Abstract

The system consists of an abdominal belt (1) with two straps (2, 3) and a support with two cords (7, 8) that can be attached at will to a lifting apparatus. The cords are fastened to the ends of the straps' side sections (2C, 3C), and each strap is able to slide relative to the abdominal belt and its support when a tension is applied to the cords. The dorsal sections (2B, 3B) are mounted on the back of the abdominal belt so they fasten automatically when the cords are tensioned as the person is lifted.

L'invention vise donc à réaliser un harnais qui élimine les divers inconvénients sus-mentionnés en permettant une bonne prise du patient et une bonne répartition des pressions grâce à la mise en oeuvre d'un moyen auto-serrant dont l'effet est proportionnel au poids du patient.
Elle présente également l'avantage de comporter une première sécurité limitant la force de serrage et une deuxième évitant le risque d'ouverture du harnais dans le cas d'un déverrouillage intempestif de la boucle de fermeture.
Elle concerne donc à cet effet une sangle qui se caractérise essentiellement en ce que :

  • l'extrémité de chaque partie latérale de chaque sangle est fixée à chaque cordon ;
  • chaque sangle coulisse par rapport à la ceinture abdominale et à son support lors du soulèvement du patient sous l'effet de la tension exercée sur lesdits cordons ;
  • les parties dorsales desdites sangles sont montées en opposition à l'arrière de ladite ceinture abdominale de manière à être auto-serrantes sous l'effet de la tension exercée sur lesdits cordons lors du soulèvement du patient.
Dans cette réalisation :
  • seule l'extrémité de chaque cordon est reliée à l'appareil ;
  • chaque cordon et chaque sangle forment une seule et même lanière coulissante assurant les fonctions de maintien du harnais sur l'appareil et de maintien du patient, par auto serrage, sur le harnais.

A harness according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that each lateral part (2C, 3C) of each strap (2, 3) comprises a strip (10) of a particular length, whose ends are fixed to the corresponding strap element, destined to limit its travel in association with a stop strip (11) fixed on the lateral part (6B, 6C) of the corresponding support element (6).
  4. A harness according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that the dorsal part (6A) of the support element (6) comprises for each dorsal part (2B, 3B) of said straps (2, 3) a sheath (12, 13) in which the corresponding dorsal part (2B, 3B) slides.
  5. A harness according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that each lateral element (6B, 6C) of the support element (6) comprises for each dorsal part (2B, 3B) of said straps (2, 3), a sheath (14) in which the corresponding lateral part (2C, 3C) slides.
  6. A harness according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that one (6C) of the lateral parts (6B, 6C) of the support element (6) comprises a comfort cushion (15).
