Claims (7)

  1. Distributeur (1) pour distribuer des doses de produit (30) allant de produits liquides jusqu'à des produits pâteux, composé d'un réservoir (3) équipé d'un piston d'réalimentation (8) coulissant axialement et d'une tête de distribution (2) installée sur le réservoir (3), comportant une pompe distributrice (4) dont la chambre de pompeuse (5) est délimitée du côté de l'entrée et de celui de la sortie par des clapets antiretour (6, 7) ainsi qu'un canal de sortie (9) en aval de la pompe distributrice (4), canal dont l'orifice d'application (12, 22) est fermé par un élément d'étanchéité (15, 25) élastique,
    un orifice de sortie (16, 26) de l'élément d'étanchéité (15, 25) étant ouvert et fermé par une broche (13, 23) remontant à l'intérieur de l'orifice d'application (12, 22),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la tête de distribution (2) comporte un capuchon applicateur (10, 20) terminant le dessus de la tête de distribution, dans la direction axiale et ayant une surface d'application (11, 21), plane ainsi qu'un orifice d'application (12, 22) au milieu de la surface d'application du canal de sortie (9),
    l'élément d'étanchéité (15, 25) est réalisé pour fermer l'orifice d'application de façon à se trouver à l'intérieur de la surface d'application (11, 21), pour que cet élément couvre complètement par sa surface frontale, l'orifice d'application (12, 22), et constitue ainsi de manière continue et sans former d'arête, une partie de la surface d'application (11, 21), plane,
    en position de fermeture, l'orifice de sortie (16, 26) central de l'élément d'étanchéité (15, 25) est appliqué de manière étanche à l'air sur la broche (13, 23) et ferme ainsi l'orifice d'application (12, 22),
    la surface supérieure de la broche (13, 23) se termine au niveau de la surface d'application (11, 21), et
    en position d'application, l'élément d'étanchéité (15, 25) est bombé élastiquement vers l'extérieur, en son milieu, pour que l'orifice de sortie (16, 26) soit soulevé par la broche (13, 23) et libère ainsi l'orifice d'application (12, 22).
  2. Distributeur (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'orifice d'application (12, 22) est formé par deux ou plusieurs orifices de passage reliés par des entretoises.
  3. Distributeur (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'étanchéité (25) est un capuchon élastique de forme cylindrique, dont la paroi latérale (27), circulaire, est enfoncée suffisamment profondément dans une cavité circulaire et profonde (28) de la surface d'application (21) pour que la surface frontale (25') de l'élément d'étanchéité (25) complète sans transition, la surface d'application (21) à cet endroit.

    caractérisé en ce que
