Claims (15)

  1. Procédé visant à améliorer la finition métallisée, les conditions d'usinage ainsi que la flexibilité des papiers de décor imprégnés de résines synthétiques caractérisé par l'application de solutions retardateurs de durcissement faites de sels métalliques basiques au cours de l'opération d'impression avec des peintures métallisées par héliogravure.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par l'application d'une solution d'aluminate de sodium (=NaAlO2x0, 12Na2Ox0, 3H2O) (eau ou mélange eau/agent d'allongement) par héliogravure au moyen du cylindre contenant la couleur de base ou par un autre procédé approprié sur papier de base standard imprimé ou non imprimé.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'aluminate de sodium est dissous dans de l'eau chaude, de préférence déminéralisée (ou eau ordinaire), > 60°C afin d'obtenir un mélange de la concentration souhaitée.

  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que l'aluminate de sodium est dissous dans de l'eau chaude, de préférence déminéralisée (ou eau ordinaire), > 60°C afin d'obtenir un mélange de la concentration souhaitée.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que la teneur en matières solides de l'aluminate de sodium est comprise entre 0,5 et 5 % en poids au maximum par rapport à la préparation finale totale.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'en fonction des exigences, la valeur pH obtenue de l'aluminate de sodium peut être ajustée entre 9 et 14.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'aluminate de sodium présent dans la solution finale est appliqué sur le papier par héliogravure au moyen du cylindre contenant la peinture de base en fonction du volume de peinture et de la vitesse de 1a machine.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce qu'une valeur de référence et/ou une valeur de consigne de 3 g/m<2> au minimum et de 25 g/m<2> au maximum est observée en milieu humide.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que des résines aminoplastes sont utilisées pour l'imprégnation et que des pigments de nacre sont utilisés sous forme d'association de feldspath et/ou d'acide silique (dioxyde de silicium), lesquels sont recouverts de dioxyde de titane.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que les résines de mélamine-formaldéhyde ou les résines urée-formaldéhyde sont utilisées comme résines aminoplastes.
