hinteren Bereich, in dem im hier gezeigten Beispiel zwei Getränkebehälter, die nicht über die obere Kante der hohen Seitenwände 12 hinausragen, aufrechtstehend untergebracht sind.
Figur 6 zeigt eine perspektivische Teilansicht des Auszugkastens 4 aus Figur 5 mit einer von dem Fachteiler 6 in Schrägstellung gehaltenen Flasche 5. Der Fachteiler 6 erstreckt sich nicht bis zum Boden des Faches 10, so dass es trotz der Unterteilung des Faches durch den Fachteiler 6 möglich bleibt, lange Gegenstände auf dem Boden des Faches 10 unterzubringen, die unter dem Fachteiler 6 hindurch bis in die Nähe des Fußes der Flasche 5 geschoben werden können.
Da der Fachteiler 6 einen großen Teil des Gewichtes der Flasche 5 aufnehmen können muss, ist es notwendig, dass die Seitenwand 14 zumindest im Bereich ihrer oberen Kante 15 eine höhere Belastbarkeit aufweist als die anderen Seitenwände 12, 13 des Auszugkastens 4. Dies kann, wie insbesondere in dem Teilschnitt der Figur 7 zu erkennen ist, dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Seitenwand 14 auf einem überwiegenden Teil ihrer Fläche zweischichtig aufgebaut ist, wobei eine Schicht, hier die äußere Schicht 16, mit dem Rest des Auszugkastens 4 einstückig durch Kunststoffsp tzguss geformt sein kann, und eine davon getrennte innere Schicht 17, die die obere Kante 15 bildet und die aus einem Material mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Bruchfestigkeit wie etwa einem faserverstärkten Kunststoff oder einem Metall gefertigt ist, an die Innenseite der äußeren Schicht 16 durch Klebung, Ultraschallschweißung oder dergleichen angefügt ist.
Bei der Ansicht der Figur 7 trägt die obere Kante 15 der Seitenwand 14 zwei Fachteiler 6, deren Ausschnitte eine feste, gegen seitliches Wegrollen gesicherte Auflage für eine horizontal aufliegende Flasche 5 bilden und in der Figur von der Flasche 5 verdeckt sind. Bei dieser Art der Unterbringung der Flasche 5 steht der gesamte Boden des Faches 10 für die Unterbringung anderen Kühlgutes zur Verfügung.
Figur 8 zeigt eine Ansicht von unten eines Fachteilers 6"', der gegenüber dem Fachteiler 6 der Figur 2 in mehrfacher Hinsicht weiterentwickelt ist. Zum einen ist an einer von der Teilerplatte 7 abgewandten Seite des Reiters 8 ein Greifabschnitt 18 angeformt, der das Verschieben des Fachteilers 6"' entlang der oberen Kante 15 erleichtert.
Zum anderen ist am Boden der Nut 19 eine Aufrauung in Form eines Sägezahnprofils ausgeformt, zu dem ein komplementäres Sägezahnprofil an der oberen Kante 15 der Seitenwand oder der Seitenwände vorgesehen sein kann, die dazu bestimmt sind, den Fachteiler 6"' zu tragen. Ein solches Sägezahnprofil verhindert im Falle der Lagerung einer Flasche in Schrägstellung, wie in Figur 6 gezeigt, dass der Fachteiler 6"' durch das Gewicht der Flasche seitlich verdrängt wird und diese dadurch weiter kippt als ursprünglich vom Benutzer vorgesehen. Alternativ oder ergänzend zu einer solchen Aufrauung kann an der Innenfläche der Wand 14 eine Rastteilung vorgesehen sein, in die die Teilerplatte des Fachteilers jeweils mit einer Kante eingreifen kann, um ein Verrutschen des Fachteilers entlang der Wand 14 zu verhindern.
