Abstract
le treuil est constitué d'un tambour (10) entraíné en rotation par un moteur, et d'une sangle (11) enroulée autour du tambour et reliée au câble porteur, l'enroulement ou le déroulement de la sangle autour du tambour entraínant le déplacement du câble porteur pour faire monter ou descendre le ou les décors ; et
il est prévu des moyens (20,21,22) de régulation du moteur destinés à réguler la vitesse du moteur en fonction de la longueur de la sangle déroulée.
Description
- un câble porteur fixé d'une part à au moins un décor et d'autre part relié à un treuil, le treuil étant entraíné par un moteur électrique.
Claims (11)
- Salle de spectacle, et notamment un théâtre, comportant au moins un décor (2) et un système (3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) de positionnement en hauteur dudit au moins un décor, un câble (3) porteur étant fixé au décor (2) d'une part et étant relié d'autre part à un treuil (8), caractérisée en ce que :le treuil (8) est constitué d'un tambour (10) entraíné en rotation par un moteur, et d'une sangle (11) enroulée autour du tambour et reliée au câble porteur, l'enroulement ou le déroulement de la sangle autour du tambour entraínant le déplacement du câble porteur pour faire monter ou descendre le ou les décors ; etil est prévu des moyens (20,21,22) de régulation du moteur destinés à réguler la vitesse du moteur en fonction de la longueur de la sangle déroulée.
- Salle de spectacle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse du moteur est régulée de sorte que la vitesse de déroulement ou d'enroulement de la sangle soit constante, quelque soit la longueur de sangle enroulée sur le tambour.
- Salle de spectacle suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le tambour a un diamètre compris entre 100 mm et 500mm.
- Salle de spectacle suivant la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le treuil est relié au câble porteur par l'intermédiaire d'un coulisseau (5), coulissant dans des rails (6), notamment fixés à un mur de la salle.
- Salle de spectacle suivant la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le treuil est fixé à une sangle (11), elle-même reliée au coulisseau.
- Salle de spectacle suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de régulation sont constitués d'un moto-réducteur (20) réversible, d'un module (21) de conversion et d'un codeur-décodeur (22), le codeur-décodeur calculant la vitesse du moteur et l'envoyant au module de conversion, ce dernier commandant alors le moto réducteur, et donc la vitesse de sortie du moteur en fonction des informations reçues du codeur.
- Salle de spectacle suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que le module de conversion utilise la fonction L= n.π.D + e.π.n2 pour déterminer la vitesse du moteur souhaitée. - Salle de spectacle suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la sangle est en aramide.
- Salle de spectacle suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le treuil comporte un frein de sécurité en prise directe sur le tambour.
- Salle de spectacle suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la sangle (11) peut sortir du treuil soit dans un plan vertical, soit dans un plan horizontal.
- Salle de spectacle suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le treuil comporte un détecteur (12) de mou de la sangle.
