Claims (7)
- Überführungsvorrichtung, insbesondere zwischen einer Lager-Station (P) und wenigstens einer Form (F1) einer Station (F) zum Formen oder Nähen oder Bügeln von schlauchförmigen Trikotageprodukten (1), die Bestandteile von Strumpfwaren, wie z.B. Strumpfhosen, Kniestrümpfen oder Socken bilden, wobei jedes schlauchförmige Produkt (1) an einem Ende eine Spitze (1A) und am anderen Ende einen Rand oder einen Bund aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung von wenigstens einem Paar, vorzugsweise von wenigsten zwei Paaren von Zapfen (2) gebildet wird, die zumindest über einen Teil ihrer Länge zueinander parallel verlaufen, wobei die Zapfen eines Zapfenpaares (2) mit entgegengesetztem Drehsinn gekröpfte Zapfen (3A, 3B) sind, die dann, wenn sie für eine Drehung angetrieben werden, einen Teil (2A) mit einem im wesentlichen konstanten Abstand zwischen diesen Zapfen und einen Teil (2B) mit variablem Abstand derart aufweisen, dass auf das schlauchförmige Element (1) eine veränderliche Spannung ausgeübt wird, die das Aufbringen auf die Zapfen (2), das Positionieren der Spitze (1A) und des Bundes (1B) auf den Zapfen (2) und das Abnehmen von den Zapfen (2) unterstützt.
- Überführungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zapfen (2) ein rohrförmiger Zapfen ist, wobei der Teil des Zapfens, der sich zwischen dem freien Ende (2C) und dem gekröpften Teil (3A, 3B) erstreckt, so montiert ist, dass er sich frei drehen kann, während der Rest des Zapfens (2) einer gesteuerten Drehung unterliegt.
- Überführungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teil der Zapfen (2) auf einem Zapfenträger (4) montiert ist, der einen Antriebsmechanismus für eine gesteuerte, entgegengesetzte Drehung der Zapfen (2) im Sinne eines sich Annäherns oder sich voneinander weg Bewegens der beiden Zapfen (2) umfasst.
- Überführungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfenträger (4) von einem Schlitten gebildet wird, der vorzugsweise auf einem Karussell (5) für eine Überführung der schlauchförmigen Trikotage-Elemente (1) von Station zu Station montiert ist.
- Überführungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zapfen eines Zapfenpaares jeweils die allgemeine Form einer Kurbel besitzen.
- Überführungsanlage zwischen einer Station (P) zum Lagern und wenigstens einer Form (F1) einer Station (F) zum Formen oder Nähen oder Bügeln von schlauchförmigen Trikotageprodukten (1), welche die Bestandteile von Strumpfwaren, wie z.B. Strumpfhosen, Kniestrümpfen oder Socken bilden, wobei jedes schlauchförmige Produkt (1) an einem Ende eine Spitze (1A) und am anderen Ende einen Rand (1B) oder einen Bund umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage von wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise einer Vielzahl von Überführungsvorrichtungen mit Zapfen (2) gebildet wird, die nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet sind, wobei jede Überführungsvorrichtung mit Hilfe einer geeigneten Einrichtung, wie z.B. eines Karussells (5), derart verschiebbar ist, dass sie im Verlauf ihrer Verschiebung mit einer Vielzahl von Stationen (O, P1, F, E) zusammenarbeiten kann, wobei zumindest ein Teil (P, P1) dieser Stationen mit einem oder mehreren Schlitten (6) ausgestattet ist, der bzw. die mit Reibungs- oder Klemmelementen (7) versehen sind, die in der Lage sind, mit den schlauchförmigen, auf die Zapfen (2) aufgefädelten Produkten (1) in Berührung zu kommen, um zumindest den Bund (1B) des schlauchförmigen Produktes (1) auf den Zapfen (2) in axialer Richtung zu positionieren, und/oder mit Organen (8), die dazu dienen, einen Teil der Zapfen (2) zu drehen, um eine radiale Ausrichtung der schlauchförmigen Trikotageprodukte (1) auf den Zapfen (2) zu erzielen.
- Überführungsanlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Überführungsvorrichtung mit Zapfen (2) auf einem Karussell (5) montiert ist, das diesen Vorrichtungen gemeinsam ist, wobei das Karussell (5) im Verlauf einer Umdrehung jede Überführungsvorrichtung an wenigstens vier, jeweils die Anlage bildenden Stationen, nämlich einer Station (P) zum Lagern der schlauchförmigen Produkte (1), einer Station (P1) zum Positionieren der schlauchförmigen Produkte (1), einer Station (F) zum Formen oder Nähen oder Bügeln der schlauchförmigen Produkte (1) und einer Station zum Abnehmen der schlauchförmigen Produkte (1) vorbeiführt.
