Claims (12)
- Breitnipvorrichtung mit einem Breitnip, durch den ein Bahnlaufpfad verläuft und der eine gekrümmte Preßzone zwischen einem umlaufenden Mantel und einem Gegendruckelement aufweist, wobei der Mantel im Bereich der Preßzone eine konkave Krümmung aufweist, die einer konvexen Krümmung außerhalb des Breitnips entgegengerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Übergang zwischen der konkaven (RG) und der konvexen Krümmung (R1, R2) außerhalb der Preßzone (10) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bahnlaufpfad den Mantel (2) außerhalb der konvexen Krümmung (R1, R2) berührt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der konvexen und der konkaven Krümmung (R1, R2; RG) zumindest im Einlaufbereich (11) des Breitnips ein ungekrümmter Bereich (L1, L2) des Mantels (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ungekrümmte Bereich (L1, L2) tangential zum Gegendruckelement (4) in einem Kontaktpunkt (T1, T2) zwischen Mantel (2) und Gegendruckelement (4) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des ungekrümmten Bereichs (L1, L2) mindestens das 2-fache der Dicke (S) des Mantels (2) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontakt zwischen dem Bahnlaufpfad und dem Mantel (2) innerhalb der der Preßzone (10) benachbarten Hälfte des ungekrümmten Bereichs (L1, L2) des Mantels (2) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegendruckelement (4) zumindest in dem Bereich, in dem der Bahnlaufpfad am Gegendruckelement (4) anliegt, eine konstante Krümmung (RG) aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Satinieren einer Materialbahn in einem gekrümmten Breitnip, der durch einen umlaufenden Mantel und ein damit zusammenwirkendes Gegendruckelement gebildet wird, wobei die Materialbahn in einer Preßzone des Breitnips mit Druck beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Wechsel in der Krümmungsrichtung des Mantels außerhalb der Preßzone vornimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Materialbahn erst dann mit dem Mantel in Kontakt bringt, wenn der Mantel nicht mehr konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Mantel zwischen einer konvexen und einer konkaven Krümmung über eine vorbestimmte Strecke in einem ungekrümmten Zustand führt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Materialbahn nur in der der Preßzone benachbarten Hälfte der Strecke mit dem Mantel in Kontakt bringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Strecke so lang macht, daß sie mindestens dem 2-fachen der Dicke des Mantels entspricht.
