Claims (5)

  1. Pultrudiertes Verbundelement, das in einem einzigen Arbeitsschritt hergestellt wird und zwei ebene parallele Seiten (1) aufweist, die durch Abstandshalter (2) verbunden und versteift sind, die mit den Seiten (1) fest verbunden sind und bei dem selben Pultrusionsvorgang mit den selben Materialien hergestellt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens auf einer Seite eine Haftschutzbeschichtung (3) in Form einer biegsamen oder starren Verbundschicht vorgesehen ist, die auf der entsprechenden Seite (1) des Elements durch Bestrahlen mit Ultraviolettlichtstrahlen aufgebracht wird und aus einem vorimprägnierten Glasgewebe besteht, das durch Schmelzbeschichten auf einer Seite des Gewebes mit einer Polypropylenfolie aufgebracht ist, auf der anderen Seite mit einem durch Ultraviolettstrahlen polymerisierbaren Epoxydharz beschichtet ist.
  2. Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1, welches aus Verstärkungsfasern mineralischen und/oder organischen und/oder chemischen Ursprungs und aus wärmehärtbarem und/oder thermoplastischem Harz hergestellt ist, und das ferner Kohlenstofffasern und/oder Aramidfasern des Typs Polyparaphenyleneterephtalmid aufweist, die unter der Handelsbezeichnung Kevlar der Firma Du Pont de Nemours bekannt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Pultrusionsvorgangs Kupferlitze in die Masse des Elements eingeführt wird.
  3. Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die biegsame Verbundschicht eine Polyestergrundierung des Typs ist, der unter der Handelsbezeichnung APPRET POLYESTER GRIS PALINAL REF 862.7777 der Firma STARCOLOR SAC erhältlich ist und aus einer Grundierung und einem Härtungsmittel besteht, die in einem Verhältnis 1 zu 20 vermischt sind.
  4. Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftschutzbeschichtung (3) aus einem Gel für Betonform auf der Basis von abriebfestem Polyesterharz besteht.
  5. Verbundelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gel des Typs ist, der unter der Handelsbezeichnung GEL-COAT GRIS SM 1329 ARA der Firma FERRO PLASTICS EUROPE erhältlich ist.
