Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schichten aus Gesteinsfasern und Fasern aus ähnlichen isolierenden Materialien, die von einem Rotor geformt und weggeblasen werden, wobei bei dem Verfahren- die Schicht aus Fasern auf einem ersten Förderer (1) einer Sammelkammer abgelegt wird,- die Schicht aus Fasern von dem ersten Förderer (1) zu einem Aufnahmeförderer (2) transportiert wird,- die Schicht aus Fasern von dem Aufnahmeförderer (2) in einen Spalt getragen wird, der von einem ersten Paar von vertikalen schwingenden Bändern (3) gebildet wird,- die Schicht aus Fasern in einer ersten Ablegestufe von dem ersten Paar von schwingenden Bändern (3) zick-zack-förmig auf einem Zuführförderer (4) abgelegt wird, wobei das erste Paar von schwingenden Bändern (3) quer zur Zuführrichtung des Zuführförderers (4) schwingt,- die Zick-Zack-Schicht aus Fasern von dem Zuführförderer (4) zu einem zweiten Paar von vertikalen schwingenden Bändern (5) gefördert wird,- die Zick-Zack-Schicht der Fasern von dem zweiten Paar von vertikal schwingenden Bändern (5) zick-zack-förmig auf einem Ablegeförderer (6) zur Bildung einer Doppelschicht abgelegt wird, wobei das zweite Paar von vertikalen schwingenden Bändern (5) quer zur Zuführrichtung des Ablegeförderers (6) schwingt,- die gebildete Bahn in eine Härtungskammer transportiert wird und- der erste Förderer (1) der Sammelkammer mit einer hohen Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 400 m/min arbeitet,dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass in der ersten Ablegestufe die Breite der Schicht von Fasern um ein Mehrfaches größer als die Ablegespannweite der Schicht ist und- dass die Zick-Zack-Ablage wiederholt wird, so dass die Bahn, die in die Härtungskammer eintritt, aus mehr als zwei quer abgelegten Schichten besteht, die in einem Winkel von 90° bezüglich einander abgelegt sind.
