Claims (6)
- Anordnung zum Pudern von Flächengebilden in einer Druckmaschine und zum Erzeugen einer Trennschicht zwischen denselben, bei der nach dem letzten Farbauftrag mittels einer Pudereinrichtung (10) Puder auf die bedruckte Seite des Flächengebildes auftragbar ist, und bei der im Bereich der bogenführenden Mantelfläche des Druckzylinders (3) die Pudereinrichtung (10) angeordnet ist, und im Bereich der nichtbogenführenden Mantelfläche des Druckzylinder (3) eine Absaugeinrichtung (19) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen der Position des letzten Farbauftrages (T1) und der Pudereinrichtung (10) ein zumindest das angrenzende Druckwerk abschirmender Luftschleier (17) eingerichtet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, bei der an der Absaugeinrichtung (19) wenigstens eine am Druckzylinder (3) angreifende Bürste (14) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Luftschleier (17) mittels einer den Druckzylinder (3) mit Blasluft beaufschlagenden Blaseinrichtung (18) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, bei der sich die Blaseinrichtung (18) entlang des gesamten Druckzylinders (3) erstreckt und die Blasluft einen dichten Luftschleier (17) bildet.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der die Absaugeinrichtung (19) einen trichterförmigen Einlass aufweist, der mit seiner großen Öffnung auf den Druckzylinder (3) ausgerichtet ist und sich entlang des gesamten Druckzylinders (3) erstreckt.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der die Bürsten (14) unmittelbar an der Absaugeinrichtung (19) angeordnet sind und entlang des gesamten Druckzylinders (3) bürstend angreifen.
