Claims (14)

  1. Bandschließe (1) für Armbanduhr, Schmuckstück, Handtasche oder analogen Gegenstand, die ein Band (3) umfaßt, das an seinem ersten Endteil (7) zumindest ein erstes durchgehendes Loch (12) hat, das an seinem zweiten Endteil (9) zumindest einen Stift zum Verhaken hat (14, 14a, 14b, 14c), im Quervorsprung angebaut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Stift starr und bleibend auf dem Band (3) befestigt ist, und dadurch, daß das besagte Band an seinem medianen Teil (8) zumindest ein zweites durchgehendes Loch (13) umfaßt, so daß das Band (3) durch zwei Ösen (4, 5) des Körpers der Armbanduhr, des Schmuckstücks, der Handtasche oder eines analogen Gegenstands zu einer Schlaufe gebildet und an sich selbst durch Zusammenwirken zwischen Loch (12, 13) / Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) geschlossen werden kann, das durch kräftiges Eindrücken erzielt wird.
  2. Bandschließe (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen einzigen Stift zum Verhaken (14c) umfaßt, der so gestaltet ist, daß er durch Übereinanderlegen zwei Teile des Bandes (3) aufnimmt.
  3. Bandschließe (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie beidseitig des Bandes (3) zwei Stifte zum Verhaken (14a, 14b) umfaßt, die so gestaltet sind, daß jeder einen Teil (7, 8) des Bandes (3) aufnimmt.
  4. Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) durch Einfügen, Kleben, Schweißen, Schrauben am Band (3) befestigt ist.
  5. Bandschließe (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) eine Befestigungsplatine (15) umfaßt, die bleibend in der Dicke des Bandes (3) eingefügt ist, die mit einem Loch für den Durchgang (16) des Stifts (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) versehen ist.
  6. Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) an seinem Ende verdickt ist.
  7. Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mehrere erste beabstandete Löcher (12) umfaßt.
  8. Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mehrere zweite beabstandete Löcher (13) umfaßt.
  9. Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zumindest eine Schlaufe (17) umfaßt.
  10. Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Armband für eine Armbanduhr bildet, deren Gehäuse (2) zu beiden Seiten mit zwei abgeflachten Ösen (4, 5) versehen ist, die das zur Schlaufe gebildete Band (3) aufnehmen sollen.
  11. Armbanduhr mit einem Gehäuse (2), das zu beiden Seiten mit zwei abgeflachten Ösen (4, 5) versehen ist, die das zur Schlaufe einer Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10 gebildete Band (3) aufnehmen sollen.
  12. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 11, deren Armband offen ist, wobei das Gehäuse (2) am Band (3) an seinem zweiten Endteil (9) befestigt ist, das durch eine der Ösen (4, 5) hindurch zu einer Schlaufe gebildet ist und durch einen Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) fest verbunden ist, der mit einem zweiten Loch (13) mit dem medianen Teil (8) zusammenwirkt.
  13. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 11, deren Armband geschlossen ist, wobei das Gehäuse (2) am Band (3) an seinem zweiten Endteil (9) befestigt ist, das durch eine der Ösen (4, 5) hindurch zu einer Schlaufe gebildet ist, wobei der zweite Endteil (9) durch einen Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) mit dem medianen Teil (8) fest verbunden ist, das Gehäuse (2) ist am Band (3) an seinem medianen Teil (8) befestigt, der durch die andere der beiden Ösen (4, 5) zu einer Schlaufe gebildet ist, der erste Endteil (7) ist mit dem medianen Teil (8) durch einen Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) fest verbunden, der mit einem ersten Loch (12) zusammenwirkt, wobei drei Bandteile (7, 8, 9) vor dem Stift (14, 14a, 14b, 14c) übereinandergelegt sind/.
  14. Schmuckstück oder am Handgelenk zu tragendes Objekt, das einen Körper umfaßt, der zu beiden Seiten mit zwei abgeflachten Ösen (4, 5) versehen ist, die das zu einer Schlaufe gebildete Band (3) einer Bandschließe (1) nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10) aufnehmen sollen.
