    - a hollow arbor (10) with at least one inlet (11) and one outlet (12) for the first medium,
    - a hollow shaft (20) with at least one inlet (21) and one outlet (22) for the second medium, which shaft is rotatably mounted in the hollow arbor (10), wherein a first channel (14) is formed between the hollow arbor (10) and the hollow shaft (20), into which channel the inlet (11) and the outlet (12) of the hollow arbor lead, and wherein a second channel (26) is formed in the interior of the hollow shaft (20),
    - a distributor unit (30), disposed in the region of the outlet (12) of the hollow arbor (20), for the first medium,
    - a distributor unit (70), disposed in the region of the outlet (22) of the hollow shaft (10), for the second medium,
    - a receiving device (80), disposed in the region of one end of the hollow shaft (20), for a workpiece carrier.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, in which the first distributor unit (30) is disposed so as to be rotatable in relation to the hollow arbour (10).
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, in which the second distributor unit (70) is disposed so as to be rotatable in relation to the hollow arbor (10).
  4. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, in which the hollow arbor is disposed in a rigid manner.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, in which the distributor unit (30) for the first medium is disposed axially relative to the hollow arbor (10) and so as to be rotatable about the hollow arbor (10) and comprises an outlet (38).
  6. Device according to Claim 5, in which the distributor unit (30) for the first medium comprises means (37, 39) for fastening a spray unit for the first medium.
  7. Device according to Claim 6, in which the distributor unit (30) for the first medium comprises an annular channel (35), into which the first channel (14) leads via the outlet (12), and an outlet (38).
  8. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, in which the distributor unit (70) for the second medium is non-rotatably connected to the distributor unit (30) for the first medium.
  9. Device according to Claim 8, in which the distributor unit (70) for the second medium comprises means (76) for fastening a spray unit.
  10. Device according to Claim 8 or 9, in which the distributor unit (70) for the second medium comprises an annular channel (72), into which a second channel (26), formed in the interior of the hollow shaft, leads via the outlet (22), and an outlet (74).
  11. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, which comprises a supply unit (13), disposed in the region of the inlet (11) of the hollow arbor, for the first medium.
  12. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, which comprises a supply unit (90), disposed in the region of the inlet (21) of the hollow shaft (20), for the second medium.
  13. Device according to Claim 9, in which the supply unit (90) for the second medium is mounted in a sliding manner on the hollow shaft (20) and disposed in a non-rotatable manner and comprises an inlet (95) as well as an annular channel (92) into which the inlet (21) of the hollow shaft leads.
  14. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, which comprises a first drive unit (40, 42, 44) which is coupled to the distributor unit (30) for the first medium.
  15. Device according to Claim 11, in which the drive unit (40, 42, 44) comprises a sprocket wheel (44) and in which the distributor unit (30) comprises a non-rotatably coupled sprocket wheel (36), wherein the two sprocket wheels (44, 36) are connected together via a chain.
  16. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, which comprises a second drive unit (50, 52, 54) which is coupled to the hollow shaft (20).
  17. Device according to Claim 16, in which the drive unit (50, 52, 54) comprises a sprocket wheel (54) and in which the hollow shaft (20) comprises a non-rotatably coupled sprocket wheel (25), wherein the two sprocket wheels are connected together via a chain.
  18. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, which comprises a mounting plate (60) with an opening (62) through which the hollow arbor (10) is passed, to which arbor the first and the second drive unit (40, 42, 44, 50, 52, 54) are fastened.
  19. Device according to Claim 18, which comprises an annular flange (100) which is fastened to the mounting plate (60) and surrounds the distributor unit (30) for the first medium.
  20. Cleaning vessel with a housing which comprises a recess and a device according to any one of the preceding Claims which is inserted in the recess.
  21. Cleaning vessel according to Claim 20, in which the annular flange of the device lies against the housing opening.
