Abstract

Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend une bande (3) réalisée en matière plastique solidarisée sur la ou les bordures extérieures de la toile (1), ladite bande présentant au moins une patte (3a) profilée obtenue par moulage et monobloc avec la bande, ladite patte présentant une forme en berceau d'appui pour être introduit contre la paroi en regard du longeron de la structure portante, et dans les intervalles formés entre ledit longeron et un profilé solidarisé au dit longeron, et en ce que la zone de jonction entre la bande et la patte constitue une zone de contre appui susceptible de permettre l'appui d'une partie ondulée du profilé en autorisant ainsi un verrouillage en position de la patte par rapport au longeron en regard.

Description

Domaine technique
L'invention concerne l'équipement mobilier et d'ameublement du type siège, fauteuil, lit, pouvant être utilisés aussi bien dans des situations d'utilisation quotidienne en habitation classique, que dans le cadre d'utilisations ponctuelles ou temporaires, pendant les périodes de vacances, ou à l'occasion de loisirs divers.
En d'autres termes, les sièges, fauteuils, lits et articles similaires peuvent être utilisés comme accessoires pour le camping, la randonnée, les loisirs hebdomadaires ou en situation d'habitat classique.
Art antérieur
On connaít depuis longtemps des meubles formant sièges, dits fauteuils de relaxation (voir figure 1), constitués de longerons rigides parallèles, formant éventuellement des cadres en U fermés sur et entre lesquels est tendue une toile porteuse accrochée par des moyens élastiques. Dans la forme de réalisation représentée figure 1, commercialisée notamment par le demandeur depuis de nombreuses années, les moyens élastiques du type tendeur sont enfilés dans un ensemble d'oeillets aménagés à cet effet sur les bords de la toile, et des crochets ou analogues prévus à cet effet sur les longerons permettent ainsi l'enfilage du tendeur passant alternativement en zigzag d'un oeillet à un crochet. En pratique, les crochets successifs sont réalisés à partir d'un fil métallique ondulé en zigzag, avec des zones soudées le long de la génératrice intérieure du longeron, en définissant entre deux zones de liaison successives une ouverture de passage du tendeur ou autre moyen d'accrochage du même type. Selon l'art antérieur ainsi rappelé, le problème posé réside dans les coûts de fabrication et de mise en oeuvre du dispositif de liaison de la toile par rapport à l'armature portante. On conçoit que l'enfilement successif des tendeurs à travers les oeillets et les formes en crochet reste long, fastidieux et peu pratique. Il reste limité à des opérations manuelles. Il est en effet difficile de prévoir des successions d'enfilement dans un sens et dans un autre à l'aide de bras manipulateurs ou autres, dans le cadre d'une automatisation de part et d'autre du plan longitudinal donné par l'armature porteuse. Cependant, l'avantage de cette solution réside dans le fait qu'il y a un équilibrage des tensions données sur la toile.
Il a aussi été proposé dans un brevet italien MARGA n° VI94U000041 un autre système de mise en tension de la toile. Il est alors prévu dans le cadre de ce brevet de disposer intérieurement par rapport au cadre métallique une barre supplémentaire solidaire dudit cadre, la fixation des extrémités latérales de la natte ou de la toile étant réalisée au moyen d'un cordon élastique passant dans une pluralité d'oeillets formés sur les bords de la toile et retenus par une pluralité de crochets, chaque crochet étant prévu entre deux oeillets successifs sur la barre précitée. Cette mise en oeuvre est plus complexe. Son seul avantage réside dans le fait que le cordon élastique peut être disposé en enfilade sur lesdits oeillets, puis après par des opérations où les parties de cordon élastique pouvant être déplacées latéralement pour être positionnées sur des crochets associés à la barre précitée. Cette solution n'est guère satisfaisante néanmoins.
Buts recherchés
Le but recherché selon l'invention était donc de rechercher et concevoir un dispositif de fixation, de liaison et de pose de la toile qui soit aisé à réaliser, facilement manipulable par l'opérateur et d'un coût de fabrication limité par rapport à l'art antérieur.
Un autre but recherché selon l'invention est de concevoir un dispositif qui, tout en étant facile à être positionné pour assurer la liaison de la toile par rapport à l'armature portante, assure complètement une fonction de verrouillage ou d'auto verrouillage, de sorte qu'ensuite l'assise puisse être utilisée en toute sécurité.
Un autre but recherché selon l'invention est de concevoir un dispositif qui puisse être partiellement remplacé en cas de détérioration, sans nuire à la qualité de portage de la toile par rapport à l'armature portante.
Selon une première caractéristique de l'invention, le dispositif de mise en place et de fixation d'une toile sur une structure réceptrice portante d'ameublement d'équipement mobilier et d'assise, ladite structure comprenant au moins un longeron sur lequel est rapporté et fixé un profilé en fil ondulé en zigzag définissant des intervalles ouverts de passage de moyens de liaison, est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend une bande réalisée en matière plastique solidarisée sur la ou les bordures extérieures de la toile, ladite bande présentant au moins une patte profilée obtenue par moulage et monobloc avec la bande, ladite patte présentant une forme en berceau d'appui pour être introduit contre la paroi en regard du longeron de la structure portante, et dans les intervalles formés entre ledit longeron et un profilé solidarisé au dit longeron, et en ce que la zone de jonction entre la bande et la patte constitue une zone de contre appui susceptible de permettre l'appui d'une partie ondulée du profilé en autorisant ainsi un verrouillage en position de la patte par rapport au longeron en regard.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustré d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où :
  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une chaise de relaxation selon l'art antérieur,
