Claims (19)
- Blattpapiermaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst: mindestens eine mit Glanz versehene Oberfläche und eine Lage, welche eine Dispersion von Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz inkorporiert; wobei die Granulen der Oberfläche ein glitzernd-reflektierendes Aussehen verleihen; wobei die Lage entweder auf oder unter der mit Glanz versehenen Oberfläche aufgebracht ist.
- Papiermaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die reflektierende Substanz Glimmer ist.
- Papiermaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Granulen eine vorab bestimmte Partikelgröße aufweisen und in einer solchen Menge vorliegen, dass sie mit Druckprozessen nicht interferieren.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durchschnittliche Größe der Granulen in einem Bereich von ca. 2 bis 150 µm liegt.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ca. 1 bis 1000 Granulen pro cm2 Oberfläche umfasst.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage eine im Wesentlichen transparente Bindezusammensetzung umfasst, in welcher die Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz inkorporiert sind.
- Papiermaterial nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindezusammensetzung eine Polymerzusammensetzung aus natürlichem und/oder synthetischem Latex ist.
- Papiermaterial nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindezusammensetzung ca. 5 bis 30 Gew.-Tle. von Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz umfasst.
- Papiermaterial nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf beiden gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen mit Glanz versehen ist; wobei die Oberflächen mit entsprechenden Lagen assoziiert sind, welche Dispersionen von Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz inkorporieren.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Blattpapiermaterials, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es umfasst: einen Schritt des Herstellens einer Bahn von Papiermaterial auf einer kontinuierlichen Papiermaschine; einen Schritt des Mit-Glanz-Versehens mindestens einer Oberfläche der Bahn und einen Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt zur Oberflächenbehandlung der Oberfläche, wobei der Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt entweder nach oder vor dem Schritt des Mit-Glanz-Versehens derselben Oberfläche durchgeführt wird; wobei in dem Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt eine Lage, welche eine Dispersion von Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz inkorporiert, auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht wird, um der Oberfläche ein glitzernd-reflektierendes Aussehen zu verleihen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Granulen aufgebrachte reflektierende Substanz Glimmer ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt außerhalb und stromabwärts der kontinuierlichen Papiermaschine durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bei dem Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt verwendeten Granulen eine solche Partikelgröße und Menge aufweisen, dass sie mit Nachfolge-Druckprozessen nicht interferieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bei dem Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt verwendeten Granulen eine Partikelgröße im Bereich von ca. 2 bis 150 µm aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 1 bis 1000 Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz pro cm2 Oberfläche auf die Oberfläche bei dem Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine im Wesentlichen transparente Bindezusammensetzung, in welcher die Granulen von einer reflektierenden Substanz inkorporiert sind, auf die Oberfläche bei dem Oberflächenbehandlungsschritt aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindezusammensetzung eine Polymerzusammensetzung aus natürlichem und/oder synthetischem Latex ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindezusammensetzung ca. 5 bis 30 Gew.-Tle. an reflektierender Substanz umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindezusammensetzung in einer Menge im Bereich von ca. 1 bis 5 Gew.% auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht wird.
