Abstract
Description
Das Schwert 1 des Stellmotors greift in einen gezogenen Federkontakt 3, hier mit angeformter Kontaktschleife 4, ein, welche innerhalb der Kunststoffabdeckung 2 eingebunden bzw. eingespritzt sind. Durch den gezogenen Federkontakt 3 wird an dieser Stelle ein Kunststoffdom 5 gebildet. Der Federkontakt 3 ist wie das Schwert 1 metallisch.
Mit Zusammenbau beider Teile, d.h. dem Aufsetzen der Kunststoffabdeckung 2 auf den nicht näher dargestellten Stellmotor sind der Stellmotorkontakt 1 als auch der Federkontakt 3 von außen nicht mehr erreichbar.
Zur Erhöhung der mechanischen Verbindung wird nun ein auf der Oberfläche des Stellmotorkontaktes 1 und des Federkontaktes 3 zumindest im Seitenbereich 3.1 befindliches Lötdepot 6, beispielsweise Zinn, Silber oder Gold, mittels Induktionslötung verflüssigt. Dazu wird ein nicht näher dargestelltes Induktionswerkzeug über den Kunststoffdom 5 geführt. Die erzeugte Wärme ist so dimensioniert, dass ein Schmelzen oder Zerstören des Kunststoffdomes 5 vermieden wird. Durch das Zinn 6 werden beide Kontakte 1, 3 miteinander fest verbunden. Neben der mechanischen Verbindung wird auch die elektrische Verbindung verbessert.
Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer festen Verbinden von in Blindmontage montierten Kontaktgeometrien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszumindest an einer der Kontaktgeometrien (3) durch Umspritzung mit Kunststoff ein Kunststoffdom (5) gebildet wird, der von einem Induktionslötwerkzeug derart umfasst wird, dass durch die Induktionslötung ein entsprechendes Lötdepot (6) zwischen den Kontaktgeometrien (1, 3) verflüssigt wird.
