Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profil (1) aus polymerem Werkstoff, welches einen Basisprofilbereich (2) und wenigstens ein einstückig mit diesem verbundenes Anschlagelement (3) aufweist, welches sich über die Länge der Frontseite des Basisprofilbereiches und parallel zu dessen Längsachse erstreckt. Das Profil ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontseite des Basisprofilbereiches eine Strukturierung (4) und/oder eine Beschichtung (5) aufweist, dass die Strukturierung und/oder die Beschichtung wenigstens bis an die Verbindungsstelle des Basisprofilbereiches mit dem Anschlagelement aufgebracht ist und dass das Anschlagelement einen Teilbereich der Strukturierung und/oder der Beschichtung des Basisprofilbereich überdeckt.

Description

Profil
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profil aus polymerem Werkstoff, welches einen Basisprofilbereich und wenigstens ein einstückig mit diesem verbundenes Anschlagelement aufweist, welches sich über die Länge der Frontseite des Basisprofilbereiches und parallel zu dessen Längsachse erstrecken.
Derartige Profile aus dem bekannten Stand der Technik finden Verwendung beispielsweise in der Möbelindustrie, wo an einem Möbelkorpus, an den Vorderkanten der zur Frontseite offenen Wandplatten derartige Profile angeordnet sind und der Geräuschdämpfung beim Schließen der Möbeltüren und auch zur Verhinderung des Eindringens von Staub dienen.
Derartige Möbel weisen einen zur Frontseite hin offenen, aus oberen, unteren und seitlichen Wandplatten bestehenden Korpus auf, der mit einer Tür oder Klappe verschlossen sein kann oder in dem Schubkästen angeordnet sind. Bei derartigen Möbelstücken schlagen die Tür oder Klappe bzw. Schubkästen zumeist direkt gegen die Vorderkanten der Wandplatten, was sich als deutlich wahrnehmbares Schlaggeräusch äußert. Weiterhin kommt noch negativ hinzu, dass die Türen oder Klappen bzw. Schubkästen den Korpus nicht staubdicht verschließen können.
Zur Verhinderung des Anschlaggeräusches ist es bekannt, punktförmige bzw. streifen- förmige Dämpfungsstücke an den Korpuskanten oder an den Türinnenseiten anzubringen. Diese unterbinden das Anschlaggeräusch, verhindern jedoch nicht das Eindringen von Staub.
Ein weiterer Nachteil wird darin gesehen, dass derartige Dämpfungsstücke nicht der Dekoration des Möbelkorpusses ganzflächig anpassbar sind.
Diese Dämpfungsstücke, welche im Sichtbereich des Möbelkorpusses angebracht sind, weisen im allgemeinen einen Basisprofilbereich und wenigstens ein einstückig mit diesem verbundenes Anschlagelement auf, wobei der Basisprofilbereich aufgrund fertigungstechnischer Abhängigkeiten nur partiell eine Strukturierung bzw. Beschichtung, welche der des Möbelkorpusses entspricht, aufweist. Aus der DE 298 05 839 111 ist ein weiteres Profil bekannt. Hier wird ein Kastenmöbelteil beschrieben, dass an den Vorderkanten der Korpuswandplatten ein elastisches Dämpfungsprofil aufweist.
Das Dämpfungsprofil weist im Querschnitt gesehen eine flache, gegen die Korpusvorderkante anliegende Basisprofilbereich und ein diesen bogenförmig überwölbenden Anschlagelement auf. An der Rückseite des Basisprofilbereiches ist ein in Profilrichtung verlaufender Steg, welcher harpunenartig ausgeführt ist, angeordnet. Die Verbindung des Dämpfungsprofils mit den Vorderkanten des Kastenmöbelteils erfolgt dadurch, dass in die Vorderkanten Nuten eingearbeitet werden müssen, in welche der an der Rückseite des Basisprofilbereiches befindliche Steg eingepresst wird und aufgrund seiner harpunenartigen Gestaltung in der Nut befestigt ist. Bei einem derartigen Kastenmöbelstück mit dem aufgebrachten Dämpfungsprofil wird beim Verschließen durch eine Tür oder Klappe bzw. Schublade diese an das Anschlagelement auftreffen und dieses bis an den Basisprofilbereich pressen, so dass das Anschlaggeräusch unterdrückt und ein nahezu staubdichter Verschluss erreicht ist.
Weiterhin sind Profile bekannt, bei denen der Basisprofilbereich einstückig mit diesem verbundene Hohlschläuche bzw. Dichtlippen aufweist.
Diese Profile haben jedoch ebenfalls den Nachteil, dass sie nur partiell im Basisprofilbereich eine Dekoration aufweisen, da diese nach dem bekannten Verfahren der Koextrusion hergestellten Profile dadurch nur in dem nicht durch das Anschlagelement abgedeckten Basisprofilbereich dekorierbar sind. Diese Profile heben sich somit optisch negativ von den Vorderkanten der zur Frontseite offenen Wandplatten hin ab.
Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, die es sich zur Aufgabe gestellt hat, die Nachteile des bekannten Standes der Technik zu beseitigen und ein wirtschaftlich und kostengünstig herstellbares Profil aufzuzeigen, welches dem Dekor des Möbelkorpusses entspricht und wobei dieser Dekor allseitig sichtbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Die Frontseite des Basisprofilbereiches weist eine Strukturierung und/oder Beschichtung auf, die Strukturierung und/oder Beschichtung ist wenigstens bis an die Verbindungsstelle des Basisprofilbereiches mit dem Anschlagelement aufgebracht und das Anschlagelement überdeckt einen Teilbereich der Strukturierung und/oder Beschichtung des Basisprofilbereiches.
Das erfindungsgemäße Profil weist so an seinem Basisprofilbereich eine allseits sichtbare Strukturierung, welche der Holzmaserung eines Möbelkorpusses nachempfunden ist und/oder eine Beschichtung deren Farbgebung sich ebenfalls am Design des Möbelkorpusses orientiert, auf.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführung des erfindungsgemäßen Profils ist die Strukturierung und/oder Beschichtung auf der gesamten Oberfläche der Frontseite des Basisprofilbereiches aufgebracht, so dass selbst bei einem deformierten oder defekten Anschlagelement die zum Möbelkorpus passende Strukturierung und/oder Beschichtung allseitig sichtbar ist.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist der Werkstoff des Anschlagelementes weicher als der Werkstoff des Basisprofilbereiches, so dass das Anschlaggeräusch eines zu verschließenden Kastenmöbelstückes sowohl durch die Dimensionierung des Anschlagelementes als auch durch die verwendeten polymeren Werkstoffe einstellbar ist.
Die Erfindung lehrt weiterhin, dass die Strukturierung in die Oberfläche der Frontseite des Basisprofilbereiches eingebracht ist, um somit eine Dekorgleichheit zwischen dem erfindungsgemäßen Profil und den verwendeten Materialien der Möbelkorpusse zu gewährleisten.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist der Basisprofilbereich des erfindungsgemäßen Profiles eine Beschichtung auf, welche zumindest teilweise durch eine Druckschicht ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch kann das erfindungsgemäße Profil ebenfalls dem Dekor der Möbelkorpusse angepasst werden, wobei diese Druckschicht wenigstens einschichtig ausgebildet ist. Die Erfindung soll nun anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben werden. Es zeigt:

