Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cable rider for a cable car, which has two support cables and a Wernerdenem strand per lane side, with a carrier having on two opposite sides in each case at least one cable clamp for gripping a support cable and a first cable support roller for support and Guiding the pulling strand and at least one further rope carrying roller for supporting the returning strand of the Switzerlandseilschleife stores.
- Rope riders are known and are used in long clamping fields to limit the vertical slack of the pulling run of the pull rope.
- the invention has set itself the goal of creating a rider for a cable car with two suspension ropes and a complete Buchseilschleife per lane side, which allows better stabilization of Werner-Seilschleife than the known constructions, reduces the space required for a lane side and still increases the safety of Werner-Seil Installation.
- the central arrangement of the first rope support roller also takes into account the increased application of force of the pulling strand and counteracts vibration tendencies of the rope rider.
- the supporting plane of the further cable carrying roller lies below the clamping plane of the cable clamps. This further reduces the risk of pull rope rollovers.
- both cable rollers are within the track width of the cable clamps.
- the support plane of the further cable support roller is below the support plane of the first cable support roller. In this way, the distance between pulling and returning strand is increased, whereby the risk of pull rope rollovers is even more reduced.
- both rope rollers are mounted on a common axis, which significantly simplifies the production and assembly.
- the further cable support roller has a smaller diameter than the first cable support roller; this is achieved in a particularly simple manner, that the carrying plane of the further rope carrying roller lies below the carrying plane of the first rope carrying roller.
- the carrier supports at least one hold-down roller which lies over the further cable carrying roller in order to secure the returning strand against lifting thereof.
- the carrier is provided with pointing to the supporting plane of the first rope support role Einweisgebügeln the pulling strand, wherein at least one of the Einweisebügel overlaps the further cable support role to secure the returning strand against lifting of this.
- This variant has the additional advantage of a simplified construction, since one of the Einweisebügel the first rope support roller is used at the same time as derailment assurance for the further cable support role.
- the carrier is seen in the cable direction trough or V-shaped and carries on each side at least two cable clamps. This results in a particularly robust construction and a vibration-resistant attachment to the suspension cables.
- the cable clamps on one side can be mounted longitudinally displaceable on the carrier.
- different longitudinal movements of the support cables can be compensated, which prevents the introduction of vibrations in the Switzerlandseilschleife.
- FIG. 1 to 3 a first embodiment of the cable rider of the invention in an end view, a side view and a plan view, respectively, wherein in Fig. 1 in addition, a drive running over the rope rider is shown in dashed lines, and Fig. 4 an alternative embodiment of the Seilreiters of the invention in a front view analogous to Fig. 1 ,
- rope rider 1 is intended for a carriageway side of a cable car (not shown).
- the roadway side comprises a cable harness with two suspension ropes 2, 3 and a traction cable loop from a pulling strand 4 (also referred to as actual "pulling rope") and a returning strand 5 (also referred to as "opposing rope").
- a drive (6) indicated by dotted lines 6 of a driving means e.g. a cable car, with the help of rollers 7, 8 from.
- a traction cable clamp 9 grips the pulling strand 4 of the traction cable loop and lifts it temporarily when driving over the traction rider 1 (not shown, the trailing strand 4 is shown in the figures in the position deposited on the traction rider 1).
- the details of the drive 6 are irrelevant to the present invention and are therefore not explained in detail.
- the rope rider 1 comprises a cable ( Fig. 1 ) seen substantially trough-shaped or V-shaped support 10, which is composed in the form of a framework of individual struts, eg by welding.
- the carrier 10 is provided on two opposite sides, in the example shown at the leg ends of the trough or the V, respectively with two cable clamps 11 and 12 or 13 and 14.
- the cable clamps 11 to 14 grip the suspension cables 2, 3 from below, as known in the art.
- the cable clamps 11, 12 of the one side are rigidly mounted on the carrier 10, whereas the cable clamps 13, 14 of the other side are longitudinally displaceably mounted in the cable direction on sliding guides 15, 16 of the carrier 10.
- the sliding guides 15, 16 are formed in the case shown by two parallel sliding axes on which the cable clamps 13, 14 with appropriately drilled blocks 17, 18 slide. That way the rope rider can 1 different axial movements of the support cables 2, 3 record.
- a cable support roller 19 is arranged for the pulling strand 4 of the Switzerlandseilschleife.
- the cable support roller 19 is rotatably mounted on an axis 20 of the carrier 10.
- the cable support roller 19 is provided with a track groove 21 and roller rims 22, 23 to guide the pulling track 4 in a support plane 24 and reduce the risk of derailment, as known in the art.
- the carrier 10 is provided with pointing to the supporting plane 24 Ein Stammgebügeln 25, 26, which ensure that after the crossing of the drive 6, in which the Switzerlandseilklemme 9, the pulling strand 4 temporarily lifts from the cable support roller 19, this again correctly stored in the track 21 becomes.
- a further cable support roller 27 is rotatably mounted for the returning strand 5 of Switzerlandseilschleife.
- the further cable support roller 27 is parallel to and adjacent to the first cable support roller 19 in the trough or V-shaped receiving portion of the carrier 10.
- the further cable support roller 27 is again provided with a central groove 28 and roller rims 29, 30.
- the further cable support roller 27 has a smaller diameter than the first cable support roller 19, especially since it must withstand only a lower stress. In this way, their support plane 24 'is below the support plane 24 of the first cable support roller 19, so that the pulling and returning strand 4, 5 not only have a horizontal but also a vertical offset, which increases their mutual distance.
- FIG. 4 An alternative variant of securing the returning strand 5 is in Fig. 4 shown.
- the embodiment of Fig. 4 is essentially the same as that of Fig. 1 to 3 , wherein like elements are designated by the same reference numerals, except for the components discussed below.
- a hold-down roller 32 is disposed above the further cable support roller 27.
- the hold-down roller 32 is equipped with a running groove 33 and roller rims 34, 35.
- the further cable support roller 27 and the hold-down roller 32 are mounted on separate axes 36, 37 of the carrier 10.
- the returning strand 5 of the Switzerlandseilschleife is caught between the other cable support roller 27 and the hold-down roller 32. Since the returning strand 5 in the rope rider 1 in vertical and - by the grooves 21, 33 and the roller rims 22, 23, 34, 35 of the further cable support roller 27 and the hold-down roller 32 - horizontal direction is secured, vibration tendencies of Switzerlandseilschleife is substantially counteracted.
- the carrier 10 has any suitable shape, e.g. H-profile.
- the carrier 10 may also have more than one cable support roller 19 for the pulling strand 4; Likewise, more than one further rope carrying roller 27 can be provided for the returning strand 5.
- the further cable carrying roller (s) 27 can also have the same diameter as the first cable carrying roller (s) 19.
- the backup of the returning strand 5 against lifting of the other cable support roller 27 can be done with other elements of the carrier 10 as the Einweisebügel 26 or by means of more than one hold-down roller 32, or omitted in the simplest case. On the Einweisebügel 25, 26 are optional.
- the storage of the cable support roller 19, the further cable support roller 27 and the hold-down roller 32 on the carrier 10 can be arbitrary Way done, for example, with the help of one or more waves which are rotatably mounted in the carrier 10. Also, it is not necessary that the cable support roller 19 and the further cable support roller 27 are below the clamping level of the cable clamps 2, 3, although this is preferable for the reasons mentioned in the introduction. For example, the cable support roller 19 and / or the further cable support roller 27 could also be located above the clamping level of the cable clamps 2, 3.

