Diese Luftumlenkelemente nehmen einen Teilluftstrom aus dem Inneren des Kleidungsstückes und lenken diesen Luftstrom auf die Oberfläche des Kleidungsstückes. Dadurch werden Kragen und Manschetten nicht nur von innen her mit Wärmeenergie bzw. trockener Luft versorgt, sondern auch von außen mit dem Trocknungsmedium beaufschlagt.   2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that in the case of an active air flow (6) the air deflection (5) is so tensioned that at the latest after complete tensioning of the air deflection (5) the flow direction of the air is oriented onto the surface of the article of clothing (1).
  3. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that in the case of an at least reduced air flow (6) the air deflection (5) is relaxed and then retracts under the surface of the article of clothing (1).
  4. Method according to one of claims 2 and 3, characterised in that the adjacent regions are cuffs (8) of an article of clothing (1).

  6. Method according to one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the adjacent region is a lower hem (7) of an article of clothing (1).

  10. Device according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the air deflection (5) consists at least partly of an air-permeable material.
  11. Device according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the inflation bag (3) is formed to be air-impermeable.