In Fig. 1 ist das erfindungsgemäße Profil 1 dargestellt, welches aus einem Basisprofilbereich 2 und dem damit einstückig verbundenen Anschlagelement 3 besteht. An der Frontseite 21 des Basisprofilbereiches 2 ist die Strukturierung 4 in die Oberfläche des Basisprofilbereiches 2 eingearbeitet. Die Strukturierung 4 ist bis an die Verbindungsstelle 6 des Basisprofilbereiches 2 eingebracht und das Anschlagelement 3 überdeckt einen Teilbereich der Strukturierung 4. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der polymere Werkstoff des Anschlagelementes 3 weicher als der polymere Werkstoff des Basisprofilbereiches 2.
Das erfindungsgemäße Profil 1 ist mit der Rückseite 22 des Basisprofilbereichs 2 an der Vorderkante eines Möbelkorpusses befestigbar.
In Fig. 2 ist das erfindungsgemäße Profil 1 dargestellt, welches aus dem Basisprofilbereich 2 und dem mit diesem einstückig verbundenen Anschlagelementen 3, 3' besteht. An der Oberseite 21 des Basisprofilbereiches 2 ist eine Beschichtung 5 aufgebracht, welche in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine Druckschicht, bestehend aus 2 Schichten, ist. Die Beschichtung 5 ist auf der gesamten Oberfläche der Frontseite 21 des Basisprofilbereiches 2 aufgebracht. An der Verbindungsstelle 6 des Basisprofilbereiches 2 mit dem Anschlagelement 3 überdeckt das Anschlagelement 3 einen Teilbereich der Beschichtung 5.
Das erfindungsgemäße Profil 1 ist mit der Rückseite 22 des Basisprofilbereiches 2 mit der Vorderfront eines Möbelkorpusses verbindbar und beim Öffnen bzw. Schließen von Türen oder Klappen ist für den Betrachter nur die beschichtete Frontseite 21 des Basisprofilbereiches 2, welche optisch in etwa die gleiche Ausführung wie der Möbelkorpus hat, sichtbar.

1. Profil aus polymerem Werkstoff, welches einen Basisprofilbereich und wenigstens ein einstückig mit diesem verbundenes Anschlagelement aufweist, welches sich über die Länge der Frontseite des Basisprofilbereichs und parallel zu dessen Längsachse erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Frontseite (21) des Basisprofilbereiches (2) eine Strukturierung (4) und/oder eine Beschichtung (5) aufweist, dass die Strukturierung (4) und/oder die Beschichtung (5) wenigstens bis an die Verbindungsstelle (6) des Basisprofilbereiches (2) mit dem Anschlagelement (3) aufgebracht ist und dass das Anschlagelement (3) einen Teilbereich der Strukturierung (4) und/oder der Beschichtung (5) des Basisprofilbereiches (2) überdeckt.
2. Profil nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturierung (4) und/oder Beschichtung (5) auf der gesamten Oberfläche der Frontseite (21) des Basisprofilbereiches (2) ausgebildet ist.
3. Profil nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der polymere Werkstoff des Anschlagelementes (3) weicher ist als der polymere Werkstoff des Basisprofilbereiches (2).
4. Profil nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturierung (4) in die Oberfläche der Frontseite (21) des Basisprofilbereiches (2) eingebracht ist.
5. Profil nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (5) zumindest teilweise durch eine Druckschicht ausgebildet ist. wenigstens einschichtig ausgebildet ist.
