Abstract
Description
In vorteilhafter Weise kann das Gehäuse als Biege, Stanz- oder Schweißkonstruktion ausgeführt werden. Diese preisgünstigen Herstellverfahren reduzieren die Herstellkosten. Ferner kann die Bauteilstärke im Zuge der Blechumformung minimal ausgelegt werden, da in vorteilhafter Weise bei der Umformung eine Materialverfestigung eintritt. Aufgrund der Gewichtsreduzierung sind mit dem Ventiltrieb höhere Drehzahlen erreichbar.

Claims (4)
- Schwenkhebel (3) mit zumindest einem Gehäuse (17), für einen hubvariablen Ventiltrieb (2) in einem Zylinderkopf (1) einer Brennkraftmaschine, der einerseits mit einem Rollenelement (4) mit einem Schwingdrehpunkt (4') auf einer Kulissenbahn (5') einer Kulisse (5) und andererseits mit einer Steuerbahn (6) auf einem Zwischenelement (7) zu einem Gaswechselventil (8) spielfrei abgestützt ist, wobei der Schwenkhebel (3) zur Hubeinstellung zwischen den Abstützpunkten einerseits von einem Nocken (9) einer Nockenwelle (9') entgegen einer Kraft einer Feder (10) gesteuert schwenkbar und andererseits der Schwingdrehpunkt (4') von einer Verstelleinrichtung (11) zur Hubhöhenverstellung parallel zur Kulissenbahn (5') gesteuert verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (17) und die Kulisse (5) aus Blech gefertigt sind. - Schwenkhebel nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (17) mit der Kulisse (5) einstückig und materialeinheitlich ist. - Schwenkhebel nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blech ein Stahlblech ist. - Schwenkhebel nach einem der zuvor genannten Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blechstärke zwischen einem und fünf Millimeter beträgt.
