Hier ist eine Ausführung gezeigt, wo die Seilzüge 5 im vorderen Bereich, d. h. der unteren Reihe der Haupttribüne befestigt sind. Damit eine ungehinderte Sicht auf den Innenraum möglich ist, können die Seilzüge 5 aushängbar befestigt sein. Sie werden dann bis zur Umlenkung in den ausladenden Träger 6 eingezogen. Bei Bedarf werden die Seilzüge 5 herabgelassen, eingehängt und durch Aufwickeln der Seilzüge 5 wird die Haupttribüne 2 nach oben bis zu einer Arretierungsstelle geschwenkt. Sie ist dabei im Schwenkpunkt 8 drehbar gelagert. Aus Platzgründen und um die freie Sicht von allen Stellen der Basistribüne 1 zu gewährleisten, ist es sinnvoll auch den Schwenkpunkt 8 höhenverstellbar anzuordnen. Wird der Schwenkpunkt 8 mittels entsprechender technischer Mittel nach oben auf den Pfeilern 4 verschoben, kann die Haupttribüne 2 unmittelbar bis an die ausladenden Träger 6 nach oben bewegt und arretiert werden. Diese Stellung der Haupttribüne 2 ist in Figur 3 gezeigt. Damit ist die Wettkampfbahn (Aschenbahn oder Tartanbahn) die sich unmittelbar an die Bande 9 der Basistribüne 1 zum Innenraum hin erstreckt, einschließlich der Basistribüne 1 frei gegeben und voll nutzbar.
