Claims (7)
- Dispositif de préhension et de manipulation pour des objets (9) fragiles en milieu industriel, comprenant au moins deux bras (1) positionnables comme bras de pince d'un engin de manutention de manière à ce que l'écartement entre les bras (1) de la pince soit ajustable, chaque bras (1) possédant une section de forme sensiblement concave, de type en "U", caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte également des moyens de fixation (2) d'une membrane (3) déformable élastiquement, ladite membrane (3) étant tendue entre les extrémités (4) du "U" de manière à masquer la concavité du bras sur lequel elle est fixée, les bras (1) étant positionnés lors de l'utilisation de sorte que les membranes (3) de chaque bras sont en regard l'une de l'autre et que l'objet (9) à saisir est positionné entre les deux membranes.
- Dispositif de préhension et de manipulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrane élastique (3) est fixée sur chaque bras (1) de manière amovible.
- Dispositif de préhension et de manipulation selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (2) de la membrane déformable élastiquement (3) sont constitués par:(i) au moins une rangée de plots (7) fixés à intervalles déterminés les uns des autres au-dessous du "U" formé par un bras, la direction de chaque rangée de plots (7) étant sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du bras (1) sur lequel ils sont fixés, les plots (7) étant tournés vers l'extérieur du bras (1), et(ii) au moins une rangée d'orifices percés à travers la membrane (3), lesdits orifices pouvant coopérer avec les plots (7) de manière à assurer le maintien de ladite membrane (3) sur chaque bras (1).
- Dispositif de préhension et de manipulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que des entretoises (10) sont fixées sur le bras (1) au fond du "U", de façon éventuellement amovible, de manière à pouvoir segmenter la surface utile des membranes (3) de chaque bras (1) en fonction de la taille des objets (9) à saisir.
- Dispositif de préhension et de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque bras (1) comporte des moyens de réglage de sa longueur.
- Dispositif de préhension et de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités distales (4) de chaque branche du "U" formé par un bras (1), comportent sur toute la longueur du bras des bourrelets (8) de forme arrondie de manière à éviter le cisaillement de la membrane élastique (3) tendue sur ledit bras (1).
- Procédé de préhension et de manipulation d'objets fragiles et lourds en milieu industriel caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise un dispositif de préhension et manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, et comporte en outre, dans l'ordre les étapes suivantes:(a) positionnement des bras du dispositif en regard des objets à saisir, de sorte que lesdits objets se trouvent entre chaque bras du dispositif,(b) rapprochement des bras du dispositif jusqu'à mise en contact des membranes de chaque bras avec les objets à saisir,(c) serrage des bras du dispositif de sorte que les membranes de chaque bras se déforment en épousant la forme des extrémités des objets saisis, en évitant toutefois le contact entre lesdits objets et le fond du "U" formé par chaque bras,(d) déplacement des objets saisis.
