Abstract
Description
The invention relates to fireproof door elements.
The fundamental principle of a fire element is not so much its incombustibility as its ability to resist more or less long over the heat of flames and potentially toxic fumes and stability. In order to obtain good fire resistance, the arrangement of the elements plays at least as important a role as the choice of the materials themselves: a simple construction detail makes it possible to add precious minutes to the flame crossing time.
Modern architecture has an ever-increasing place for metal partitions, which are sober and easy to maintain. However, the use of metal is not the best solution for a firewall. As the metal is a good conductor, the temperature of the face opposite the fire can quickly reach unacceptable values (+ 150 ° C), favoring the extension of a disaster. Aluminum is not only one of the most conductive materials, but softened in addition to heat; thus losing quickly its mechanical qualities.
The purpose of the invention is the placing on the market of partitions offering good fire resistance and may, in addition, be covered with aluminum without degradation of its fire resistance.
A more particular object of the invention is that such glazed elements pass the standardized tests of fire resistance of 30 and 60 minutes, and even more.
L'invention a pour objet une cloison coupe-feu vitrée comprenant au moins un battant et un dormant, une face avant et une face arrière dans laquelle les éléments formant les ouvrants et le dormant sont réalisés en bois massif, leurs faces s'étendant dans un plan, soit celui de la face avant, soit celui de la face arrière lorsque les ouvrants sont fermés; le cadre du dormant est muni d'une battée de frappe et les ouvrants d'une feuillure de frappe de dimensions complémentaires à celles de la battée de frappe, de sorte qu'un interstice en Z muni d'au moins un joint thermo-intumescent sépare chaque ouvrant de la partie du dormant correspondante; un premier joint thermo-intumescent continu est encastré sur le dormant dans une des faces de l'interstice le long d'une des branches du Z, près de la barre centrale du Z et éloigné de la face correspondante de la cloison, et un deuxième joint thermo-intumescent sur un battant dans la face opposée de l'interstice le long de l'autre branche du Z près de la barre centrale du Z et éloigné de l'autre face extérieure de la cloison ;The invention relates to a glazed firewall comprising at least one leaf and a frame, a front face and a rear face in which the elements forming the openings and the frame are made of solid wood, their faces extending into a plane, either that of the front face or that of the rear face when the doors are closed; the frame of the frame is provided with a striking flap and the opening of a strike rabbet of dimensions complementary to those of the striking flap, so that a Z-shaped interstice provided with at least one thermo-intumescent seal separates each opening from the part of the corresponding frame; a first continuous thermo-intumescent seal is embedded on the frame in one of the faces of the gap along one of the branches of the Z, near the central bar of the Z and away from the corresponding face of the partition, and a second thermo-intumescent joint on one flap in the opposite side of the gap along the other branch of the Z near the central bar of the Z and away from the other outer face of the partition;
According to an advantageous embodiment, the fire resistant windows are embedded substantially in the median plane between the plane of the front face and that of the rear face, placed in an inner peripheral beating on shims resistant to high temperatures; said beating is closed by a peripheral bead not exceeding the plane of the corresponding face; continuous strips of insulating fiber foam are arranged on either side of the panes respectively at the bottom of the flap and along the bead; a neutral silicone seal is injected into the space between the windows, the glazing beads and the flaps.
Each frame of solid wood and / or laminated is preferably assembled by double tenon and interlocking.
The frame advantageously comprises, on the side where it is in contact with the masonry, a rabbet adapted to receive a peripheral lath fixed to said masonry, a finishing lath provided with a tooth closing said rabbet on said lath peripheral, a thermo-intumescent seal being disposed between the peripheral lath and the flank of the rabbet.
The peripheral strip advantageously comprises, on either side of its axial plane, on the masonry side, a first groove in which is inserted a tongue of abounding material protecting the fastening members of said peripheral batten in the said masonry.
According to a preferred embodiment, a second longitudinal groove allowing the passage of an electric cable is formed in the median plane of the frame of the frame, on the side of the rabbet or the beating, a thermo-intumescent seal being disposed at bottom of the said groove.
The wood of which the elements of the door are made has a density in the dry state advantageously between 600 and 1000 kg / m 3 and preferably between 650 and 900 kg / m 3 .
D'autres particularités et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description ci-après de modes de réalisation particuliers de l'invention, référence étant faite aux dessins annexés .Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of particular embodiments of the invention, reference being made to the accompanying drawings.

Frame both dormant and opening are made of wood of the same essence, solid.
The
Two
The branches of the U-shaped section partially cover the lateral faces of the frames of the openings and the frame.
The

The
These
At the bottom of the
The fixing of the partition of the invention to the
The frame includes, on the side where it is in contact with the

Placing a multi-point lock holds the door in a vertical plane and prevents its deformation in case of fire.

As mentioned above, the fire resistance obtained with the partition of the invention does not differ substantially between its execution with and without metal covering. Depending on the species selected, you can also keep a wood finish. The frames, in this case, can be painted, impregnated or varnished.
