Claims (23)

  1. Schachtel des Umwickeltyps zum Verpacken von zwei oder mehr Gegenständen A, wobei eine Aussparung zwischen benachbarten Gegenständen definiert ist, wobei die Schachtel eine Deckenwand (18, 118), eine Seitenwand (20, 120), eine Bodenwand (12, 22; 112, 122) sowie eine Balkenstruktur (14, 114) umfasst, die angeordnet sind, eine röhrenförmige Struktur auszubilden, um die Gegenstände zu umgeben, wobei die Balkenstruktur angeordnet ist, in der Aussparung angeordnet zu werden, und an einem ihrer Enden gelenkig mit der Bodenwand (12, 112) verbunden ist.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schachtel mit einer zweiten Seitenwand (16) bereitgestellt ist und wobei das zweite Ende der Balkenstruktur (14) gelenkig mit der zweiten Seitenwand (16) verbunden ist.
  3. Schachtel nach Anspruch 2, wobei das zweite Ende an einer erhöhten Stelle zwischen der Deckenwand (18) und der Bodenwand (12, 22) gelenkig mit der zweiten Seitenwand (16) verbunden ist.
  4. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Ende der Balkenstruktur (114) gelenkig mit der Deckenwand (118) der Schachtel verbunden ist.
  5. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Balkenstruktur (114) ein Paar von Trägerwandflächen (138, 140) umfasst, die entlang einer gemeinsamen Längskante (143) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Schachtel nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Trägerwandflächen (138, 140) dazwischen einen spitzen Winkel definieren, um die Ausbildung des Balkens zu erleichtern.
  7. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Balkenstruktur (14) ein Paar von Trägerwandflächen (38, 40) und eine Mittelwandfläche (48) umfasst, die zwischen den Trägerwandflächen angeordnet ist und diese entlang deren jeweiliger, oberer Längskante gelenkig miteinander verbindet.
  8. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, wobei die Trägerwandflächen (38, 40; 138, 140) über eine oder mehrere Stützwandflächen (34, 36; 134, 136) gelenkig mit der angrenzenden Wandfläche verbunden sind.
  9. Schachtel nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Stützwandflächen (34, 36) eine Trapezform aufweisen.
  10. Schachtel nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die Schachtel ferner ein Paar von Zwickelwandflächen (42a-d) umfasst, die gelenkig mit der Stützwandfläche verbunden sind und aus der Ausrichtung mit dieser heraus gefaltet sind, wobei das Paar von Zwickelwandflächen die Trägerwandflächen (38, 40) gelenkig mit der Stützwandfläche (34, 36) verbindet.
  11. Schachtel nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Zwickelwandflächen (42a-d) hinsichtlich jeder Trägerwandfläche (38, 40) aus der Ausrichtung heraus gefaltet sind, um an eine Wand der angrenzenden Gegenstände anzustoßen.
  12. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, wobei die Trägerwandflächen (38, 40; 138, 140) jeweils wenigstens teilweise an eine Wand benachbarter Gegenstände anstoßen.
  13. Schachtel nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bodenwand ein Paar von ersten und zweiten Bodenwandflächen (12, 22; 112, 122) umfasst, die miteinander befestigt sind, und wobei die Balkenstruktur (14, 114) an dem einen Ende mit einer der Bodenwandflächen (12, 112) verbunden ist.
  14. Schachtel nach Anspruch 13, wobei die erste Bodenwandfläche (22, 122) gelenkig mit der ersten Seitenwand (20, 120) verbunden ist und die zweite Bodenwandfläche (12, 112) mit dem einen Ende der Balkenstruktur (14,114) verbunden ist.
  15. Zuschnitt (10, 110) für einen Träger des Umwickeltyps, umfassend eine Vielzahl von Wandflächen, die der Reihe nach gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Wandflächen ein Paar von Bodenwandflächen (12, 22; 112, 122) am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Zuschnitts einschließen und wobei eine der Bodenwandflächen (12, 112) Ober einen balkenausbildenden Abschnitt (14, 114) mit einer angrenzenden Wandfläche (18, 118) verbunden ist, der eine Stützwandfläche (34, 134) einschließt, die gelenkig mit der einen Bodenwandfläche (12, 112) verbunden ist, sowie ein Paar von Trägerwandflächen (38, 40; 138, 140), die jeweils mit der Stützwandfläche verbunden sind und sich zu der angrenzenden Wandfläche erstrecken.
  16. Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach Anspruch 15, wobei ein gegenüberliegendes Ende der balkenausbildenden Struktur (14, 114) entlang einer ersten Faltlinie (32, 132) über eine Stützwandfläche (36, 136) gelenkig mit der angrenzenden Wandfläche (16, 118) verbunden ist.
  17. Zuschnitt (10.110) nach Anspruch 16, wobei die angrenzende Wandfläche eine Seitenwandfläche (16) ist, die entlang einer zweiten Faltlinie (24) gelenkig mit einer Deckenwandfläche (18) verbunden ist, und wobei der Abstand zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Faltlinie (32, 24) kleiner ist, als der Abstand zwischen dem oberen und dem unteren Ende des zu verpackenden Gegenstands.
  18. Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach Anspruch 16, wobei die angrenzende Wandfläche eine Deckenwandfläche (118) der Schachtel ist.
  19. Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, wobei das Paar von Trägerwandflächen (38, 40) durch eine Mittelwandfläche (48) getrennt ist.
  20. Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, wobei die Stützwandflächen (34, 36) trapezförmig sind.
  21. Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, wobei die Stützwandflächen (134, 136) eine dreieckige Form aufweisen.
  22. Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, wobei ferner ein Paar von Zwickelwandflächen (42a-d) umfasst wird, die gelenkig mit der Stützwandfläche verbunden sind, und wobei das Paar von Zwickelwandflächen die Trägerwandflächen gelenkig mit der Stützwandfläche verbindet.
  23. Verfahren zum Ausbilden einer Verpackung mit einer Schachtel aus einem Zuschnitt (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 22, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    (i) Zuführen eines Array von Gegenständen (A) zu dem Zuschnitt, wobei zwischen benachbarten Gegenständen eine Aussparung definiert ist,
