Abstract

Eine stempelseitige Auswerfvorrichtung (10) für Umformpressen, die einen auf einem Pressengestell zwischen einer zu einer stationären Preß-Matrize (80) hin ausgefahrenen Preßstellung und einer von dieser entfernten Ruhestellung verfahrbaren Preß-Schlitten (12) mit einem Preß-Stempel (56) aufweisen, ferner mit einem in Preßrichtung am Preß-Schlitten (12) geführten, den Preß-Stempel (56) durchdringenden Auswerferstift (64), der zwischen einer eingefahrenen Endstellung, in welcher er sich gegen einen Anschlag (68) am Preß-Schlitten (12) abstützt, und einer aus dem Preß-Stempel (56) vorragenden Ausfahrstellung verschiebbar und mit einer Rückstelleinrichtung (62,72) versehen ist, die entgegen seiner Ausfahrrichtung wirkt und der mittels einer Blockiereinrichtung (22,50) bei Rücklauf des Preß-Schlittens (12) aus dessen Preßstellung entgegen dessen Rücklaufbewegung lösbar blockiert werden kann, wobei das Aktivieren und Deaktivieren der Blockiereinrichtung und das Zuschalten der Rückstelleinrichtung (62, 72) programmgesteuert und gekoppelt sind, umfaßt die Blockiereinrichtung ein lageveränderbares Blockierelement (50), das in der Preßstellung des Preß-Schlittens (12) in blockierenden Eingriff mit dem Auswerferstift (64) oder einem mit diesem verbundenen Teil (60) eingefahren werden kann, während sich der Auswerferstift (64) in Anlage gegen den Anschlag (68) befindet.
