Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un câble ruban électrique avec des conducteurs plats, avec lequel des conducteurs électriques plats de section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire sont disposés parallèlement et à distance l'un de l'autre sur les deux faces opposées l'une à l'autre d'un support en forme de bande en matière isolante et avec lequel une feuille de recouvrement en matière isolante, commune pour tous les conducteurs, est chaque fois déposée sur les faces libres des conducteurs, caractérisé en ce que
    - d'abord au moins chaque fois deux conducteurs préfabriqués (1) sont appliqués sur les faces opposées l'une à l'autre du support (8) en matière isolante, et
    - ensuite des feuilles de recouvrement (9, 10) en matière isolante sont collées avec le support (8) et avec les conducteurs (1), feuilles qui sont pourvues, au moins dans la région d'une extrémité du CR-CP, d'ouvertures (2) qui sont espacées de l'extrémité du CR-CP par une bande transversale (5) des feuilles (9, 10) et qui s'étendent jusqu'à des bandes transversales continues (3, 4) sur les deux bords des feuilles (9, 10) pratiquement sur toute leur largeur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    - un câble ruban avec des conducteurs plats présentant des ouvertures (2) pratiquées en des positions prédéterminées est fabriqué en opération continue sous la forme d'un câble sans fin, et
    - des éléments individuels de câble ruban avec des conducteurs plats sont découpés du câble sans fin, de telle manière qu'une bande transversale (5) des feuilles (9, 10) limitant les ouvertures (2) soit laissée à leurs extrémités.
  3. Câble, fabriqué par un procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que qu'il présente, au moins à une extrémité, sur chacune des deux faces, une ouverture (2) s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale des conducteurs (1) et entourée par la matière isolante des feuilles (9, 10), dans laquelle tous les conducteurs (1) sont à nu.
