Claims (15)

  1. Dosiervorrichtung für flüssige oder gelartige Produkte, mit einem über einem Produkt-Vorratsbehälter (R) angeordneten, axial mobilen Spenderkopf (1), der mit einer Ausgangsleitung (11) und einer einerseits von einem Einlassventil (22) und andererseits von einem Kolben (3), dessen Stange (31) an dem besagten Kopf (1) angeschlossen ist, begrenzten Dosierkammer (20) ausgestattet ist, und mit einem Auslassventil (32), wobei die Stange (31) des Kolbens (3) innerhalb der Kammer (20) von einem unteren abstehenden Ende (31a) verlängert wird, das die dichte Verriegelung des Einlassventils (22) in der unteren Position des Kopfs (1) gewährleistet, wobei die besagte Kammer (20) in einer kegelzylindrischen Hülse (2) mit einem oberen Kragen (21) zum Einhaken auf dem Rand des Vorratsbehälters (R) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spenderkopf (1) eine seitliche Außenverkleidung (12) umfasst, die mit ersten Rastmitteln (12a) versehen ist, die durch Einklinken mit zweiten unteren, an dem besagten Kragen vorgesehenen Rastmitteln (21b) zusammenwirken können, um den Kopf in der unteren Position zu arretieren, und mit zweiten oberen Rastmitteln (21a) zusammenwirken können, um den Kopf in der oberen Position gegen ein Abreißen festzuhalten, und dass die Vorrichtung kein Rückstellmittel des Verfahrens des Spenderkopfs umfasst.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Rastmittel (12a) am unteren Teil der seitlichen Außenverkleidung (12) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Rastmittel aus einer Rastrippe (12a) bestehen, während die zweiten unteren Rastmittel aus einem unteren Rücksprung (21b) bestehen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten oberen Rastmittel aus einer oberen Wulst (21a) bestehen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der seitliche Außenmantel (12) eine ringförmige Kehle (12b) aufweist, die durch Einklinken mit der Wulst (21a) in der unteren Position des Spenderkopfs zusammenwirken kann.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Kragen (21) eine Lüftungsöffnung (210) aufweist, die gegebenenfalls durch eine in der Außenwand der Hülse (2) vorgesehene Fuge verlängert wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Kopf (1) eine zylindrische Innenwand (14) aufweist, die koaxial zu der besagten Verkleidung (12) verläuft und dazu bestimmt ist, die Lüftungsöffnung (210) in der unteren Position des Kopfs (1) zu verschließen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lüftungsöffnung (210) durch eine Schulter (212) zur Verbindung mit dem Körper der Hülse (2) hindurch ausgebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand, in der diese Schulter (212) ausgebildet ist, sich unter der Wirkung des von der zylindrischen Wand (14) ausgeübten Drucks elastisch verformen kann, wenn sich der Spenderkopf (1) in der unteren Position befindet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (31) des Kolbens (3) ein axiales Auswurfrohr (30) umfasst, das an dem oberen Teil in einen Hohlraum (10) des besagten Kopfs mündet, in dem das Auslassventil (32) untergebracht ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Hohlraum (10) in einer fest mit dem unteren Teil des Kopfs (1) verbundenen Muffe (13) ausgebildet und koaxial an dem oberen Ende der Stange (31) des Kolbens (3) angeschlossen ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Wand des besagten Hohlraums (10) Kanäle (10a) aufweist, die mit dem Ausgangsrohr (11) des Produkts in Verbindung stehen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlassventil (22) ein in die Kammer (20) hinein ragendes axiales Rohr (23) umfasst, in das das untere Ende (31a) der Stange (31) des Kolbens (3) eingreift, wenn sich der Kopf (1) in der unteren Position befindet.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitewand des besagten Rohrs (23) mindestens eine Aussparung (23a) für den Durchlauf des Produkts umfasst.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlassventil (22) und/oder das Auslassventil (32) eine mobile Verschlusskugel umfasst.
