Description

  • L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'emballage, en particulier de l'emballage de bobines de fil que l'on présente à la vente. Elle vise notamment les bobines de fil électrique.
  • Dans les magasins en libre-service, les produits présentés à la vente peuvent être suspendus à des broches fixées sur des cloisons ou parois verticales. C'est le cas notamment du fil électrique qui est conditionné dans les différents diamètres et codes couleurs sous la forme de bobines de différentes longueurs de fil. Actuellement ses bobines sont le plus souvent enroulées autour d'un mandrin en matière plastique qui comporte une extension latérale pour l'accrochage à la broche de suspension et éventuellement l'apposition d'une étiquette informatrice sur le produit. Le mandrin en matière plastique, une fois le produit consommé, est jeté. Son coût de fabrication n'est pourtant pas insignifiant. En outre le matériau sur le plan environnemental n'est pas avantageux. Un tel support mandrin présente aussi l'inconvénient de ne pas être polyvalent. Il faut pratiquement un type de mandrin par conditionnement.
  • Selon le brevet US 2 724 538 , on connaît un emballage comportant un premier et un deuxième panneaux, le premier panneau comportant une pluralité de branches avec une extrémité libre par laquelle le deuxième panneau vient se fixer, la bobine étant placée autour des deux branches. La structure d'un tel emballage reste complexe.
  • Le déposant s'est fixé comme objectif de réaliser un emballage présentoir pour bobine de fil ne présentant pas les inconvénients de l'art antérieur.
  • Conformément à l'invention, l'emballage présentoir pour bobine de fil avec un trou central, en matière semi-rigide telle que le carton, comprend un premier panneau avec deux branches susceptibles de se placer perpendiculairement à lui, qui lui sont solidaires par une extrémité, l'autre extrémité étant libre, et un deuxième panneau venant se fixer à l'aide d'un moyen de fixation sur lesdites extrémités libres, la bobine venant se placer autour des deux branches et entre les panneaux, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un troisième panneau reliant le premier panneau au deuxième panneau.
  • Cette disposition permet d'utiliser les mêmes éléments pour conditionner toute une gamme de bobines de fil, par ajustement de la distance entre les panneaux à l'épaisseur de la bobine.
  • Conformément à une caractéristique particulière, le moyen de fixation est constitué d'une fente ménagée dans le deuxième panneau dans lequel on glisse l'extrémité libre de ladite branche. Notamment, l'extrémité libre de la branche comporte un moyen adhésif.
  • Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la branche comporte des tenons latéraux pour coopérer avec la fente et former une retenue.
  • Conformément à une autre caractéristique, les branches sont montées sur un panneau solidaire d'un panneau par une articulation pour former ensemble le premier panneau.
  • Pour une application dans un magasin en libre service, on prévoit un passage pour une broche sur au moins l'un desdits premier et second panneaux.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages apparaîtront à la lecture de la description qui suit, du mode de réalisation, non limitatif, de l'invention, en référence aux dessins sur lesquels
    • la figure 1 représente une plaque de carton découpée conformément à un premier mode de l'invention,
    • la figure 2 représente la plaque en cours de pliage,
    • la figure 3 représente l'emballage refermé avant verrouillage du panneau,
  • La plaque représentée sur la figure 1 est de préférence en carton ondulé. Selon la dimension de la bobine de fil à conditionner, il s'agit d'un carton avec une cannelure plus ou moins fine. Par exemple, on choisit une cannelure de 1,8 mm ou bien de 3 mm.
  • La plaque 1 comprend quatre panneaux : les panneaux 2, 4, 6 et 46. Le panneau 2 comprend deux branches 21 et 23 qui peuvent être repliées chacune autour de deux paires d'articulations. Une première paire 210 et 212, et une seconde paire 230 et 232, toutes parallèles entre elles. La paire 210-212 est extérieure à la paire 230-232. Les branches comportent chacune un pavé adhésif, 211 respectivement 231, à leur extrémité libre sur la face opposée à la face visible sur la figure 1. Le panneau 2 comprend une fente centrale large 25. Le panneau 2 est relié au panneau 4 par une articulation 204 perpendiculaire aux articulations précédentes. Il comprend une fente large 45. Le panneau 6 est relié au panneau 4 par un panneau 46 de dimension longitudinale réduite. Le panneau 6 comporte une fente 61 et une fente large 65. Les deux fentes ont le même espacement que les deux branches après pliage. Leur longueur permet le passage des deux branches.
  • Le montage de l'emballage est réalisé de la façon suivante.
  • On plie le panneau 2 sur le panneau 4. Ils forment ensemble un premier panneau, double, 24. On dresse les deux branches 21 et 23 perpendiculairement au premier panneau 24. Pour ce faire, on replie d'abord les branches l'une vers l'autre autour des articulations 212 et 232, puis vers l'extérieur autour des articulations 210 et 230, comme on le voit sur la figure 2. L'emballage est alors prêt à recevoir une bobine de fil. On la glisse par son trou central autour des deux branches dressées 21 et 23 qui forment mandrin. On rabat le deuxième panneau 6 sur la bobine. On peut glisser la branche 23 dans la fente 61 et la branche 21 dans la fente 65 comme on peut le voir dans la figure 3. Le troisième panneau 46 forme soufflet. Ainsi la hauteur de l'emballage s'adapte parfaitement à l'épaisseur de la bobine B représentée en transparence. Pour verrouiller le tout il suffit de dégager la pellicule protectrice des adhésifs 211 et 231 qui avantageusement sont de type double face.
  • On observe que les adhésifs sont disposés sur la même face de la plaque 1. Une telle disposition permet leur mise en place aisément en ligne, sur la machine qui effectue le découpage de la plaque 1. La dimension des panneaux 2, 4 et 6 est choisie pour qu'ils puissent recouvrir au moins partiellement la bobine, et recevoir une étiquette informative mentionnant les caractéristiques du produit, si on le souhaite. La largeur des fentes 25, 45 et 65 qui, en position montée, sont alignées entre elles, est suffisante pour permettre le passage de la broche sur laquelle l'emballage présentoir sera accroché.

Claims (6)

  1. Emballage présentoir pour bobine de fil avec un trou central, en matière semi-rigide telle que le carton, comprend un premier panneau (24) avec deux branches (21, 23) ; susceptibles de se placer perpendiculairement à lui, qui lui sont solidaires par une extrémité, l'autre extrémité étant libre, et un deuxième panneau (6) venant se fixer à l'aide d'un moyen de fixation sur lesdites extrémités libres, la bobine venant se placer autour des deux branches et entre les panneaux, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un troisième panneau (46) reliant le premier (24) panneau au deuxième panneau (6).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le moyen de fixation est constitué d'une fente (61, 65) ménagée dans le deuxième panneau (6) dans lequel on glisse l'extrémité libre de ladite branche (21, 23).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication précédente dans lequel l'extrémité libre des branches comporte un moyen adhésif (211, 231).
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 2 dans lequel les branches comportent des tenons latéraux pour coopérer avec les fentes et former une retenue.
  5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel les branches (21, 23) sont montées sur un quatrième panneau (2), solidaire d'un panneau (4) par une articulation, ces deux panneaux (2 et 4) formant ensemble le premier panneau (24).
  6. Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel un passage pour une broche est ménagé sur au moins l'un desdits premier et second panneaux.
