Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de réalisation de papier toilette à quatre couches optimisé, dans lequel des couches (21-24) sont introduites dans un groupe qui les colle entre elles afin de réaliser un rouleau, caractérisé en ce que lesdites couches (21-24) sont introduites entre deux cylindres en acier (26, 26') après qu'on ait fait passer au moins une paire de couches (21-22 ; 21-23) entre une première paire de cylindres en caoutchouc et en acier (25 et 26, respectivement) et qu'elles aient reçu de la colle par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre (27) et on fait passer les couches restantes dans une deuxième paire de cylindres en caoutchouc et en acier (25'et 26', respectivement), en ce qu'une couche externe au moins est à nouveau séparée (21 ; 21, 22, 23) desdites quatre couches (21-24) pour l'introduire dans une paire de cylindres (29, 30) dont l'un (30) est muni d'un motif marqué avant de recevoir de la colle à partir d'un autre cylindre (31), et enfin en ce que ladite au moins une couche externe (21 ; 21, 22, 23) munie de colle et les couches restantes (22-24 ; 24) sont introduites dans un cylindre de couplage (32) qui détermine le collage final des quatre couches (21-24) entre elles afin d'obtenir ainsi le papier toilette final (33).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que trois couches (21-23) sont séparées afin de les introduire dans une paire de cylindres (29, 30) dont l'un (30) état muni dudit motif marqué.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que trois couches (21-23) sont introduites dans ladite première paire de cylindres en caoutchouc et en acier point à point (25 et 26, respectivement) et en ce qu'une couche (24) est introduite dans ladite deuxième paire de cylindres en caoutchouc et en acier point à point (25' et 26', respectivement).
  4. Appareil pour réaliser du papier toilette à quatre couches optimisé, dans lequel des couches (21-24) sont introduites dans un groupe qui les colle entre elles afin de réaliser un rouleau, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux paires de cylindres en caoutchouc et en acier (25 et 26, respectivement), dans lequel deux cylindres en acier (26, 26') de chaque paire sont disposés en face l'un de l'autre afin de recevoir lesdites couches (21-24) après que l'on ait fait passer au moins une paire de couches (21-22 ; 21-23) entre une paire de cylindres en caoutchouc et en acier (25 et 26, respectivement), un cylindre distributeur de colle (27) associé à un cylindre en acier point à point (26) et un cylindre déflecteur (28) qui rassemble lesdites couches (21-24), une paire de cylindres (29, 30), dont l'un (30) est muni d'un motif marqué et qui reçoit au moins une couche externe (21 ; 21, 22, 23) séparée à nouveau desdites quatre couches (21-24), et un cylindre distributeur de colle (31) associé audit cylindre muni d'un motif marqué (30) étant prévus en aval dudit cylindre déflecteur (28), et un cylindre de couplage (32) qui détermine le collage final des quatre couches (21-24) entre elles étant prévu en aval.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits cylindres en acier (26, 26') sont du type point à point.
