Claims (5)

  1. Eine Motorpumpe (10) hydraulik-elektromagnetischer Art mit einem schwimmenden Kolben, umfassend:
    - einen Behälterkörper (12), der teilweise in seinem äußeren Teil durch eine Spule (14) begrenzt ist;
    - eine Einlassführung (44') und eine gegenüberliegende Auslassführung (36);
    - einen Lieferkolben (16), der innerhalb des Körpers (12) platziert ist und innerhalb desselben gleitet, und wobei der Kolben (16) durch eine vordere schraubenförmige Feder (20) und durch eine hintere schraubenförmige Feder (20') getragen wird, und
    - ein Paar von gegenüberliegenden magnetischen Lagern (46, 46') mit einem Raum zwischen diesen und welche zwischen dem Körper (12) und der Spule (14) platziert sind, wobei das Paar von gegenüberliegenden Magnetlagern (46, 46') koaxial zu der gleitenden Achse des Lieferkolbens (16) angeordnet ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motorpumpe (10) auch eine magnetische Buchse (52) umfasst, die ein unteres Ende aufweist, platziert innerhalb des Behälterkörpers (12) in dem zentralen unteren Teil davon, der auf die Einlassöffnung (44') weist und koaxial zu der Gleitachse des Lieferkolbens (16) angeordnet ist; wobei das untere Ende der magnetischen Buchse (52) mit dem Behälterkörper (12) in dem zwischenliegenden Teil (42) nahe des Anschlussteils (44) zusammenpasst, welcher die Einlassführung (44') begrenzt; wobei die magnetische Buchse (52) mit dem Paar von magnetischen Lagern (46, 46') zusammenarbeitet, um das magnetische Feld zu vergrößern und daher die magnetische Anziehungskraft, die auf den Lieferkolben (16) ausgeübt wird.
  2. Motorpumpe gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (12) umfasst einen Vorderteil (40) mit einem höheren auf die Auslassführung (36) weisenden Durchmesser; einen benachbarten zwischenliegenden Teil (42) mit einem niedrigeren Durchmesser als der eine des Vorderteils (40), der eine Gleitkammer des Kolbens (16) beschränkt und einen Anschlussteil (44), dessen Durchmesser niedriger als der eine des zwischenliegenden Teils (42) ist, wobei der Anschlussteil (44) die Einlassöffnung (44') begrenzt.
  3. Motorpumpe gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Seitenoberfläche der magnetischen Buchse (52) eine hintere Fläche (54) umfasst, welche auf die Führung (44') weist, deren Durchmesser gleich oder geringfügig niedriger als der Innendurchmesser des zwischenliegenden Teils (42) des Körpers (12) ist und eine benachbarte vordere Fläche (56), die auf die Auslassöffnung (36) weist, deren Durchmesser niedriger ist; wobei die Flächen (54, 56) eine Passschulter (58) für die hintere Feder (20') bilden.
  4. Motorpumpe gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende der magnetischen Buchse (52) mit dem Behälterkörper (12) in dem zwischenliegenden Teil (42) benachbart zu der Verengung des Anschlussteils (44) zusammenpasst, welcher die Einlassführung (44') begrenzt, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem gegenüberliegenden Ende der Buchse (52) und dem Kolben (16) niedriger als der zwischen dem letzteren und dem einen oder dem anderen der zwei magnetischen Lager (46, 46') ist, wenn diese in eine Position gesetzt sind, welche durch den Kolben (16) während des Belastungsschritts der hinteren Feder (20') erreicht wird.
  5. Motorpumpe gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetische Buchse (52) aus Stahl mit niedrigem magnetischen Restgehalt hergestellt ist.
