Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Werkstückträgers und zur Zuführung eines ersten und zweiten Mediums welche eine Hohlachse (10) mit wenigstens einem Einlass (11) und einem Auslass (12) für das erste Medium, eine Hohlwelle (20) mit wenigstens einem Einlass (21) und einem Auslass (22) für das zweite Medium, die drehbar in der Hohlachse (10) gelagert ist aufweist, wobei zwischen der Hohlachse (10) und der Hohlwelle (20) ein erster Kanal (14) gebildet ist, in den der Einlass (11) und der Auslass (12) der Hohlachse (10) münden, und wobei im Innern der Hohlwelle (20) ein zweiter Kanal (26) gebildet ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst weiterhin eine im Bereich des Auslasses (12) der Hohlachse (10) angeordnete Verteilereinheit (30) für das erste Medium, eine im Bereich des Auslasses (22) der Hohlwelle (10) angeordnete Verteilereinheit (70) für das zweite Medium, sowie eine im Bereich eines Endes der Hohlwelle (20) angeordnete Aufnahmevorrichtung (80) für einen Werkstückträger.