  • La figure 2 est une vue partielle et à grande échelle illustrant le dispositif de pose selon l'invention d'une toile sur une armature portante.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en plan et de dessus illustrant le positionnement d'une toile par rapport à l'armature portante en position de tension.
  • La figure 4 est une vue partielle et de dessous illustrant le positionnement du dispositif.
  • La figure 5 est une vue en coupe partielle selon la ligne 5-5 de la figure 6.
  • La figure 6 est une vue en coupe partielle selon la ligne 6-6 de la figure 5.
Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
L'invention vise à réaliser un dispositif (D) susceptible d'assurer la liaison et le positionnement d'une toile (1) destinée à être tendue sur un équipement mobilier ou d'ameublement du type siège, fauteuil, lit et similaires. La toile peut être de toute configuration et tout matériau approprié. La structure portante (2) peut être réalisée à partir d'un ou plusieurs longerons (2a) tubulaires ou non, rigides, parallèles, fermés ou ouverts, formant cadre, et présentant d'une manière connue sur le bord et la génératrice intérieure médiane longitudinale un profilé (2b) en forme de fil continu ou discontinu, comprenant une pluralité d'ondulations (2c) disposées en zigzag. Ces ondulations constituent sur un même plan des zones de fixation (2d) sur le longeron par soudure ou autrement et entre deux zones de liaison audit tube ou longeron précité, elles définissent des intervalles ouverts (2e) de passage pouvant constituer des zones de crochetage.
En variante et sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, la structure portante peut être réalisée en bois, ou en matière plastique thermoformée ou injectée, en incorporant dans cette mise en oeuvre directement le longeron et le profilé associé. La forme du profil (2b) peut varier, l'essentiel étant de former des ouvertures de passage par rapport au longeron.
Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend une bande (3) réalisée en matière plastique qui est disposée surmoulée sur la ou les bordures extérieures (la, 1b) de la toile ou pouvant être cousue à celle-ci. Cette bande présente en extrémité une patte (3a) profilée obtenue par moulage, destinée à former un berceau d'appui contre la paroi en regard du longeron tubulaire correspondant. La partie adjacente (3b) plane et entourant lesdites pattes (3a) peut constituer également une zone de contre-appui susceptible de permettre l'appui de la partie en ondulation en regard du profilé (2b) précité. La bande (3) rapportée peut être établie sous forme de module avec seulement une patte, ou être agencée sur une plus grande longueur pour recevoir à intervalles successifs plusieurs pattes du type précité pour venir s'engager dans les intervalles ouverts (2e) formés dans les passages des formes en ondulation du profilé (2b) associé au longeron support. On peut noter également que les pattes (3a) sont agencées avec un profil correspondant au dit longeron, de sorte qu'il y ait un contre-appui systématique entre le longeron et la partie de la bande rapportée surmoulée ou non, ou cousue à la toile.
Le montage de l'ensemble est extrêmement aisé et on supprime par l'invention l'utilisation des tendeurs ou cordons élastiques connus antérieurement et donc on s'exonère de leur montage. Les bandes réceptrices de pattes profilées en berceau du type précité, peuvent être établies sur des longueurs correspondant à la longueur des toiles ou être adaptées selon des modules appropriés. Il va de soi dans cette réalisation que le montage est beaucoup plus rapide à réaliser et à mettre en oeuvre, ainsi qu'il apparaít aux figures des dessins.
La mise en place d'un ensemble permet d'obtenir une suspension rigide et ferme, ainsi que verrouillée. Il faut impérativement l'intervention d'un opérateur pour détacher ou déplacer l'une des pattes du dispositif, afin d'assurer un décrochage. Le dispositif ainsi réalisé est beaucoup plus sûr. La mise en oeuvre et les coûts de fabrication sont largement réduits, puisque la bande est obtenue par injection ou thermoformage en continu et découpée aux longueurs souhaitées. La liaison de la bande sur la toile pour chacun de ses côtés est effectuée par soudure ultrason, piquetage, couture ou autre.
Dans l'hypothèse où l'une des pattes viendrait à être détériorée et cassée par exemple, il est facilement envisageable de la changer et de remplacer une longueur de bande en détachant celle-ci de la toile à la partie correspondante.
L'invention trouve de nombreuses applications dans des structures réceptrices d'ameublement, d'équipement mobilier tels que chaises, fauteuils, lits et similaires, et pour tous usages et circonstances de loisirs ou non.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de mise en place et de fixation d'une toile sur une structure réceptrice portante d'ameublement d'équipement mobilier et d'assise, ladite structure comprenant au moins un longeron sur lequel est rapporté et fixé un profilé en fil ondulé en zigzag définissant des intervalles ouverts de passage de moyens de liaison, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande (3) réalisée en matière plastique solidarisée sur la ou les bordures extérieures de la toile (1), ladite bande présentant au moins une patte (3a) profilée obtenue par moulage et monobloc avec la bande, ladite patte présentant une forme en berceau d'appui pour être introduit contre la paroi en regard du longeron de la structure portante, et dans les intervalles formés entre ledit longeron et un profilé solidarisé au dit longeron, et en ce que la zone de jonction entre la bande et la patte constitue une zone de contre appui susceptible de permettre l'appui d'une partie ondulée du profilé en autorisant ainsi un verrouillage en position de la patte par rapport au longeron en regard.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande (3) est surmoulée le long de la bordure extérieure de la toile.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande (3) est rapportée et fixée par couture le long de la bordure extérieure de la toile.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la bande (3) est établie sous forme de module incluant au moins une patte (3a).
