  3. The method according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
    with an inking couple having two roller trains of ink rollers (5, 6, 7, 10) and of ink rollers (5, 6, 8, 12), via which the ink form rollers (11) are supplied with ink, the interruption of the ink flow takes place in both roller trains.
  4. The method according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
    with an inking couple having two roller trains of ink rollers (5, 6, 7, 10) and of ink rollers (5, 6, 8, 12), which supply the ink form rollers (11) with ink, the ink flow is interrupted in only one roller train.
  5. The method according to Claim 4, characterized in that
    seen in direction of rotation of the plate cylinder (15) the front part of the form rollers (11) is continued to be supplied with ink and the rear part of the form rollers (11) is supplied with correspondingly less ink through separating the corresponding roller train of ink rollers (5, 6, 8, 12).
  6. The method according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that
    the separating of the roller train of ink rollers (5, 6, 7, 10, 8, 12) takes place during the phase of the production start and/or during the phase of a new start following a production interruption.
  7. A device for carrying out the method according to Claim 1, with an ink duct roller (2) which interacts with an ink fountain (1) and ink metering systems, with a ductor roller (3) which contacts the ink duct roller (2) and a first vibrator roller (4), and with a number of ink rollers (5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12) which are in contact with one another and form a roller train and one or a plurality of ink form rollers (11), wherein the roller train at least at one point can be opened up through an actuating means that is in signal contact with a control,
    characterized in that
    the control (21) can be supplied with a signal reflecting the printing speed and in that through the control (21) upon increasing of the print speeds during the production an activation of the actuating means (19, 20) for generating a separating point (17, 18) in the roller train takes place.
  8. The device according to Claim 7, characterized in that
    with two separating points (17, 18) in the roller train both actuating means (19, 20) can be activated through the control (21).
  9. The device according to Claim 7, characterized in that
    with two separating points (17, 18) in the roller train merely one actuating means (19, 20) can be activated through the control (21).
