Claims (23)
- Ensemble de support et de guidage pour porte coulissante d'un véhicule automobile, du type comprenantun support (22, 100) adapté pour être monté sur un premier élément de structure (8) d'un véhicule automobile,un corps de roulement (30) monté rotatif autour d'un premier axe (X-X) sur le support (22, 100) et adapté pour rouler sur un rail (18) de support et de guidage, le rail de support et de guidage étant adapté pour être monté sur un second élément de structure (4) du véhicule automobile et étant destiné à coulisser par rapport audit premier élément de structure (8),
et en ce que les normales (N1, N2) des surfaces de roulement (40, 46) ont des composantes axiales (C1, C2) parallèles audit premier axe et dirigées dans des sens opposés. - Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des composantes axiales (C1, C2) des normales (N1, N2) des surfaces de roulement est dirigée à l'opposé du plan de symétrie (M-M).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque surface de roulement (40, 46) présente une forme bombée convexe ou tronconique.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement (30) comprend deux galets (32, 34) montés coaxialement l'un à l'autre, chaque galet (32, 34) comportant l'une des surfaces de roulement (40, 46).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux galets (32, 34) sont mobiles en translation suivant ledit premier axe (X-X), et en ce que l'ensemble comprend des moyens élastiques (48, 50) adaptés pour s'opposer à un déplacement axial de chacun des galets (32, 34) sous l'action d'une force radiale agissant sur la surface de roulement (40, 46) respective.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques comprennent un organe de ressort (48, 50) disposé entre les deux galets (32, 34) et sollicitant lesdits galets dans des sens axiaux opposés.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble comprend en outre des moyens de butée axiale (28, 56, 58) adaptés pour limiter le déplacement axial des deux galets (32, 34).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de butée axiale comprennent une première butée (28) disposée entre les deux galets (32, 34).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques comprennent deux organes de ressort (48, 50) dont chacun est interposé entre la première butée (28) et un galet (32, 34) respectif, les deux organes de ressort étant notamment formés par deux rondelles Belleville (48, 50).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de butée axiale comprennent deux secondes butées (56, 58) disposées d'un côté et de l'autre des deux galets (32, 34).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les galets (32, 34) sont symétriques l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps de roulement (30) comprend un galet (120) ayant deux parties (122, 124), dont chacune comporte l'une des surfaces de roulement (40, 46), les deux parties (122, 124) étant solidaires en rotation autour dudit premier axe (X-X).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le galet (120) est fabriqué d'un seul tenant, notamment d'une seule pièce.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble comprend en outre un galet de guidage latéral (130), notamment un seul galet de guidage latéral, monté en rotation sur le support (100) autour d'un second axe (Z-Z), s'étendant perpendiculairement audit premier axe (X-X).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de roulement (40, 46) sont inclinées audit premier axe en tout point d'un angle qui est supérieur à 5°, et de préférence supérieur à 10°.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un rail (18) de support et de guidage qui comporte une première paire de pistes de roulement (62) complémentaires aux surfaces de roulement (40, 46) du corps de roulement (30).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le rail (18) de support et de guidage comporte une seconde paire de pistes de roulement (68) identique à ladite première paire de pistes (62) et disposée en vis-à-vis de celle-ci, et en ce que ladite seconde paire de pistes (68) est espacée de ladite première paire pistes (62) de telle sorte que, à l'état non sollicité du corps de roulement (30), les surfaces de roulement (40, 46) n'entrent en contact qu'avec une seule des deux paires de pistes de roulement (62, 68) à la fois.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que le profil en section transversale de chaque paire de pistes (62, 68) est sensiblement en forme de V, les pistes de chaque paire (62, 68) étant dirigées les unes vers les autres.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le rail de guidage (18) est constitué par un profilé à section transversale constante sur sa longueur, notamment par un profilé extrudé.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le profilé a une section transversale générale hexagonale.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce que les deux pistes (62, 66 ; 70, 72) de chacune des paires de pistes (62, 68) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une partie plane, de telle sorte que le profilé a une section transversale générale octogonale.
- Porte coulissante pour véhicule automobile comprenant un ensemble de galet de support (10) et deux ensembles de galet de guidage et de support (12, 14), caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des deux ensembles de galets de guidage et de support est conforme à l'ensemble de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Porte selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que les deux ensembles de galets de support et de guidage (12, 14) sont disposés sur la partie inférieure et la partie médiane de la porte (8).
