  • the channel (9) on the supporting piece (3) compresses the locking mechanism (5) provided on the body (2) due to its structure which first narrows then widens upwards. Consequently, the first bolt (24) is driven apart from the second bolt (25) when the channel widens and vice versa.
  • the rack reaches its uppermost level, the channel (9) widens again and the first and second bolts (24 and 25) move in the channel in opposite directions, by the force applied by the spring (28) compressed between said two bolts (24, 25). Consequently the locking mechanism (5) sits into the upper locking socket (10) located at the channel (9). In this case, the distance between the first and second bolts (24 and 25) is at maximum level and the rack remains fixed at this height.
  • said rack can be raised/lowered as a whole by pulling simultaneously both unlocking levers (4) of the vertical adjustment mechanism (1) located at both sides of the rack, or first a part of the rack can be raised/lowered by pulling one of the unlocking levers (4) and then the other a part of the rack can be raised/lowered by pulling the other unlocking lever (4).

Claims (8)

  1. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical utilisé dans les lave-vaisselles, placé sur les deux côtés opposés l'un à l'autre de l'étagère et comprenant un corps (2), un levier de déverrouillage (4) monté sur ledit corps (2), un mécanisme de verrouillage (5) et une pièce de support (3) sur laquelle le corps est attaché et qui sert à mettre en mouvement l'étagère par le mouvement du corps (2) sur la pièce de support (3) lorsqu'une force est appliquée sur le levier de déverrouillage (4) placé sur le corps (4) ou que cette force est appliquée directement sur l'étagère, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier de déverrouillage (4) s'accorde avec le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) lorsqu'une force est appliquée vers le haut (A) pour déverrouiller le mécanisme de verrouillage (5), par lequel ledit levier de déverrouillage (4) peut effectuer toutes ses deux fonctions pour rehausser et pour rebaisser l'étagère.
  2. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la pièce de support (3) comprenant sur sa surface frontale une paire de rouages (6) et sur sa surface derrière des guides de glissement (7) facilitant ainsi l'engagement du corps (2), un ou plusieurs projections de guidage (8) entre lesdits guides de glissement (7), un canal (9) dans lequel le levier de déverrouillage (4) et le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) bougent entre lesdits projections de guidage (8), et au moins une cavité supérieure de verrouillage (10) à laquelle le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) est monté et laissé verrouillé, et qui permet à l'étagère de bouger sur les rails de la lave-vaisselle de long en large par le mouvement des rouages (6).
  3. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le corps (2) placé sur la pièce de support (3) comprenant des porte-étagères (11) qui permettent au corps (2) de s'attacher aux câbles horizontaux et/ou longitudinaux de l'étagère, une bonde (12a) qui empêche les mouvements non désirés sur la pièce de support (3) lorsque la pièce de support (3) bouge, des projections de guidage glissants (15) attachées aux guides de glissement (7) sur la pièce de support (3), des rails (13) placés dans les projections de guidage (8) sur la pièce de support (3) qui servent à faire bouger sans créer un changement de direction sur la pièce de support (3), et une cavité (14) incluant une cavité pour le levier de déverrouillage (14a) dans laquelle le levier de déverrouillage (4) est placé, et une cavité pour le levier (14b) dans laquelle le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) est placé.
  4. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical (1) selon les revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé par la cavité (14) sur le corps (2) qui comprend une cavité pour le levier de déverrouillage (14a) contenant les projections (19a) pour empêcher le levier de déverrouillage (4) de sortir en dehors de sa cavité (14a) et à son centre une barrière (32) délimitant le mouvement horizontal du levier de déverrouillage (4), et une cavité pour le levier de verrouillage (14b) contenant des bondes (12b) qui empêchent le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) de sortir de la cavité de verrouillage (14b) et des bondes sur les deux extrémités de la cavité de verrouillage (14b) et sur les endroits correspondant aux replis formés aux bouts du mécanisme de verrouillage (5), et des creux (16) pour assurer l'attachement facile du mécanisme de verrouillage (5).
  5. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical (1) selon les revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé par le levier de déverrouillage (4) comprenant un levier de capteur (20) sur lequel une force est appliquée, un cadre du levier de déverrouillage (18) dans lequel se produisent des projections (19b) ayant la même structure que les projections (19a) produites sur les côtés internes de la cavité du levier de déverrouillage (14a), une ouverture de verrou (17) dans laquelle des surfaces de contact (21) sont placées sur la section inférieure de l'ouverture de verrou (17), un canal du levier de déverrouillage (22) pour faire marcher la barrière (32) prolongeant au long du centre de la cavité (14).
  6. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical (1) selon les revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé par le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) comprenant un premier verrou (24) qui contient une partie finale (30) et une partie centrale (31), sur ladite partie finale (30) une surface pentue facilitant le mouvement du mécanisme de verrouillage (5) sur le canal (9) produit sur la pièce de support (3), et sur ladite partie centrale (31) une ou plusieurs surfaces angulaires (26), un enfoncement de sursis (27), un second verrou (25), dans la partie centrale (31) de ce dernier placée de manière à se situer à l'opposé du premier verrou (24) une surface de support (29) est assurée pour que l'enfoncement de sursis (27) puisse entrer dans le premier verrou (24) et un sursis (28) placé sans l'enfoncement de sursis (27) au premier verrou (24), assurant la connexion entre le premier et le second verrous (24 et 25) en se tenant contre la surface de support (29) sur la partie centrale (31) du second verrou (25).
  7. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) comprenant des surfaces angulaires de verrou (26) ayant la même forme que celle des surfaces de contact (21) formées à la partie inférieure de l'ouverture de verrouillage à la main (17).
  8. Mécanisme d'ajustement vertical (1) selon les revendications de 1 à 6, composé du mécanisme de verrouillage (5) formé par le sursis (28) placé entre le premier et le second verrous (24, 25) dans la cavité de verrouillage (14b) réalisée sur le corps (2), du levier de déverrouillage (4) dans la cavité pour le levier de déverrouillage (14a) réalisée sur le corps (2), ledit corps (2) étant attaché au levier de déverrouillage (4) et au mécanisme de verrouillage (5) sur la pièce de support (3) ; qui entraîne le mouvement vers le haut du corps (2) dans le canal (9) réalisé sur la pièce de support (3), lorsque l'utilisateur a l'intention de rehausser l'étagère en appliquant une force sur le levier de capteur (20) ou sur l'étagère, et tient cette dernière en utilisant le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) dans la cavité supérieure de verrouillage (10), et lorsque l'utilisateur désire baisser l'étagère, ce qui entraîne d'ailleurs un mouvement vers le haut du levier de déverrouillage (4) dans la cavité du levier de déverrouillage (14a) qui à son tour pousse le mécanisme de verrouillage (5) à quitter la cavité supérieure de verrouillage (10) et le corps (2) à bouger vers le bas dans le canal (9) réalisé sur la pièce de support.