Außerdem erstreckt sich eine zweite Nut 20 senkrecht zur Nut 19 durch den Greifabschnitt 18. Die Breiten der Nuten 19, 20 sind entsprechend der Stärke der Teilerplatte 7 so gewählt, dass jeweils eine Kante einer Teilerplatte eines anderen Fachteilers in die Nut 19 oder 20 eingeschoben werden kann und darin fest eingeklemmt wird. Durch auf diese Weise untereinander verbindbare Fachteiler kann ein Fach bzw. ein Auszugkasten in eine Vielzahl von Teilfächern untergliedert werden, wie anhand eines einfachen Ausführungsbeispiels mit lediglich 4 Fachteilern in Figur 9 gezeigt. Zwei Fachteiler 25, 26 sind mit ihren Reitern auf die obere Kante 27 einer Seitenwand des Kastens aufgesteckt. Die Ecke der Teilerplatte 28 des Fachteilers 25, die dessen Reiter 29 diagonal gegenüberliegt, d. h. eine untere Ecke, greift in die Nut des Greifabschnittes eines dritten Fachteilers 30 ein, deren Reiter 31 nach unten gewendet auf dem Boden des Auszugkastens aufliegt. Die obere Ecke des Fachteilers 26, die dessen Reiter 32 gegenüberliegt, greift in die Nut des Reiters eines vierten Fachteilers 33 ein, der unter einem rechten Winkel zu den ersten drei Fachteilern 25, 26, 30 orientiert ist, und dessen untere Kante sich auch durch die Nut des Reiters 31 des dritten Fachteilers 30 erstreckt. Weitere Fachteiler, die nicht mehr dargestellt und beschrieben sind, könnten an anderen Stellen an die erwähnten Fachteiler oder auf die Seitenwände des Faches aufgesteckt sein. Das Fach ist auf diese Weise sehr flexibel unterteilbar, wobei auch Teilfächer mit einer Kantenlänge gebildet werden können, die kleiner als die Länge der Teilerplatten ist.
Wie man leicht sieht, ist der erfindungsgemäße Fachteiler auch brauchbar, um auf eine obere Kante eines Türinnenfaches eines Kältegerätes aufgesteckt zu werden und so die Schräglagerung von Flaschen in einem solchen Fach zu ermöglichen. Selbstverständlich ergeben sich hier die gleichen Vorteile bei der Raumausnutzung, wie oben mit Bezug auf Figuren 1A und 1 B dargelegt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Fachteiler (6, 6', 6", 6'") mit einer Teilerplatte (7, T, 7") und einem an einer seitlichen Kante der Teilerplatte befestigten Reiter (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilerplatte (7, 7', 7") an einer oberen Kante wenigstens einen
Ausschnitt (9, 9') aufweist.
2. Fachteiler nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reiter (8) an einer Ecke der Teilerplatte (7, 7', 7") befestigt ist, an der die seitliche Kante und die obere Kante aufeinandertreffen.
3. Fachteiler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reiter (8) einen ersten U-Profilabschnitt, der sich quer zur Ebene der Teilerplatte (7, 7', 7") erstreckt, und einen Greifabschnitt (18), der sich von einer von der Teilerplatte abgewandten Seite des ersten U-Profilabschnitts aus in der Ebene der
Teilerplatte erstreckt, aufweist.
4. Fachteiler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifabschnitt (18) durch einen zweiten U-Profilabschnitt gebildet ist.
5. Fachteiler nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste U- Profilabschnitt und/oder der Greifabschnitt (18) an eine Teilerplatte eines zweiten Fachteilers fest ansteckbar ist.
6. Fachteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilerplatte (7") an einer unteren Kante wenigstens einen Ausschnitt (9) aufweist.
7. Fachteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste U-Profilabschnitt wenigstens an einer Innenfläche eine Aufrauung oder Riffelung aufweist.
8. Auszugkasten (4) für ein Kältegerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch wenigstens einen Fachteiler (6, 6', 6", 6'") nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche unterteilt ist
9. Auszugkasten nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Fachteiler (6auf wenigstens eine Seitenwand (14) des Auszugkastens (4) aufsteckbar ist.
10. Auszugkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Teilerplatte (7) kleiner ist als die Höhe der Seitenwand (14).
11. Auszugkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in wenigstens ein hochwandiges Fach (11) und ein niedrigwandiges Fach (10) unterteilt ist und der wenigstens eine Fachteiler (6) an wenigstens einer Wand (14) des niedrigwandigen Fachs (10) montierbar ist, um dieses zu unterteilen.
12. Auszugkasten nach Anspruch 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das niedrigwandige Fach (11) dimensioniert ist, um eine Flasche (5), insbesondere eine 1 ,51- oder 21-Getränkeflasche, in einer auf dem Fachteiler (6) gestützten Schräglage aufzunehmen.
13. Auszugkasten nach Anspruch 10 oder 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das niedrigwandige Fach dimensioniert ist, um eine Flasche (5), insbesondere eine 1 ,51- oder 21-Getränkeflasche, auf zwei Fachteilern (6) liegend aufzunehmen.
14. Türabstellfach für ein Kältegerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch wenigstens einen Fachteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 unterteilt ist.
