Abstract
Description
Die hier vorgestellte Erfindung stammt aus dem Gebiet des "Technischen Zubehörs" für WasserfahrzeugeThe invention presented here comes from the field of "technical Accessories "for watercraft
The davit is traditionally used to store a dinghy, see Fig. 1. A solid structure stands behind the boat hull over water and allows the dinghy (3) to be lowered vertically. There are different Disadvantages of this construction: On the one hand, the davit is permanently above the Ship's stern out and thus increases the cost of the berth, which after the Total length is calculated; furthermore the davit is in danger of being damaged be it through other ships or maneuvering in port. And nevertheless there is not even an additional benefit here Would mitigate disadvantages.
The lowered dinghy (3) is located under the gangway and over the mostly dirty harbor water, but bumps not against the quay wall (6).
Now there are attempts to avoid the disadvantages and at the same time the to motorize the entire process of lifting and lowering. This is especially necessary if no small inflatable boat is on the davit hangs, but a larger one with an engine or even a dinghy Plastic with motor.
The registration (Fig. 3) 299 22 612 and 199 63 057 shows one Attempt. Two parallel arms are driven together and hold one horizontal support arm. Here too, the construction stands far above the rear out and is at risk of an accident. In addition, the drive is under the Boat or located under the stern platform. A constant source of Repairs (water penetration, corrosion) are pre-programmed. Fig. 4 shows the same idea on a sailing yacht with a negative stern. Appears here the idea especially as a foreign body because the support arms protrude far. Also The traditional davits are considered "navigable", while this idea is the round one Shape of a yacht, its appearance is not exactly beautified.
The registration (Fig. 5) 42 09 090 A1 also represents only an insignificant one Improvement. Here vertical rails (13) run at the rear of the Motor yacht and lead the davits (4). Aside from that, this idea is on If sailing yachts are not to be used, parts protrude into the water. For you can algae or similar get caught and jeopardize its safe function. Furthermore, the vertical guides do not appear to be visually too Fit motor yachts. On the other hand, there is a swing of the Dinghies allows (Fig. 6) and thus the total length of the ship only by increases a required minimum. If a support arm is used as a gangway (5) worked, an additional gangway boom (12) can make the transition Lighten country (6).
Another possibility is shown in Fig. 7, registration 196 02 331 A1. Also here two parallel beams by a hydraulic system or by one Threaded rod (14) moves. The relative proximity to the ship is disadvantageous bought: The drive is located in the stern directly in the area of the waterline (Risk of corrosion, malfunctions) and the support arms are also constantly far back over. There is also the disadvantage that the support arms probably hard to see or impossible to see when maneuvering the yacht are because they are very deep. Even traditional davits have an advantage here and technically much easier and cheaper to implement.
Finally, Fig. 8 shows the application 201 17 693.9, in which it is in It is essentially about the idea of a right-angled bracket. This Angle bracket (15) is driven on board and raises or lowers the horizontal davit. Here is the example on a sailing yacht with shown negative tail. The dinghy is not in the caught position very far, but very high above the stern. The wind resistance will be large, there is little risk of waves. The onboard side Fastening, at the same time drive does not appear to be well thought out in the implementation or very sensitive .. Here greater forces are generated or redirected and the bracket must be reliable even in rough seas and storms.
Fig. 9 shows the same construction: The complete dinghy is standing permanently behind the stern. This means that the above Disadvantages too significant accepted higher costs.
Here, too, it looks like the complex construction is not essential Improves the situation and does not become "navigable" in the Integrates the entire construction. A foreign body will remain.
As we saw in the "state of the art", it is very difficult to combine as many advantages as possible in one device.
- the lifting and lowering of an object (here: dinghies) from the ship with as few parts as possible protruding over the ship's edge,
- that the entire system is above water and not permanently immersed in the water to prevent corrosion of parts that are important for the operation
- that the recovered dinghy can be seen by the skipper,
- that the system must be suitable for motor and sailing yachts,
- that an additional benefit (gangway, bathing ladder, crane ...) must be realizable,
- that a compromise must be found when the dinghy is being raised between the position that is too low (danger from waves) and the position that is too high (increased wind resistance),
- that no drive parts are exposed to the weather,
- that the system must be optically designed so that it does not represent a foreign body on a yacht,
- that the entire system must represent a good compromise between the factors cost / benefit / function (s) / optics,
- that the system can be adapted to the conditions of the respective ship without the function suffering and last
- that not only functional variations (see above), but also extensions that have not yet been considered here must be possible in principle (mounting on a turntable, mounting on a console .....)
