Abstract
Description
So kann der Anwender beispielsweise zunächst eine Folien- oder Glaspatrone, die wenigstens zwei pastöse Reaktionskomponenten enthält, in ein vorgefertigtes Bohrloch einbringen. Das Verankerungselement, wie z. B. eine aktiv mischende Ankerstange wird dann in das Bohrloch eingeschoben und z. B. mittels eines Hammers bis auf den Bohrlochboden eingetrieben. Dabei wird die Mörtelpatrone zerstört und es treten die Reaktionskomponenten ins Bohrloch aus, wo sie sich verteilen. Das Auslösemittel, wie z. B. ein Sperrstift, ein Sicherungsring etc. kann danach entfernt werden, so dass das oder die Mischelemente in über den automatischen Antrieb in eine Mischbewegung versetzt wird, die eine Durchmischung der Reaktionskomponenten bewirkt.

Die Antriebseinrichtung 20 enthält in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Schraubenfedern 23, die auf der Umfangsfläche des Verankerungsteils 12 liegen und an ihren Enden 24 fest mit diesem verbunden sind. An den Enden 25 sind die Schraubenfedern 23 hingegen fest mit der Mischhülse 15 verbunden. Beide Schraubenfedern 23 sind vorgespannt und über das Auslösemittel 21 daran gehindert sich zu entspannen.

Claims (8)
- Verankerungselement, zur Verankerung in einer Aufnahmebohrung mittels eines Mörtels, mit einem, im Anwendungsfall aus der Aufnahmebohrung herausragenden Lastangriffsteil (11) und mit einem, im Anwendungsfall in der Aufnahmebohrung befindlichen Verankerungsteil (12), und mit wenigstens einem Mischelement (13, 13') zum Mischen von Mörtelkomponenten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens am Verankerungsteil (12) eine Antriebseinrichtung (20, 20') zum automatischen in Bewegung setzen des oder jeden Mischelements (13, 13') nach Betätigung eines Auslösemittels.(21) für die Antriebseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Verankerungselement, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (20, 20') wenigstens einen Kraftspeicher (23, 23') beinhaltet, der die notwendige Antriebsenergie zum in Bewegung setzen des oder jeden Mischelements (13, 13') liefert.
- Verankerungselement, nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Kraftspeicher jeweils als ein, unter einer Vorspannung stehendes Federelement (23, 23') ausgebildet ist, wobei das erste Ende (24, 24') des oder jeden Federelements (23, 23') an dem Verankerungsteil (12) fixiert ist und wobei an dem zweiten, freien Ende (25, 25') des oder jeden Federelements (23, 23') das oder jedes Mischelement (13, 13') direkt oder indirekt fixiert ist, und über die sich entspannenden Federelemente (23, 23') in eine Mischbewegung versetzt wird, wenn das Auslösemittel (21) betätigt ist.
- Verankerungselement, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Verankerungsteil ein oder mehrere, unter einer Vorspannung stehende Spiralfedern (23') als Kraftspeicher angeordnet sind.
- Verankerungselement, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Verankerungsteil ein oder mehrere, unter einer Vorspannung stehende Schraubenfedern (23) als Kraftspeicher angeordnet sind.
- Verankerungselement, nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem oder den Federelementen (23, 23') eine Mischhülse (15) angeordnet ist, die wenigstens den Verankerungsteil (12) des Verankerungselements (10) räumlich beabstandet umgibt, und die, über die sich entspannenden Federelemente (23, 23') in eine Mischbewegung versetzt wird, wenn das Auslösemittel (21) betätigt ist.
- Verankerungselement, nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Oberfläche der Mischhülse (15) das oder jedes Mischelement (13') angeordnet ist.
- Verankerungselement, nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wandung (16) der Mischhülse (15) das oder jedes Mischelement (13) angeordnet ist.