Description
The present invention relates to a cable rider for a cable car, which has two support cables and a Zugseilschleife pulling and rücklaufdenem strand per lane side, with a carrier having on two opposite sides in each case at least one cable clamp for gripping a support cable and a first cable support roller for support and Guiding the pulling strand and at least one further rope carrying roller for supporting the returning strand of the Zugseilschleife stores.
Such a rope rider is known from the cable car "Pendelbahn Totalpsee - Weisfluhjoch" in CH-7270 Davos.
Rope riders are known and are used in long clamping fields to limit the vertical slack of the pulling run of the pull rope. For ropeways in which the return run of the pull rope is returned on the same lane side as the pulling run, e.g. with pendulum tracks, there is the problem that the Zugseilschleife can be stabilized only insufficiently with the known rope riders, since the returning strand hangs freely in the clamping fields. This not only results in vibration tendencies of the Zugseilschleife result, but also increases the space requirement for the entire rope strand of suspension ropes and Zugseilschleife, as must be respected for the returning strand corresponding safety distance to the other ropes of the rope strand.
The invention has set itself the goal of creating a rider for a cable car with two suspension ropes and a complete Zugseilschleife per lane side, which allows better stabilization of Zugseilschleife than the known constructions, reduces the space required for a lane side and still increases the safety of Zugseilführung.
This object is achieved in a rope rider of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of
In this way, a support and guidance of the towing and the return runway of a roadway side with a single component is made possible. Due to the simultaneous support and the returning strand the vibration tendencies of the pull rope are substantially reduced. As a result, only a smaller safety distance for the returning strand needs to be provided, so that the space requirement of the entire rope strand of a road side is reduced. At the same time, the safety of the cable guide is increased and the derailment risk is reduced. The central arrangement of the first rope support roller also takes into account the increased application of force of the pulling strand and counteracts vibration tendencies of the rope rider.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the supporting plane of the further cable carrying roller lies below the clamping plane of the cable clamps. This further reduces the risk of pull rope rollovers.
A particularly small footprint for the roadway is achieved if, according to a further preferred feature, both cable rollers are within the track width of the cable clamps.
It is preferably provided that the support plane of the further cable support roller is below the support plane of the first cable support roller. In this way, the distance between pulling and returning strand is increased, whereby the risk of pull rope rollovers is even more reduced.
In any case, it is particularly advantageous if both rope rollers are mounted on a common axis, which significantly simplifies the production and assembly. In this variant, it is particularly favorable if the further cable support roller has a smaller diameter than the first cable support roller; this is achieved in a particularly simple manner, that the carrying plane of the further rope carrying roller lies below the carrying plane of the first rope carrying roller.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the carrier supports at least one hold-down roller which lies over the further cable carrying roller in order to secure the returning strand against lifting thereof. As a result, a derailment of the returning strand is impossible, which significantly increases the derailment safety of the entire cable car.
For the same purpose may alternatively be provided that the carrier is provided with pointing to the supporting plane of the first rope support role Einweisgebügeln the pulling strand, wherein at least one of the Einweisebügel overlaps the further cable support role to secure the returning strand against lifting of this. This variant has the additional advantage of a simplified construction, since one of the Einweisebügel the first rope support roller is used at the same time as derailment assurance for the further cable support role.
In any case, it is particularly advantageous if the carrier is seen in the cable direction trough or V-shaped and carries on each side at least two cable clamps. This results in a particularly robust construction and a vibration-resistant attachment to the suspension cables.
Preferably, the cable clamps on one side can be mounted longitudinally displaceable on the carrier. As a result, different longitudinal movements of the support cables can be compensated, which prevents the introduction of vibrations in the Zugseilschleife.

On the

The
In the trough or V-shaped receiving area of the
The
On the

To secure the returning
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings. Thus, e.g. the
The backup of the returning
The storage of the
