Abstract
Description
Der Hydromonitoraufsatz (Wasserwerfer, Düse) ist auf den Arbeitsbereich der am Außenumfang der Walze gerichtet, das Gehäuse der Gegenwalze ist mit einer Nut zur Aufnahme der Walzenachse ausgestattet.
Der obere Teil der Kolbenstange 9 (Kolben) weist einen kreisrunden Querschnitt und eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung des unteren Endes der Feder 12 auf. Das obere Ende der Feder 5 wird an der Vorrichtung 13 befestigt, welche im oberen Teil des Hydraulikzylinders 2 unter dem Mediumteiler (Diaphragma) 8 liegt. In der Kolbenstange 9 sind zwei Hydraulikkanäle angeordnet: ein eine Ablassöffnung 12 aufweisende zentraler Spülkanal 11 und ein Nebenkanal 14, an dessen unterem Ende ein Hydromonitoraufsatz 15, insbesondere ein Wasserwerfer oder eine Düse, angeordnet ist. Am unteren Ende der Kolbenstange 9 ist eine Bohrung für eine Achse 17 angeordnet, an der beidseitig der Kolbenstange 9 jeweils eine Profilplatte 19 angeordnet ist, welche mit einer quer zur Längsachse der Vorrichtung angeordneten Walzenachse 20 verbunden sind und über diese und über zwei abnehmbaren Seitenplatten 25 mit einer schräg zur Längsachse der Vorrichtung verlaufenden Keilnut 26 in Kontakt stehen, welche am Unterteil 18 des Gehäuses 3 angeordnet ist. Im Gehäuse 3 ist ein Spalt zur Aufnahme der Walze 23 ausgebildet. Die den kleineren Durchmesser aufweisenden Enden der Walzenachse 20 sind in den parallel zur Richtung der abnehmbaren Keilnut 26 verlaufenden Führungsnuten 24 geführt, wobei zwischen Walze 23 und Seitenplatten die Profilplatten 19 angeordnet sind. Das Gehäuse 3 ist mit einer Befestigungsmutter 28 und einer Unterlegscheibe 27 für ein schnelles Lösen und Austauschen der Schneidbaueinheit von der Vorrichtung versehen. Im oberen Teil der Vorrichtung ist ein Kugelventilsitz 29 angeordnet, dessen Gehäuse 4 mit dem oberen Hydraulikzylinder 1 verbunden ist, wobei der Kugelventilsitz 29 mit Scherstiften gehalten wird, die in einer Befestigung 30 angeordnet sind. Das Gehäuse 4 des Kugelventilsitzes 29 ist ein Gewindeübergangsstück, welches für die Aufnahme von durch das Bohrloch zu der Vorrichtung geführten Bohr- bzw. Pumpen- und Kompressorenrohren (PKR) dient.
Danach wird durch den PKR-Strang eine zweite Kugel mit einem größeren Durchmesser zu der Vorrichtung hinabgelassen, die den Kugelventilsitz 29 verschließt. Durch einen erneuten Druckaufbau im PKR-Strang werden durch den Druck der Kugel auf den Kugelventilsitz 29 die in der Befestigung 30 angeordneten Scherstifte abgeschert, die zur Befestigung des Kugelventilsitz 29 in Richtung Längsachse der Vorrichtung dienen, so dass nach dem Abscheren der Kugelventilsitz 29 nach unten fällt und eine Spülvorrichtung im Gehäuse freigibt.
Anschließend wird das Bohrloch in Betrieb genommen oder leer gepumpt, oder die Vorrichtung wird daraus geborgen.

Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zur hydromechanischen Erzeugung von Schlitzen in Bohrlochwandungen, mit einem Gehäuse, einem ausfahrbaren Schneidwerkzeug in Form einer Walze, einem Hydromonitoraufsatz (Wasserwerfer, Düse), einem schräg zur Längsachse der Vorrichtung angeordneten Keil, beidseitig des Keils angeordnete abnehmbaren Begrenzungsplatten (25) sowie einer abgestuften Walzenachse (20), welche an ihren Enden in einer parallel zu dem Keil verlaufenden Führungsnut (24) (gleitend) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vorrichtung ein Hohlstabfilter (6, mit Querbohrungen versehenes Rohr) angeordnet ist, das in zwei gegeneinander abgedichteten Hydraulikzylindern (1, 2) untergebracht ist, wobei der untere Hydraulikzylinder (2) eine federbelastete Kolbenstange (9) aufweist, welches einen zentralen Spülkanal (11) und einen Nebenkanal (14) aufweist und mit der Walze (23) über zwei Profilplatten (19) verbunden ist, welche stirnseitig seitlich an dem Keil angeordneten Begrenzungsplatten (25) berühren, wobei der Keil lösbar an dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist und während des Betriebs der Walze (23) diese gegenüber der Bohrlochwandung gleitend abstützt und die Enden der Walzenachse (20) beidseitig in zwei die Walze (23), die Profilplatten (19) und den Keil (18) umfassenden Seitenplatten (21) angeordneten Führungsnuten (24) geführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vorrichtung ein Kugelventilsitz (29) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hydromonitoraufsatz (15) an der Kolbenstange (9) angeordnet und mit dem in der Kolbenstange (9) angeordneten Nebenkanal (14) verbunden ist.