The invention presented here meets a gap in the market and represents the overall best compromise solution. If you look at the list of "underlying Problems "used in the implementation, all previous ones appear Solutions as unsuitable. Therefore, the invention presented here be economically successful: the sum of the advantages speaks for itself.
- Fig. 10 shows a single arm as a davit.
- Fig. 11 shows the davit Fig. 10 folded in the middle and thus only half as long.
- Fig. 12 shows various extensions of the foot to adapt to the conditions on the deck of the respective ship.
- The angle between the top of the support arm (20, always horizontal) and the mounting side of the mounting arm (22) can be selected during manufacture.
- No parts are permanently in the water.
- The system is variably suitable for vehicles, motor and sailing yachts.
- Visually, it adapts well to the shape of the ships; Stainless steel V4A as a material looks high quality.
- In the current variant of the invention, a hydraulic drive is proposed. The pump required for this is protected under deck.
- The pump can be stowed away to save space by laying the hydraulic hose.
- If a double system is built (Fig. 13), it can be used as a davit. To do this, a corresponding fuselage holder must be attached to the top of the support arms (20).
- The length of the drive arm can vary depending on the conditions on board the yacht.
- Further options are open, so that the system is and remains viable (Fig. 13a, 23, 24, 25).
- The system can be operated mechanically by wire in an emergency or permanently.
The invention is illustrated by the illustrations below described in more detail.
Unless otherwise stated, all parts are made from Stainless steel, V4A, built. This material meets the requirements the strength, quality and durability compared to the salty air.
The onboard mounting arm Fig. 14 (22) is used as a base plate with two Side panels made. The round opening corresponds in diameter the outer diameter of the rotary tube (33), which is welded here later becomes.
As can be seen in Fig. 14, the middle one is located here Arm (21) within the lower mounting arm (22) and upper support arm (20).
The upper support arm (20) is also an open at the bottom Stainless steel construction, the components of which are shown in Fig. 16 a - c are. The opening for welding the upper axis (33) is as on treated lower part.
Fig. 13 shows an overall view of the system on a boat stern assembled. Here it is made clear once again that the length of the middle so-called movement arm depends on the construction of the ship (height above the waterline, angle of rotation, assembly on board.
In the further procedure, we assume the prerequisite that the middle movement arm is built as shown in Fig. 14/15 shown.
An einer sinnvollen Stelle wird das Loch für den Hydraulik-Verbindungsschlauch gebohrt und mit einem Kantenschutz versehen.17 and 18 becomes a stable, rounded one Stainless steel box built and with the upper and lower hole for the Provide axis (33). The mounting brackets (47) are precisely positioned welded after they were previously drilled (for 48). At a The hole for the hydraulic connecting hose is a sensible place drilled and provided with an edge protection.
The pipe assembly is now being prepared. The mounting tube (42) is cut to length and provided with a wide slit (see Fig. 19). Then it is centered around the hole (slot after welded on top. Now you can the ball bearing (40) and that Insert the rotary tube (33). The chain connection (46) can now on the Axle to be welded inside the slot. The position is off Fig. 17 a.
The lower rotary tube is moved accordingly, towards it make sure that the chain connection is on the other side. Now the T-piece (45), an industrial finished product, is similar to that Hydraulic cylinder, mounted inside the box. The Link chains and the hydraulic hose are now attached and brought the cylinders into position as shown in Fig. 17 a.
Now the cover (38) can be welded on. It is divided into three parts (see Fig. 18) to weld the tube (42) and an inside To allow welding of the round top and bottom edges. Now the lower tube is fitted into the mounting foot and in Proper position, the movement tube (33) can now in the round Opening to be welded.
The upper support arm is brought into a horizontal position and also on welded upper tube (33).
Now the finished construction can be screwed on board; now the hydraulic hose (39) must still be connected to the pump (N.N.) and hydraulic oil.
Fig. 22 shows the exemplary swivel range of this support arm. Under For example, an inflatable boat could hang from the support arm. It is from the upper position (storage) slightly outwards, following the swivel radius, moved down to the waterline and dumped on the water.
This movement takes place by means of hydraulically generated force. Fig. 17 represents represent the two end positions. The force of the cylinder makes the two-part revolving chain (43) moves. These take the two chain connections (46) necessarily with and thereby move both tubes in a uniform manner (33), both with the support arm, as well as with the onboard side Mounting bracket are connected. Due to the non-positive connection the movement can be stopped in any position because the cylinders stay in the corresponding position.
B.The chain connections (46) move in opposite directions (here by 180 °) on the Pipes inside a slot. The respective end positions of the cylinders and the chain connections are shown in Fig. 17 A and B.
In cross section for clarification, this is again in Fig. 19 shown.
