Claims (23)

  1. Stütz- und Führungsanordnung für die Schiebetür eines Kraftfahrzeugs, der Art mit:
    - einem Träger (22, 100), der dafür eingerichtet ist an einem ersten Strukturelement (8) eines Kraftfahrzeugs angebracht zu sein,
    - einem Rollkörper (30), der drehbar um eine erste Achse (X-X) an dem Träger (22, 100) angebracht und dafür eingerichtet ist auf einer Stütz- und Führungsschiene (18) zu rollen, wobei die Stütz- und Führungsschiene dafür eingerichtet ist an einem zweiten Strukturelement (4) des Kraftfahrzeugs angebracht zu sein und dafür bestimmt ist bezüglich des ersten Strukturelementes (8) zu gleiten,
    wobei der Rollkörper (30) zwei Abrollflächen (40, 46) aufweist, die sich beidseits einer Symmetrieebene (M-M) erstrecken, welche sich senkrecht zu der ersten Achse (X-X) erstreckt;
    und wobei die Senkrechten (N1, N2) der Abrollflächen (40, 46) axiale Komponenten (C1, C2) aufweisen, die parallel zu der ersten Achse liegen und in entgegen gesetzte Richtungen gerichtet sind,
    wobei die Anordnung außerdem eine Stütz- und Führungsschiene (18) aufweist, welche ein erstes Paar zu den Abrollflächen (40, 46) des Rollkörpers (30) komplementäre Rollbahnen (62) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütz- und Führungsschiene (18) ein zweites Paar Rollbahnen (68) aufweist, das identisch ist mit dem ersten Paar Bahnen (62) und das gegenüber von diesem angeordnet ist, dass das zweite Paar Bahnen (68) von dem ersten Paar Bahnen (62) derart beabstandet angeordnet ist, dass die Abrollflächen (40, 46) im unbelasteten Zustand des Rollkörpers (30) nur mit einem einzigen der beiden Rollbahnenpaare (62, 68) zugleich in Kontakt kommen, und dass die beiden Bahnenpaare (62, 68) über einen zentralen Verbindungsarm (74) miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der axialen Komponenten (C1, C2) der Senkrechten (N1, N2) der Abrollflächen in die zu der Symmetrieebene (M-M) entgegen gesetzte Richtung ausgerichtet ist.
  3. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Abrollfläche (40, 46) eine konvex oder kegelstumpfartig gewölbte Form aufweist.
  4. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollkörper (30) zwei koaxial zueinander angebrachte Reibrollen (32, 34) aufweist, wobei jede Reibrolle (32, 34) eine der Abrollflächen (40, 46) aufweist.
  5. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Reibrollen (32, 34) in Translation entlang der ersten Achse (X-X) beweglich sind, und dass die Anordnung elastische Vorrichtungen (48, 50) aufweist, die dafür eingerichtet sind sich einer axialen Verschiebung der jeweiligen Reibrolle (32, 34) unter Einwirkung einer radialen Kraft, die auf die jeweilige Abrollfläche (40, 46) einwirkt, entgegen zu stellen.
  6. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Vorrichtungen ein Federorgan (48, 50) aufweisen, das zwischen den beiden Reibrollen (32, 34) angeordnet ist und die Reibrollen in entgegen gesetzte axiale Richtungen vorspannt.
  7. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung außerdem axiale Anschlagvorrichtungen (28, 56, 58) aufweist, die dafür eingerichtet sind die axiale Bewegung der beiden Reibrollen (32, 34) zu begrenzen.
  8. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axialen Anschlagsvorrichtungen einen ersten Anschlag (28) aufweisen, der zwischen den beiden Reibrollen (32, 34) angeordnet ist.
  9. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Vorrichtungen zwei Federorgane (48, 50) aufweisen, von denen jedes zwischen dem ersten Anschlag (28) und einer jeweiligen Reibrolle (32, 34) angeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Federorgane insbesondere von zwei Belleville-Dichtungsringen (48, 50) gebildet sind.
  10. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axialen Anschlagsvorrichtungen zwei zweite Anschläge (56, 58) aufweisen, die auf der einen und der anderen Seite der beiden Reibrollen (32, 34) angeordnet sind.
  11. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibrollen (32, 34) symmetrisch zueinander ausgebildet sind.
  12. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollkörper (30) eine Reibrolle (130) mit zwei Bereichen (122, 124) aufweist, die jeweils eine der Abrollflächen (40, 46) aufweisen, wobei die beiden Bereiche (122, 124) einstückig in Drehung um die erste Achse (X-X) ausgebildet sind.
  13. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibrolle (120) in einem Stück, insbesondere einstückig hergestellt ist.
  14. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung außerdem eine seitliche Führungsrolle (130), insbesondere eine einzige seitliche Führungsrolle aufweist, die an dem Träger (100) in Drehung um eine zweite Achse (Z-Z) angebracht ist, welche sich senkrecht zu der ersten Achse (X-X) erstreckt.
  15. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrollflächen (40, 46) an jedem Punkt zu der ersten Achse um einen Winkel geneigt sind, der größer als 5° und vorzugsweise größer als 10° ist.
  16. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Schiene symmetrisch bezüglich einer zentralen Ebene (C-C) ausgebildet ist, die sich parallel zu der Achse (X-X) erstreckt.
  17. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil einen Durchgang (80) für den Stift (20) auf der dem Verbindungsarm (74) entgegen gesetzten Seite aufweist.
  18. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil im Querschnitt jedes Bahnpaares (62, 68) praktisch V-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Bahnen jedes Paares (62, 68) zueinander hin gerichtet sind.
  19. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (18) von einem Profil mit über seine Länge konstantem Querschnitt, insbesondere von einem gespritzten Profil gebildet ist.
  20. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil einen allgemein hexagonalen Querschnitt aufweist.
  21. Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Bahnen (62, 66; 70, 72) jedes der Bahnenpaare (62, 68) miteinander durch einen ebenen Bereich derart verbunden sind, dass das Profil einen allgemein oktogonalen Querschnitt aufweist.
  22. Schiebetür für Kraftfahrzeug mit einer Stützrollenanordnung (10) und zwei Führungs- und Stützrollenanordnungen (12, 14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die eine der beiden Führungs- und Stützrollenanordnungen der Anordnung gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche entspricht.
  23. Tür gemäß Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Stütz- und Führungsrollenanordnungen (12, 14) in dem unteren Bereich und dem mittleren Bereich der Tür (8) angeordnet sind.
